DO NOT ABANDON YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS

Many believers accept Jesus, but very
soon they abandon their relationship with Him. Some were never taught
to work on their relationship with Jesus. They were told that they
only need to believe in Jesus and then they will have eternal life.
“Everyone who calls on the Name of
the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13. Jesus saves from sin. He
pardons our past sin and give us a new beginning. He makes us a child
of God, if we repent and accept Him. He gives us the hope of eternal
life and the hope to inherit the kingdom of heaven. However, we only
have the hope of eternal life as long as we stay with Jesus and obey
Him. Jesus needs to know us.
If we go back to sin and living worldly
lives Jesus warned that He will deny us. Being religious, going to
church, reading your Bible, even preaching, working for the church,
casting out demons in the name of Jesus and doing miracles in His
name, will not ensure our salvation. Jesus said: “Not
everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of
heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven
will
enter.
 22“Many
will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in
Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform
many miracles?’
23“And
then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you;
DEPART
FROM
 MEYOU
WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS
.’
“ Matthew 7:21-23.
Jesus only gives eternal life to those
who follow and obey Him. He said:
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me;
28and
I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one
will snatch them out of My hand.” John 10:27,28.
Practicing
religion is not a relationship with Jesus. Our relationship with
Jesus is through prayer and walking with Him, hearing His voice,
following and obeying Him. We grow and maintain our relationship with
Jesus through constant communion with Him, in our spirit, through His
Spirit that He makes to dwell in us, if we obey Him. Sin and
disobedience breaks off our communion with Jesus, our connection with
Him. Repentance and obedience restores our communion with Him. The
moment we willfully sin, we separate ourselves from Jesus, and we
stay separated until we repent and go back to Him. We have to
maintain our relationship with Jesus through holiness and obedience,
always seeking and doing His will. He will guide us, if we FOLLOW
Him, but we have to seek His guidance.
Jesus
gives His Holy Spirit in those who obey His words and commandments,
and He guides them by His Spirit. Many believers do not obey the
words and commandments of Jesus as they are recorded in the gospels,
in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. They refuse to repent and be
baptized and live holy. How will they then receive and obey the Holy
Spirit? That is why many believers never receive the Holy Spirit.
Others have received the Holy Spirit, but they do not obey Him. They
follow their own mind and their own lusts, not Jesus. Others follow
after other people, preachers and churches. They have abandoned their
relationship with Jesus and they will perish in hell if they do not
get back to Him, restore their relationship, and follow and obey Him
until the end.
How
is our relationship with Jesus? Do we obey His words and
commandments? Have we repented and been baptized in water as Jesus
commanded? Are we living holy and righteously? Do we pray and seek
Jesus? Have we received His Holy Spirit dwelling in us? Do we hear
Him, listen and obey, follow Him? Is our relationship with Jesus
growing. Most importantly: Does Jesus know us, and is He pleased with
us?
Is
our relationship with Jesus well and alive or have we abandoned Him?
Are we really following Jesus or are we busy with lip service and
religion?
May
Jesus bless you.

THE LOVE OF JESUS

The love of Jesus is expressed in these
words: “Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his
life for his friends. “ John 15:13. Jesus laid own His life to
save the whole world from hell and damnation. He is a friend to
everybody. He loves and cares for everybody and it is not His will
that any perish. He gives eternal life to His friends, but not
everybody is His friend. Jesus said:” “You are My friends if you
do what I command you.” John 15:14.
Jesus invites everybody to become His
friends, to follow and obey Him, to become His sheep. Jesus said: ”My
sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I
give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one
will snatch them out of My hand.” John 10:27,28.
“Everyone who calls on the name of
the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13. Jesus will not reject anyone
who calls on Him. He accepts everyone who calls on Him and receives
Him, forgives their past sin and makes them a child of God, born
again of the Spirit of God. He gives them Life and Hope, of eternal
life. They become His sheep. It is His desire and His will for them
to inherit the kingdom of heaven and have eternal life. He will do
everything to help them to enter heaven, but they need to OBEY Him,
stay with Him and endure with Him until the end, to have eternal
life.
Many of His sheep stray and go away
from Him. They disobey Him, follow after people and the world. They
go back to sin. Many disobey His commandments, His words and
commandments as recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Many refuse
to be baptized in water, as Jesus commanded. Others love the world,
the things of the world and the pleasures of sin. Some go after their
own ambitions and desires. Others regard the acceptance of the world
and of other people higher than the approval of Jesus. They enjoy the
company and fellowship of friends and other people, more than
fellowship with Jesus. They love entertainment, TV, videos, movies,
food, parties and the lust of the flesh. They have no desire for
Jesus, they avoid and ignore Him, never pray nor seek Him, have no
communion with Him. Some are religious, always studying, reading the
Bible, busy with church, evangelizing, preaching, but they are not
living holy, they have no communion with Jesus. Jesus warned: ”Not
everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of
heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will
enter. 22“Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did
we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and
in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23“And then I will
declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU
WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’” Matthew 7:21-23.
Jesus loves His sheep. He goes after
the stray sheep multiple times, to call them back to Him. He will
accept them back and forgive them, if they repent and come to Him. He
will never reject them, no matter how far they have fallen. He
endlessly loves them, but He will never force them to follow Him. He
will never hold them back if they do not want to stay with Him.
Many times I backslid, went away from
Jesus, fell into sin, and came back to Him. For many years I led a
life of falling and getting back up, and falling again. Every time
Jesus took me back. Jesus never gives up on us. For years I went away
from Jesus and lived a godless life, even though I knew Jesus well.
Because Jesus cared for me, He laid obstacles in my way. He chastised
me. He took my first wife away. She died after a car accident. I
became a widower, with two little boys, one 3 years old, the other 9
months. He sent me a good woman to be my wife and help me bring up
my children. Eventually I got the message and repented. Jesus took me
back. I was in shame for how far I had fallen and I wanted to follow
Jesus with all my heart. It was a hard road to get back and follow
Jesus. It came with many obstacles, hardships and pain.
I had much to learn. I never realized
how narrow the road really is. I thought I was living a good
Christian life, and then on July 28, 1998 I had a heart attack. I
died and I found myself on my way to hell. I knew I was not coming
back. I left my body and I was drawn down a deep dark black hole. I
pleaded with Jesus to let me come back, to warn the world, that Jesus
is alive and hell is real. Jesus allowed me to come back, and then I
had to learn about what Jesus really requires of us. He requires
discipleship, holiness, utter obedience to Him.
I learned that the gospel preached in
churches is all lies, just to believe in Jesus for salvation. I
learned that the only way to eternal life is to obey the words of
Jesus, His words and commandments as also recorded in Matthew, Mark,
Luke and John. I learned that those who disobey Jesus will perish,
those who refuse to repent and stop sinning, those who refuse to be
baptized in water, as He commanded, those who do not seek Him. I
learned to hear His voice, to listen to Him and follow Him. I learned
obedience through much suffering.
I learned how much the world has been
and is being deceived by churches. Churches are misleading the
believers. They are not making disciples of Jesus, they themselves do
not know Jesus. They do not preach the words and commandments of
Jesus, neither do they follow and obey Him. Churches are a scam. They
are leading the multitudes to hell.
Jesus loves us and He reveals the truth
to those who seek Him. He gives His Holy Spirit in those who love Him
and therefor obey Him. He discloses Himself to those who obey Him. He
corrects and disciplines every child that He accepts, because He
wants us to inherit His kingdom. He works perfection in every child
who follows and obeys Him, so that we can share in His holiness,
because without holiness no one will see the Lord.
Jesus wants us to follow Him, walk with
Him, listen to Him, learn from Him and serve His kingdom. He wants to
teach and guide us and give us understanding, but we need to stay
close to Him and OBEY Him. We are only His friends who will have
eternal life if we do what He commands.
May Jesus bless you.

YOU MUST WORK OUT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS

It requires hard work and dedication to
build and maintain any good relationship. Our most important
relationship for this life and for eternity, is our relationship with
Jesus. The quality and reality of our relationship with Jesus, will
determine whether we spend eternity in heaven with Him, or away from
Him in hell.
Jesus warned:“Not everyone who says
to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who
does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22“Many
will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in
Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform
many miracles?’ 23“And then I will declare to them, ‘I
never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE
LAWLESSNESS.’” Matthew 7:21-23. Jesus was not talking about
unbelievers, He was talking about believers who were practicing
lawlessness, sinning. Even though they were casting out demons,
performing miracles in the name of Jesus, they were practicing sin,
and therefor Jesus would deny them, reject them.
Disobedience to Jesus and sin separate
us from Him. Jesus said: “He who has My commandments and keeps them
is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My
Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him.”
“If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love
him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with him. 24“He
who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you
hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.” John
14:21,23,24.
The commandments of Jesus are His
words, the words that He spoke as also recorded in Matthew, Mark,
Luke and John. By obeying His commandments we prove that we love
Jesus and He promised to disclose Himself to those who obey His
words. He promised His Holy Spirit to come and dwell in the one who
loves and obeys Him. He will lead and guide them in all things and
will be with them for eternity.
Jesus will never leave us, nor forsake
us. He will always be with us, but if we sin and disobey Him, we go
away from Him. Our sin separates us from Him.
We need to seek Jesus, spend time in
prayer with Him, meditate on His words, always have Jesus on our
mind. Worldly hobbies, friends, things of the world, sports, TV,
entertainment, movies, video games, the lust of the flesh, will draw
us away from Jesus.
We need to decide what is more
important to us, Jesus or other things. The quality of our
relationship with Jesus depends on us. If we are not serious and do
not love Him above all things, we are not worthy of Him, and He will
deny us. Spending time with Christian friends, fellowship with other
believers, attending church, Bible study and reading Christian books,
listening to Christian music, all of that, is not fellowship with
Jesus. Those things do not build our relationship with Jesus. It is
the time that we spend with Him, doing the things that He tells us to
do, that keeps us in communion with Him.
Jesus said: “My sheep hear My voice,
and I know them, and they follow Me; 28and I give eternal life
to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out
of My hand.” John 10:27,28. We need to be listening, hearing and
following Jesus.
Each of us must work out and build our
own relationship with Jesus. Nobody else can do it for us. We must
keep it alive, vibrant, real, all the time, until the end. We must
not allow our relationship with Jesus to slip. It must get stronger,
more intimate, lasting until the very end. Only those who endure and
stay faithful until the end will enter the kingdom of heaven.
If you have
slipped or were not serious enough, repent, go back to Jesus, get
serious and fix your relationship with Jesus, and keep it right. Do
not wait until you die and it is too late. Today is the day of
salvation. Seek Jesus today, while He still may be found. Tomorrow
may be for ever too late.
May Jesus bless you.

DO NOT ASSUME - LISTEN OBEY AND FOLLOW JESUS

Jesus has one word for those who
believe in Him. He says: ”Follow Me.” Many believe in Jesus but
few are willing to follow Him and that is why so few will have
eternal life. Jesus said: “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them,
and they follow Me; 28and I give eternal life to them, and they
will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.”
John 10:27,28.
Many believers never become followers
of Jesus, they never become sheep, they do not hear His voice, He
does not know them and they will not have eternal life. We have to be
born again of the Spirit of God, to become His children, His sheep
who hear His voice and follow Him.
We have to receive the Holy Spirit,
that the world, the unbeliever cannot receive. Jesus gives His Holy
Spirit in those who believe in Him and therefor obey His commands and
teachings. Those who disobey Him, will not receive His Spirit, they
will not be born again and they will not become His sheep. Jesus
commanded His disciples to make disciples, He said: “Go therefore
and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of
the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to
observe all that I commanded you;” Matthew 28:19,20.
The disciples of Jesus followed Him
until death. They physically followed Him until He was crucified,
resurrected and ascended to heaven. Before He ascended He commanded
them to wait in Jerusalem, for the Holy Spirit, Who was given on the
day of Pentecost, as we read in Acts 1&2. After receiving the
Holy Spirit, they were led by the Holy Spirit. They made disciples
who also received the Holy Spirit and were led by the Holy Spirit.
Jesus never changed. He still guides
His sheep. They hear His voice because they are born again and have
received His Holy Spirit. Most believers today have never been born
again, some have and have received the Holy Spirit but they do not
LISTEN, OBEY and FOLLOW and never get to know Jesus, neither does He
know them.
The Christendom has been deceived to
become religious, but most believers never become disciples, through
lack of understanding of the truth. If we are serious about eternal
life, we have to become disciples, who listen to Jesus and follow
Him. We must be led by the Holy Spirit.
The true children of God are led by the
Holy Spirit, not by other saints, or by their own interpretation of
the Bible. They listen to His voice and they follow Him. They do not
follow after, idolize or accept the guidance of preachers, prophets
or other men and women of God. They do not read the words of Jesus in
the Bible and assume Jesus has told them to do so. Just because Jesus
told the rich ruler to sell all his possessions, give it to the poor
and follow Him, does not mean he told you to do the same. Maybe you
are not a rich young ruler. Jesus told Peter to walk on water. Does
that mean He told you to do so? Many assume things from reading Bible
verses and listening to other believers. When things do not work out
as they expected, they blame Jesus. Do not assume things and them
blame God for your foolishness. You will only have yourself to blame.
Jesus did not tell the thief on the cross next to Him, to get down
and be baptized. Do not assume that you don’t need to obey Jesus
and be baptized in water.
Jesus does speak. His sheep hear His
voice and they obey Him, because they follow Him. Most believers do
not hear His voice, because they are not His sheep. Others ignore Him
and rather assume their own thoughts and doctrines, because they do
not want to follow Him. These are the words of God to Saul, king of
Israel: "For rebellion is as the sin of divination, And
insubordination is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have
rejected the word of the LORD, He has also rejected you from being
king." 1Samuel 15:23. Jesus does not tolerate rebellion and
disobedience. If we do not willfully follow Him, we cannot be His
disciples. If we do not follow and obey Him, we cannot expect to have
eternal life.
Do not assume, listen, obey and follow
Jesus, until the end.
May Jesus bless you.

REPENT AND BE BAPTIZED or Perish

Before you can receive the Holy Spirit
of Jesus Christ, you first need to repent and be baptized. We read in
Acts 2 the words of the apostle Peter on the day of Pentecost:
Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized
in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you
will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39“For the promise
is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as
the Lord our God will call to Himself.” Acts 2:37,38.
To repent means to feel or express
sincere regret sorrow or remorse about one's wrongdoing or sin. Some
people never find repentance, like Esau, who despised his birth right
and lost it. We read in Hebrews 12:15 “See to it that there
be no immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own
birthright for a single meal. 17For you know that even
afterwards, when he desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected,
for he found no place for repentance, though he sought for it with
tears.” Many people despise the grace of God that leads them to
repentance and later when they wish to repent they do not have the
chance. Some believers never repent, they just keep on asking
forgiveness and keep on going back to the same sins. Their hearts are
hardened and God gives them over to a reprobate mind, because they
love sin and hate righteousness, and so they perish in their sins.
True repentance results in turning from sin and living in holiness.
If a person has not repented it makes no sense to be baptized.
We read in Matthew 3:1 “Now in those
days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea,
saying,2“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
Verse 7 “But when
he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming for baptism, he
said to them, “You brood of vipers, who warned you to flee from the
wrath to come? 8“Therefore bear fruit in keeping with
repentance; 9and do not suppose that you can say to yourselves,
‘We have Abraham for our father’; for I say to you that from
these stones God is able to raise up children to Abraham.10“The axe
is already laid at the root of the trees; therefore every tree that
does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
      11“As
for me, I baptize you with water for repentance, but He who is coming
after me is mightier than I, and I am not fit to remove His sandals;
He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. 12“His
winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear His
threshing floor; and He will gather His wheat into the barn, but He
will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
Where there is no
fruit of repentance, there was no repentance and it makes no sense to
be baptized.
Jesus commanded that
all those who wish to follow Him be baptized in water. We read in
Mark 16:15:16 Jesus said to His disciples “Go into all the
world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16“He who has
believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has
disbelieved shall be condemned.”
Without repentance
and water baptism there is no salvation, just condemnation. Neither
will such persons receive the Holy Spirit. The apostle Paul wrote in
Romans 8:9 “if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he
does not belong to Him.”
Many believers think
they have salvation, but they never repented. They are living in sin.
They are not holy. Others were never baptized in water and most never
received the Holy Spirit.
Without the Holy
Spirit, we have no communion with Jesus. Modern Christianity has
Bibles, doctrines and churches but no Spirit, no Jesus.
Have you repented
and been baptized? Did you receive the Holy Spirit? Are you born
again of the Spirit of God and are you living in communion with Him?
Those who are being led by the Spirit of God, they are the children
of God. Are you a child of God.

May Jesus bless you.

PARROTS AND PRETENDERS FALSE CHRISTIANS How to follow Jesus

Most professing Christians pretend to
be what they are not. A Christian is a FOLLOWER of Jesus, a DISCIPLE,
not just a believer. Jesus gives eternal life to those who become His
DISCIPLES and who follow and obey Him until the end of their lives.
Very few professing Christians know
Jesus and do follow Him. Most are just parrots. They learn from and
speak like their church leaders, who are equally deceived. They quote
Bible verses and the sayings of famous Christians, but they
themselves do not know nor follow Jesus. They live in a dream world.
They believe and pretend to be saved, but they live no differently
from unbelievers.
You have to physically follow Jesus
and live in obedience to Him, to have eternal life. God is spirit and
He speaks to us in our spirit, but the unbeliever, who has not been
born again does not perceive the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God. You
must be born again of the Spirit of God to be in communion with God.
Jesus gives the spiritual rebirth and the gift of the Holy Spirit in
those who believe in Him and receive Him. How does that happen?
We see in Acts chapters 1 &2 how it
happened, on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit was first
given to those who followed Jesus before He was crucified,
resurrected and ascended to heaven. We read in Acts 2:1 “When the
day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. 2And
suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind,
and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3And
there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves,
and they rested on each one of them. 4And they were all filled
with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the
Spirit was giving them utterance.”
Peter explained to the bystanders what
had happened, that God had poured out the Holy Spirit on the
followers of Jesus, who by His command were waiting for the Holy
Spirit to be given. We read in Acts 2:37-39.
“Now when they
heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to
Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brethren, what shall we
do?” 38Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of
you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of
your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39“For
the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off,
as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.”
In the very same way Jesus, even today,
baptizes those who obey and seek to follow Him, in the Holy Spirit.
He gives of His Spirit in them to teach and guide them so that they
can physically follow and obey Him.
You cannot follow Jesus if you are not
born again and have not received the Holy Spirit. Receiving the Holy
Spirit is not a guarantee of eternal life. You have to follow and
obey Jesus until the end, to have eternal life. Repent and be
baptized, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. To repent
is not to admit you are a sinner. It means to remorsefully regret
your past sins and to turn away from those sins. Be holy, sin no
more. Repent from following after your own desires and lusts. Turn to
Jesus and follow after Him. Die to sin so that you can live for
Jesus. Be baptized in water to bury your old man of sin, under the
water and come out of the water, a new creature in Christ, born again
of water. Then ask Jesus for the Holy Spirit baptism so that you will
be born of the Spirit of God, to be able to hear His voice in your
spirit and follow Him.
Jesus will guide you in every aspect of
your life, but you have to seek and follow His guidance. You have to
be willing to give up everything to follow and obey Him, but first be
sure that you know Him, know His voice and that you hear from Him. Do
not run after other believers, saints, men of God or other people.
You must follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Read and obey the gospel of Jesus
Christ, His words and commandments as recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke
and John. Repent and be baptized and ask Jesus to baptize you in the
Holy Spirit, the same as those disciples received the Holy Spirit in
Acts 2, and in the rest of the book of Acts. Read the book of Acts
and see how the disciples were led by the Holy Spirit after the day
of Pentecost. In the same way Jesus will guide and use us even today,
if we follow Him. Jesus never changed. He guides His disciples
through His Holy Spirit.
Jesus said: ”My sheep hear My voice,
and I know them, and they follow Me;  and I give eternal life to
them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of
My hand.” John 10:27,28. Have you been born again of the Spirit of
God and are you following Jesus every day? Are you one of His
disciples, His sheep, who follow Him unto LIFE?
May Jesus bless you.

YOU ARE CALLED

Everybody to whom the gospel of Jesus
Christ has come is called to follow Him, become a child of God and
have eternal life. Nobody is excluded. We read in Titus 2:11-14. “For
the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all
men,
12instructing
us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly,
righteously and godly in the present age,
13looking
for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God
and Savior, Christ Jesus,
14who
gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to
purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good
deeds.”
Jesus
calls us to FOLLOW Him. Those who FOLLOW Him until the very end will
have eternal life. Those who do not FOLLOW Him are heading for
destruction.
How
do you follow a God that you cannot see? God is spirit, and He gives
His spirit, the Holy Spirit, in those who receive Jesus. They are
then led by the Holy Spirit. The world, the unbeliever cannot receive
the Holy Spirit. You need to be born again of the Spirit of God, to
be able to HEAR His VOICE and follow Him. Jesus said: ”But when He,
the Spirit of truth, comes, He WILL GUIDE YOU INTO ALL THE TRUTH; for
He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He
will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.
14“He
will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose
it to
you.
15“All
things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes
of Mine and will disclose
it to
you.” John 16:13-15.
Most
professing Christians have not received the Holy Spirit and thus they
cannot follow Jesus. They do not know Him. Jesus did not call people
to become church members and listen to self appointed clergy, church
officials, pastors, or whatever these deceivers call themselves.
Jesus called disciples who HEAR and follow Him and who make disciples
who follow Him. Church organizations are not of the kingdom of God,
they are worldly man made institutions that serve the church
leadership.
You
have to follow Jesus to have eternal life and inherit the kingdom of
God. Obey the gospel of Jesus, His words and commandments, as
recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Repent and be baptized, ask
Jesus to give His Holy Spirit in you, to teach and guide you. He will
speak to you. Listen, follow and obey. Jesus said: “My sheep hear
My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me;
28and
I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one
will snatch them out of My hand.” John 10:27,28.
Have
you answered the call? Are you following Jesus?
May
Jesus bless you.

99% OF CHRISTIANS ARE HEADING FOR HELL

The entire Christian church has been
deceived by satan. Christians believe that they only need to believe
in Jesus to have eternal life. Jesus warned that He will say to many
believers:”Depart from Me, I never knew you, you who practice
lawlessness.” Most professing Christians are sinners. If they
obeyed Jesus and repented of their sin, they would have known Jesus,
and He would know them.
Many professing Christians know the
Bible, but they don’t know Jesus. Those who believe in Jesus and
accept Him, accept His commands and teachings and obey them are
empowered to become children of God. We read in John 1:12:13 “But
as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children
of God,
even to
those who believe in His name,  who were born, not of blood nor
of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.” It is
only when a person hears the gospel of Jesus Christ, believes in Him
and therefor obeys Him, repents and is baptized, that he is born of
God, born again. Jesus said:” unless one is born of water and the
Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6“That
which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the
Spirit is spirit.
7“Do
not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ “
John 3:5-7.
To
be born again of the Spirit of God is a supernatural work that God
does in the heart of a person who believes in Jesus and receives Him.
“No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides
in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” 1 John 3:9.
Many
believe in Jesus, call on Him and they are born again, but then they
do not stay with Jesus. They do not follow Him and get to know Him.
They either become religious, or they go back to their life of sin.
Jesus requires of us that we obey and follow Him. He said:” “He
who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and
he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and
will disclose Myself to him.” John 14:21. Jesus discloses
Himself too those who love Him and obey His commandments, His words,
as recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. He speaks to them, they
are His sheep. Jesus said: ”My sheep hear My voice, and I know
them, and they follow Me;
28and
I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one
will snatch them out of My hand.” John 10:27,28.
Most
Christians never became His sheep. They do not hear His voice,
neither do they follow Him. How do they then expect to have eternal
life, because they do not know Him and He does not know them.
Are
we His sheep? Do we hear His voice and follow Him? Does Jesus know
us?
May
Jesus bless you.

NO SUBSTITUTE FOR THE HOLY SPIRIT

For a born again, Spirit filled saint,
there is no substitute for the Holy Spirit. Do not listen to other
saints. Do not look for answers in the Bible. Do not trust in your
own understanding of Bible verses. If you do, you will be destroyed.
Sadly very few Christians are born
again and have received the Holy Spirit. Most of those who have
received the Holy Spirit never learn to follow and obey His guidance.
The born again Spirit filled saint operates under guidance of the
Holy Spirit. His wisdom and direction comes from the Holy Spirit.
The saint does not allow his fleshly
desires and lusts to dominate his life. It is written: “So
then, brethren, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live
according to the flesh—
13for
if you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the
Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will
live.
14For
all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.”
Romans 8:12-14.
If
we are serious about following Jesus we will set our minds on Him,
seek Him, wait on Him and be led by the Holy Spirit.
May
Jesus bless you.

LOVE NOT THE WORLD

“Do not love the world nor the things
in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is
not in him. 16For all that is in the world, the lust of the
flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not
from the Father, but is from the world. 17The world is passing
away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of
God lives forever.” 1 John 2:15-17.
Jesus said: “He who loves father or
mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or
daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. 38“And he who does
not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. 39“He
who has found his life will lose it, and he who has lost his life for
My sake will find it.” Matthew 10:37-39.
Some Christians
love their dogs more than they love Jesus. They idolize their dogs.
Others idolize their wife and their children. Others love the things
of the world. Many preachers fell in love with prosperity and money.
They live in mansions, drive luxury cars, dress up in designer
suites, have jet aircraft. They live like CEO’s, politicians,
business executives and rock stars. Others follow after the worldly
celebrities, with dreadlocks, tattoos, piercings, makeup, jewelry,
hair pieces, augmentations, plastic surgery, coloring their hair,
dressing up like the world. They dress like the world, walk round
half naked. They love eating out, wining and dining, going on
holidays, always seeking entertainment and stimulation of their
fleshly desires. They go to the same places, they love sports, TV,
movies, entertainment. They are lovers of pleasure and haters of God.
The Christian churches have become places of entertainment, dancing,
they look like cinemas and night clubs. They are houses of
fornication, not just with others but with the world. The churches
look like masonic temples, with steeples and elaborate decorations.
They are haunts of devils, not houses of prayer. They have created
images of Jesus that appeal to their perverted minds. They live as
enemies of the cross of Christ. “Their end is
destruction, their god is their belly, and their
glory is in their shame. Their minds are set
on earthly things.” Philippians 3:19
“By this we know that we are in
Him: the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in
the same manner as He walked.” 1 John 2:6. If we are following
Jesus and abiding in Him, in His words, then we will be LIKE Him, not
like the world.
Are we real children of God, or are we
false Christians?
May Jesus bless you.

OBEY JESUS OR YOU WILL PERISH

Many people believe in Jesus and therefor they think that they will have
eternal life, but they ignore the conditions for eternal life. We
read in John 3:36. "He who believes in the Son has eternal life;
but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of
God abides on him."
Jesus
came to do the will of the Father “Although He was a Son, He
learned obedience from the things which He suffered.
9And
having been made perfect, He became to all those who obey Him the
source of eternal salvation” Hebrews 5:8,9.
Faith
in Jesus gives us the HOPE of eternal life, but it is only through
OBEDIENCE to Jesus that we can have eternal life.
OBEY
the gospel of Jesus Christ, His words and commandments as recorded in
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Repent and be baptized. Stop sinning,
be holy. Live in obedience to the words of Jesus and He will disclose
Himself to you. He will give His Holy Spirit in you to teach and
guide you. OBEY and FOLLOW Him until the end and you will have
eternal life.
May
Jesus bless you.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED SALVATION?

Many professing
Christians believe in Jesus, but they have never received Him, they
have never received salvation. They are not born again. They are just
believing sinners. We read in John 1:12,13 “But as many as received
Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to
those who believe in His name, 13who were born, not of blood nor
of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.”
Those who have received Jesus, embraced
Him, invited Him into their lives, accepted His Lordship and
submitted themselves to Him, obey His words, repent and are baptized,
they are born again. They receive a new life. They are born again,
new creatures in Christ. They are not sinners any more. They long for
the words and the revelation of Jesus. They yearn for Him and for His
Spirit to fill them and dwell in them. They yearn for holiness and
for the approval of Jesus. They walk in holiness and righteousness.
They are children of God. They are born of the Spirit of God. They
have not just had a change of mind and taken on religion. They have a
new heart.
Have you become sick and tired of your
life of sin, failure and despair? Are you tired of being a phony
false Christian, a dirty religious hypocrite? Then run to Jesus.
Accept Him, receive Him, receive His salvation that changes you into
an obedient child of God.
If you don’t want holiness and you
don’t want to be clean. If you still love your sin and enjoy the
pleasures of the world, then don’t waste your time with religion.
Only go to Jesus if you truly want Him and if you truly want to be a
child of God. All your religion and Bible knowledge will bring you
nowhere. You need Jesus. Receive Him and you will have Life. Receive
Him and He will give you salvation. He will make you new.
Have you received Jesus? Have you
received salvation? Are you a new creature, a born again child of
God?
May Jesus bless you.

DO NOT WORRY ABOUT TOMORROW

Jesus said:” do not worry about
tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough
trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34. It is a command, an instruction,
of Jesus to those who follow Him, who put their trust in Him.
We cannot be trusting in Him, if we
worry. Without faith it is impossible to please God. He works on the
behalf of those who trust Him. Jesus said: “I will never leave, nor
forsake you.” He is our Helper and He will take care of us. We must
just trust in Him and not worry. It is written in Philippians 4:6,7
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and
supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to
God. 7And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension,
will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
May Jesus bless you.

WHAT IS YOUR MOTIVE?

Christian believers have different
motives, but very few have a desire to know Jesus, Himself and to be
known by Him. Jesus said some words that should scare believers and
wake them up. He said: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord,
Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will
of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22“Many will
say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your
name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many
miracles?’ 23“And then I will declare to them, ‘I never
knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE
LAWLESSNESS.’ Matthew 7:21-23.
Jesus alone, will decide who goes into
heaven and who not. He was warning that many believers who prophesied
in His name and cast out demons, and in His name performed many
miracles will not enter heaven because they practiced lawlessness,
and He never knew them. How is that possible? How is it possible to
be a believer and perform supernatural miracles in the name of Jesus
and He does not know you?
Jesus said, that if we love Him, we
will obey Him and follow Him. We read in John 14:21 “He who has My
commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves
Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose
Myself to him.”
Is it our desire to know Jesus, for Him
to speak to us, to disclose Himself to us? Do we want to be pleasing
to Him, be known by Him? Do we have a desire for Jesus, or only for
the things that He can give us? If we do not obey His commandments,
His words as recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, then we do not
love Him and do not know Him. If we do not have interaction with
Jesus then our relationship with Him is not real. We might know the
Bible, believe in Jesus, cast out demons, speak in tongues, prophecy
in His name, heal the sick in His name and perform many miracles. We
might travel the world, preaching, evangelizing, doing missionary
work, but if we do not absolutely obey Jesus’ commandments, live
holy, be led by Him, His Holy Spirit guiding us, then our works are
in vain, our relationship with Him is not real. You cannot be in sin
and in Christ.
The apostle Paul was driven by a desire
to know Jesus and to be known by Him. He wrote in Philippians 3:10,11
“that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the
fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death; 11in
order that I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.” He
warned against the false Christians, Philippians 3:2 “Beware of the
dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision;”
and verse 18 “For many walk, of whom I often told you, and now tell
you even weeping, that they are enemies of the cross of
Christ, 19whose end is destruction, whose god is their appetite,
and whose glory is in their shame, who set their minds on
earthly things.” Such people refuse to pick up their cross and
follow Jesus. They refuse to live holy in obedience to Jesus. They
are not going after Jesus, but after their lusts.
If we truly love Jesus we will not sin,
we will follow and obey Him. We read in 1 John 2:3-6 “By this we
know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4The
one who says, “I have come to know Him,” and does not keep His
commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him; 5but
whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been
perfected. By this we know that we are in Him: 6the one who says
he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He
walked.”
There is no place for sin and
worldliness in the life of a child of God. Either your life is filled
with Jesus and a consuming desire to live holy and please Him, know
Him, hear from Him, be led and approved by Him, or you are just
religious, deceiving yourself and separated from Jesus, heading for
destruction.
What is our motive? Are we seeking
Jesus? Have we found Him? Are we getting to know Him better every
day? Do we hear from Him and are we staying close to Him. Jesus said:
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; 28and
I give eternal life to them,” John 10:27,28.
Are we one of His sheep who hear His
voice, are known by Him, and do we follow Him?
May Jesus bless you.

WILL YOU INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD?

The children of God are destined to
inherit the kingdom of God. All people are not children of God, only
those who accept Jesus and are born again become children of God.
John the Baptist testified of Jesus and said: ”He was in the world,
and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know
Him. 11He came to His own, and those who were His own did not
receive Him. 12But as many as received Him, to them He gave the
right to become children of God, even to those who believe
in His name, 13who were born, not of blood nor of the will of
the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:10-12
Jesus said: “Truly, truly, I say
to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
and “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water
and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6“That
which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the
Spirit is spirit.” John 3:3,5,6.
The apostle Paul wrote in Romans
8:16,17 “The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are
children of God, 17and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and
fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so
that we may also be glorified with Him.” We see that not all
children of God will inherit the kingdom of God, they will not all
have eternal life. There are certain things that are required of
God’s children.
As written in Romans 8:17, if we are
children of God we are “heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs
with Christ, IF INDEED WE SUFFER WITH HIM so that we may also be
glorified with Him.” Being a child of God will lead to
suffering, if we obey Him and do what He requires of us. It will lead
to suffering, rejection, persecution and even to death.
Many children of God do not obey the
words of Jesus, and therefor they are not subjected to the sufferings
that come on those who follow Him. We can only be fruitful for the
kingdom of God if we remain in Jesus, in obedience to Him. Jesus
warned that every branch in Him that does not bear fruit will get cut
off and burned. Every unfruitful born again child of God will get
disowned by Jesus and end up in hell if they do not repent and follow
Jesus.
Jesus said: “If anyone wishes to come
after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and
follow Me. 24“For whoever wishes to save his life will lose
it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, he is the one who will
save it. 25“For what is a man profited if he gains the whole
world, and loses or forfeits himself? 26“For whoever is
ashamed of Me and My words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him
when He comes in His glory, and the glory of the Father and
of the holy angels.” Luke 9:23-26.
It is required of the children of God
to conduct themselves appropriately, to live for the kingdom of God
and to serve God. Jesus personally delivered the rules that we have
to follow to become children of God and the commandments by which we
have to live in order to inherit the kingdom of God. They are His
words and commandments, as also recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and
John. Salvation, eternal life comes through faith in Jesus and
subsequent obedience to Him. Only those who follow and obey Jesus,
endure with Him, suffer with Him until the end, will have eternal
life. Those who disobey Jesus, will perish. It is written in John
3:36 “He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does
not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on
him.”
How do you become a child of God?
Believe in Jesus and accept Him as you Lord and Master. Humble
yourself before Him in prayer. Repent of you sins. Ask Him to forgive
and pardon your past sins and to accept you as a child of God. Stop
sinning. Accept His words and commandments as your future rule and
way of living. Be baptized in water. Ask Jesus to baptize you in the
Holy Spirit. You will then be a born again child of God as Jesus said
in John 3:5,6. “unless one is born of water and the Spirit he
cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6“That which is born of
the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”
How to live as a child of God? Live in
obedience to the words and commandments of Jesus as recorded in
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Further, be led by the Holy Spirit that
He gave in you when you were born again. Follow Jesus, obey Him and
stay with Him until the end.
Only those children of God who obey
Jesus, follow Him, suffer with Him and endure with Him until the end
have the HOPE of eternal life. Take heed of the warning of Jesus that
we read in Luke 13:23,24 And someone said to Him, “Lord, are
there just a few who are being saved?” And He said to
them, 24“Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I
tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able.
Let us strive hard and make every
effort to follow and obey Jesus until the end, so that we may
maintain the hope of inheriting the kingdom of God in the end.
May Jesus bless you.

IF I STUMBLE

Jesus requires of us to be perfect. We
have to obey His words and commandments and follow Him until the end
to have eternal life. He requires utter obedience and holiness,
without which no one will see the Lord. We are all human, fallible,
capable of making mistakes. We all stumble. How do we deal with it?
Do we carry on in sin, or in our
mistake, or do we immediately correct it and take every precaution to
avoid falling into the same trap again? We must realize that we are
the masters of our own destiny. Our actions will determine whether we
enter heaven, or end up in hell. The words of Jesus are clear. Those
who disobey Him will not enter heaven. We have to decide whether we
want to live, have eternal life with Jesus, follow and obey Him, or
go our own way and end up in hell.
If we are serious
about eternal life, we will immediately correct our error, as soon as
it occurs, plead Jesus’ forgiveness and do our utmost not to repeat
that mistake. If we don’t we will certainly not enter heaven. Some
people say it is impossible. I want to set before you a scenario. I
was a pilot. As a pilot, your life and those of the people flying
with you are in your hands. If you make an error and do not correct
it in time, you can be in serious trouble. You will die. The onus is
on you alone to make swift effective correction. I flew for many
years and I made many mistakes, but I survived. I was not the best
pilot that I knew, I knew many brilliant pilots, some of them, who
killed themselves, because they took chances, got reckless or just
plain complacent. They paid for it with there lives. I also made many
mistakes, but I never became complacent. I was always careful to stay
within my limits and that of the aircraft, but nothing is perfect or
predictable in air space. You cannot just stop, get out and correct.
You will go down, and you seldom are able to choose where you crash.
You never know what can happen. You may develop a mechanical problem
with the aircraft. You need to check that out and correct it before
you take off. Once you are in the air you are on your own and your
actions determine whether you survive or not. You might take off and
fly into bad whether. You might encounter high headwinds, causing you
to consume more fuel, reducing your endurance so that you might not
have enough fuel to reach your destination. If you don’t take
timely action, divert and take in fuel sooner, at a different
location, you will run out of fuel and crash. You have to plan your
flight, endurance, fuel management and availability, alternates and
deviations. You are not the only person in the air, you have to look
out and make sure you do not collide with other aircraft. I am not
trying to give you a lesson in flying but I want to stress to you how
important it is to do everything right if you want to stay alive as a
pilot. It is the very same in our walk with Jesus. As a pilot I made
mistakes, got lost in the air, got caught in bad weather, storms,
thunder, lightning, high winds, cross winds on landing that can flip
your plane and throw you on the side of the runway, kill you, and
many more. I survived because I was cautious, avoided taking chance
and above all, Jesus kept me alive. I called on Him many times and He
saved me from death and destruction.
We have to be careful in our walk with
Jesus, not to sin, not to fall into temptation because that mistake
that we make can be fatal. If we call on Jesus and take corrective
action, we can save ourselves from hell and damnation. Many people do
not repent, they do not correct their ways. Many are on the wrong
way, they will reach the wrong destination.
Jesus will never leave us. He will
never reject us if we come to Him, call on Him. He will always help,
forgive and accept us back, if we repent of our error and come to
Him. We leave Jesus, He never leaves us. However, He will never force
us to obey Him. The wages of sin is death. Even if you are an old
pilot, if you make a mistake you can die. Even if you are a seasoned
Christian. If you sin you will burn. Jesus requires utter holiness
and obedience. We must be extremely careful and make every effort to
avoid sin. Remove all things from your life that can make you stumble
or fall into temptation. Practice self control. Choose right and do
right. If we do stumble we must immediately correct, repent and live
holy, follow Jesus. You cannot afford to allow yourself to be
distracted from Jesus, from living holy, righteous in obedience to
Him. Our conscience and the Holy Spirit immediately warns us, the
moment we go wrong. Stay focused on Jesus. He will guide you. Take
heed, listen, obey, correct and stay on the straight narrow road,
that leads to life.
The righteous may stumble, but they
immediately repent and correct. Sinners continue in their wickedness
and look for excuses. Some believers knowingly sin and commit
adultery and fornication, with the intention of later asking
forgiveness. They are not honest in their hearts, they keep their sin
in their hearts and never repented. They will perish. God is not
mocked. Jesus said that he who looks at a woman with lust is already
guilty of adultery. Do not take chances. Many live in sin and hope to
have the opportunity to have a death bed repentance before they die.
Many die every day, unexpectedly. As you live, so shall you die. If
you live in sin, you will perish in your sin.
Jesus saves from sin, but then we have
to live holy, follow and obey Him until the end, to have eternal
life.
May Jesus bless you.

HE PROMISED US HIS SPIRIT

The disciples of Jesus were sad to learn the He would be leaving them,
and no longer be physically with them, when He told them before He
was crucified, but He promised them that He would not leave them as
orphans. He promised them the Holy Spirit, His Spirit that would come
and dwell with them. Jesus did not promise them a book, or a Bible or
anything else. He promised His Spirit.
We
read in John 14:16-25, Jesus said: “I will ask the Father, and He
will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;17that
is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because
it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because
He abides with you and will be in you.
      18“I
will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19“After a
little while the world will no longer see Me, but you will see
Me; because I live, you will live also. 20“In that day you
will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. 21“He
who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and
he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and
will disclose Myself to him.” 22Judas (not Iscariot) said to
Him, “Lord, what then has happened that You are going to disclose
Yourself to us and not to the world?” 23Jesus answered and
said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My
Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode with
him. 24“He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and
the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.
      25“These
things I have spoken to you while abiding with you. 26“But the
Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He
will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I
said to you.”
We
read in john 16:5-15 Jesus said: “But now I am going to Him who
sent Me; and none of you asks Me, ‘Where are You going?’6“But
because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your
heart. 7“But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage
that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to
you; but if I go, I will send Him to you. 8“And He, when He
comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and
judgment; 9concerning sin, because they do not believe in
Me; 10and concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father
and you no longer see Me; 11and concerning judgment, because the
ruler of this world has been judged.
      12“I
have many more things to say to you, but you cannot
bear them now. 13“But when He, the Spirit of truth,
comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on
His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will
disclose to you what is to come. 14“He will glorify Me, for He
will take of Mine and will disclose it to you. 15“All
things that the Father has are Mine; therefore I said that He takes
of Mine and will disclose it to you.”
After
Jesus was crucified and resurrected, before He ascended to heaven He
spoke to them. We read in Acts 1:4 “Gathering them together, He
commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the
Father had promised, “Which,” He said, “you heard of
from Me;5for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with
the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” The disciples did go to
Jerusalem and were united in prayer, waiting on the gift that Jesus
promised. We read in Acts 2: 1-4 “When the day of Pentecost had
come, they were all together in one place. 2And suddenly there
came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled
the whole house where they were sitting. 3And there appeared to
them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on
each one of them. 4And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit
and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them
utterance.”
The
bystanders enquired about what had happened and Peter explained it to
them in many words, upon which they asked him what they should do to
receive the Holy Spirit. Peter said to them, “Repent, and
each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the
forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy
Spirit. 39“For the promise is for you and your children and
for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to
Himself.” Acts 2:38-39.
The
Holy Spirit baptism with evidence of speaking in tongues is not only
about speaking in tongues, but about the indwelling of Jesus,
disclosing Himself, revealing Himself in and through those who have
received Him, being with them for always, teaching and guiding them
in all things. It is the fulfillment of Emmanuel, “God with us”,
“Christ dwelling in us” becoming born of the Spirit to be
children of God.
Receiving
and following the Holy Spirit, obeying Him, being taught and led by
Him is integral, essential, vital for every believer in order to be
in the right relationship with Jesus. It is not just a token or a
symbol but the supernatural unification with Jesus. We cannot follow
Jesus if we have not received His Spirit. We cannot be in communion
with Him. It is an absolutely essential requirement for everyone who
wishes to become one of His sheep, hear His voice, follow Him and
have eternal life.
The
first Christians did not have Bibles. They were taught the
commandments of Jesus by the disciples and they received the Holy
Spirit. They were led by the Holy Spirit.
He
promised us His Spirit. Have you received His Spirit? Are you in
communion with Him. Do you hear His voice and do you follow Him? Are
you one of His sheep?
May
Jesus bless you.

STAYING SAVED

Many people are drowning in an ocean of
sin. They are on the road that leads to destruction. The only way to
escape eternal damnation is to be saved from that sin and to follow
the path of righteousness that leads to eternal life. Only Jesus can
save us from our sin and forgive our past sins, but then we have to
stay out of that ocean of sin, stay with Him, follow Him, be holy
and bear fruit of righteousness. Having been workers of wickedness we
must become servants of righteousness and builders of the kingdom of
God.
Many people hear the gospel of Jesus
Christ, they believe and call on Jesus. He saves them from their sins
and addictions, but instead of following Him and staying with Him,
they go right back into sin. They were lost, drowning. Jesus saved
them, and then they jumped right back into sin. They are lost again.
When Jesus saves us, we must change
course, we must change direction, turn away from the way we used to
live, turn away from sin, turn away from the sinful worldly things
that we used to do, or else we will fall right back into sin and
addiction. Stop sinning, fornicating, adultery, sex outside of
marriage. Stop lying, cheating, lusting, gossiping, hating, envying,
hating, cursing, slandering. Get rid of those things, that tempted
you into sin. Throw away the cigarettes, alcohol and drugs. Stop
watching TV, movies, pornography, stop playing video games. Get off
social media. Get rid of those wrong friends. Stop associating with
and running after celebrities. Stop trying to be like and fit in with
worldly sinful people. Stop participating in senseless entertainment,
parties, worldly sports and pleasure, always eating out and running
after sensuality. Stop celebrating worldly holidays, Easter,
Halloween, Valentines day, Christmas and all the other holidays that
are designed to make you waste money and participate in fruitless
foolery. Stop trying to please people and be accepted by them. Stop
buying trash and every new technological toy, cellphone, car, fashion
fads, and things that you don’t need, with money that you don’t
have, that gets you further into debt and desperation. Pay off your
debts. Clean up your wardrobe. Get rid of revealing clothing. Stop
defiling your body with tattoos and piercings. Stop wasting money on
makeup, hair pieces, augmentations, plastic surgery and other
modifications. God made you good, beautiful enough. Thank Him for
what He gave you, take care of it and glorify Him with your body.
Stop living in a dream world and face reality. Stop being lazy and
slothful. Clean up your life. Get a job. Take responsibility for
your own life and your own destiny. Obey Jesus and follow Him or you
will end up in hell.
Obey Jesus. Call on Him to save you.
Accept Him, His words and His commandments, His way of living and
doing. Obey His words and commandments as recorded in Matthew, Mark,
Luke and John. Be meticulous to obey Jesus. Repent, STOP SINNING. Be
baptized in water for the washing off of your sin. SIN NO MORE.
Start living a new life, a life
dedicated to Jesus. Don’t join a church, don’t become like church
people. Go after Jesus, become like Him. Pray, communicate with
Jesus. He will communicate with you in your heart, your spirit, your
conscience. Read His words, the red letter words in some Bibles, in
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Fill your mind with His words and OBEY
them, act on them, live by them. Do everything in your power to do
right and not sin. If you in fail, immediately repent, ask Jesus
forgiveness and take the utmost care not to sin again. Practice makes
perfect. Do not fall back into sin, you will be swept away and be
lost again. Always go back to Jesus. Stay with Him. He will never
reject you, if you come to Him.
Keep your mind on Jesus, always praying
to Him, speaking to Him in your mind, in your Heart, then you will
not sin. You will always be tempted in various ways. Do not give in
to temptation and fall back into sin and be doomed. Many people fall
into sin and never get back out again. They die in their sins and end
up in hell. Every time you fall back it gets more difficult to get up
again. Many lose their confidence and believe that Jesus will not
accept them again, which is not true. Others stay in sin and put off
going back to Jesus. They hope to carry on in sin and get a chance to
repent on their death bed. They do not always get that chance. Many
people die every day, unexpectedly, unprepared and they are for ever
lost.
The only safe way is to follow Jesus
and stay with Him. All other ways lead to destruction. Are you
staying saved? Are you following Jesus and doing His will?
May Jesus bless you.

ENTRANCE TO THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT GUARANTEED

The kingdom of God is not visible to a
person who is not born again. Neither can such a person enter the
kingdom of God and have eternal life. Jesus said “Truly, truly, I
say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of
God.” And “unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot
enter into the kingdom of God.  “That which is born of the
flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”
John 3:3,5,6.
Even when a person is born again,
entrance to the kingdom of God is not guaranteed. Jesus said: ”Not
everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of
heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will
enter. 22“Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did
we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and
in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23“And then I will
declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU
WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’ John 7:21-23.
Many born again people live in sin and
practice unrighteousness. Some of them are preachers, pastors, church
leaders, evangelists who even heal the sick and cast out demons in
the Name of Jesus, but they are some openly, others secretly living
in sin and immorality. They believe they are saved because they are
born again and even perform miracles. They forget that the
unrighteous will not enter the kingdom of heaven. We read in 1
Corinthians 6:9,10. “Or do you not know that the unrighteous
ones will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be
deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor
adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10nor thieves, nor
coveters, not drunkards, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will
inherit the kingdom of God.” Without holiness no one will
see the Lord.
Many born again children of God will
end up in hell because they did not follow and obey Jesus. They did
not obey Him and live according to His words, His commandments and
teachings, as they are also recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
Jesus said: “If anyone hears My sayings and does not keep them, I
do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save
the world.48“He who rejects Me and does not receive My sayings, has
one who judges him; the word I spoke is what will judge him at the
last day.” John
12:47,48.
Many born again
Christians refuse to obey Jesus. Many refuse to be baptized in water,
as He commanded. Some have received the baptism in the Holy Spirit,
yet they still keep on disobeying Jesus. Those who disobey Jesus and
do not keep following Him until the end, will NOT enter the kingdom
of heaven. ““He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he
who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God
abides on him.” John 3:36.
Are we following Jesus and living in
utter obedience to Him?
May Jesus bless you.

JESUS WILL NEVER REFUSE YOU

+
Jesus did not come to condemn the
world. He came to save the lost. He will never refuse anyone who
comes to Him. Jesus said: “Come to Me, all who are weary and
heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. 29“Take My yoke upon
you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU
WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. 30“For My yoke is easy and My
burden is light.” Matthew 11:28,29. His invitation is for everyone.
“WHOEVER WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.”
Romans 10:13.
Jesus said: "All that the Father
gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will
certainly not cast out.” John 6:37. Jesus will never refuse anybody
who calls on Him or comes to Him.
It does not matter where you come from,
what you have done wrong, he will accept you. You might have been the
biggest sinner. If you come to Jesus and repent He will forgive you:
We read in Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason
together,”
            Says
the LORD,
            “Though
your sins are as scarlet,
            They
will be as white as snow;
            Though
they are red like crimson,
            They
will be like wool.”
“If we confess our sins, He is
faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from
all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9.
Many people have at some stage accepted
Jesus but they went away from Him. They lived wicked godless lives
even though they knew the truth, They want to go back to Jesus but
they do not have the confidence. They think He will not accept them
back, That is not true. Jesus never changes. His love never changes.
He never leaves us. We are the ones that leave Him. He is waiting for
those believers who are in sin, to come back to Him, repent and obey
Him. He will never show anyone away.
I read for us the parable of the
prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32.
And He said, “A
man had two sons. 12“The younger of them said to his father,
‘Father, give me the share of the estate that falls to me.’ So he
divided his wealth between them. 13“And not many days later,
the younger son gathered everything together and went on a journey
into a distant country, and there he squandered his estate with loose
living. 14“Now when he had spent everything, a severe famine
occurred in that country, and he began to be impoverished. 15“So
he went and hired himself out to one of the citizens of that country,
and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16“And he would
have gladly filled his stomach with the pods that the swine were
eating, and no one was giving anything to him. 17“But
when he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s
hired men have more than enough bread, but I am dying here with
hunger! 18‘I will get up and go to my father, and will say to
him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight; 19I
am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me as one of your
hired men.”’ 20“So he got up and came to his father. But
while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt
compassion for him, and ran and embraced him and kissed
him. 21“And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned
against heaven and in your sight; I am no longer worthy to be called
your son.’ 22“But the father said to his slaves, ‘Quickly
bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand
and sandals on his feet; 23and bring the fattened calf, kill it,
and let us eat and celebrate; 24for this son of mine was dead
and has come to life again; he was lost and has been found.’ And
they began to celebrate.
      25“Now
his older son was in the field, and when he came and approached the
house, he heard music and dancing. 26“And he summoned one of
the servants and began inquiring what these things could
be. 27“And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and your
father has killed the fattened calf because he has received him back
safe and sound.’ 28“But he became angry and was not willing
to go in; and his father came out and began pleading with
him. 29“But he answered and said to his father, ‘Look! For
so many years I have been serving you and I have never neglected a
command of yours; and yet you have never given me a young
goat, so that I might celebrate with my friends; 30but when this
son of yours came, who has devoured your wealth with prostitutes, you
killed the fattened calf for him.’ 31“And he said to him,
‘Son, you have always been with me, and all that is mine is
yours. 32‘But we had to celebrate and rejoice, for this
brother of yours was dead and has begun to live,
and was lost and has been found.
Jesus is that loving
Father, and He will welcome you back like the prodigal son. Hopefully
the prodigal son has learned his lesson, not to go away from the
Father again.
Be blessed in Jesus Name.
