Casting Down Imaginations Destroying Speculations

Most Christian believers are deceived and they believe lies because they belong to churches, of different doctrines. There is only ONE TRUTH and that is Jesus Christ and His words, but churches are made up of SPECULATIONS and IMAGINATIONS, the INTERPRETATIONS of people who profess to know better. They have interpreted the Bible in their own way and they deceive people to believe them. They have interpreted the Bible in their own way for their own benefit and they have made the people the slaves of themselves and their organization. They are in BONDAGE.

If you know the truth then you don't believe lies any more and you are not a CAPTIVE. If you seek Jesus Christ and you find Him then He will reveal the TRUTH to you. Those who are led by the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, they know the truth and they destroy these lies of wicked people who exploit believers for their own benefit.

The apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 10:3-6, “3For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, 4for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. 5We are DESTROYING SPECULATIONS and every lofty thing raised up AGAINST THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, and we are TAKING EVERY THOUGHT CAPTIVE TO THE OBEDIENCE OF CHRIST, 6and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.”

Churches operate by IMAGINATIONS and SPECULATIONS and they build FORTRESSES for themselves. Those who are led by the Holy Spirit and have come to know the TRUTH, they destroy these fortresses of deception, the churches. Because the churches are built on lies and these lies are RAISED UP AGAINST THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST. The church leaders do not know God, they DO NOT KNOW JESUS CHRIST. If they knew HIM they would tell you about HIM, they would be able to take you to Jesus, but they don't, they only take you to church. If we know the truth we take people OUT OF DECEPTION, WE DESTROY THE SPECULATIONS AND THE LIES by which they have been kept captive.

We are taking every thought captive to THE OBEDIENCE TO CHRIST. Church leaders bring people into obedience to the church, people have to serve the church, bring money to the church. The truth is: WE HAVE TO FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST.

Jesus Christ is the WAY the LIFE and the TRUTH. If you follow Jesus Christ He will reveal Himself to you, you will know the truth and you will not longer be a captive, a slave, of VAIN IMAGINATIONS and SPECULATIONS of wicked people. You will know the truth and the truth will set you free.

Are you following after people? Do you belong to a CHURCH, or do you belong to Jesus Christ and are you LED by the Holy Spirit? Do you know the TRUTH?

The Word of God is Active Sharp Living

The writer of Hebrews writes in Hebrews 4:12,13:”For the WORD OF GOD is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and ABLE TO JUDGE THE THOUGHTS AND INTENTIONS OF THE HEART. And there is no creature hidden from His SIGHT, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.”

The Word of God IS Jesus Christ, when He speaks to you it cuts you to the bone. It unsettles you, it brings you on your knees, it disrupts your life, it makes you realize that you are NOTHING, that you are in the presence of the living God. “Man shall not live from bread alone but from every WORD that proceeds from the MOUTH OF GOD.” That is for those who LISTEN, who TAKE HEED AND and who FEAR God.

Many people do not fear God. They apply the scriptures to their liking and they live as THEY please but they don't know God. When God speaks to you IT CUTS YOU, IT DISRUPTS YOU, IT DESTROYS YOU but it builds you into that which God wants you to be. Most believers do not know God. They do not know His voice. They do not follow Him.

Jesus said:”My sheep LISTEN to My voice and they FOLLOW Me.” Most believers do not LISTEN to Jesus because they do not know His voice. They are not His sheep. They do not know the ONE with whom they have to do but we will all stand before His throne. If we do not recognize and KNOW His voice right now, if we do not FEAR Him and OBEY Him it will be a fateful day when we stand before Him and He says:”Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness.” Then those words will cut you for ever and for eternity. It is better to LISTEN to Jesus RIGHT NOW, to go on your knees and to seek Him, to say:”Speak Lord, Your servant is LISTENING.”

Are you LISTENING to the words of Jesus? Are those words piercing you, cutting you, disrupting your life, and sending you where He wants to? Are those words directing you and using you as an instrument for the Kingdom of God or are you following after your own pleasure. Do you HEAR the Word of God?
