It is only when you KNOW and FOLLOW
Jesus Christ that you can talk from experience. Most religious people
speak things that they do not know nor understand, they have just
heard it or read it. Jesus Christ once gave me a revelation, a vision
of Joyce Meyers (American Woman Preacher), she was speaking to a
whole hall full of parrots, people who listen to her are parrots –
they hear what she says, they repeat it but they do not even know
what they are saying because they don't know Jesus Christ.
It is only when you walk with Jesus and
EXPERIENCE Him, when you pray and He gives you understanding, when
you follow Him and He guides you, it is only then that you have
understanding, that you can speak from EXPERIENCE.
Most believers are just parrots, they
have just heard or read something or they have been taught something
but they don't understand what they are saying. Many believers quote
King James version Bible but they do not even understand the ancient
English, they have no experience of Jesus Christ, they KNOW NOTHING.
If you do not know Jesus Christ and
walk with Him every day then you will not gain UNDERSTANDING, you
will not have any EXPERIENCE and you will not know what you are
talking about. Are you just a parrot, repeating phrases that you have
read and heard or do you have EXPERIENCE with Jesus Christ? What is
your TESTIMONY?
People want to become all TECHNICAL
about following Jesus Christ. They want to know HOW to hear His
voice, HOW TO be baptized in the Holy Spirit, HOW TO speak in
tongues. You cannot figure out God. You cannot figure out the works
of God. You only have to ASK Him, BELIEVE and you will RECEIVE.
Be SERIOUS with Jesus, SEEK Him with
all your heart. Go on your knees, HUMBLE yourself before Him, PRAY,
ASK, EXPECT, TRUST Him, BELIEVE and you will RECEIVE. He will speak
to you, He will reveal Himself to you, He will guide you, He will
teach you IF you BELIEVE!
If we live without Jesus Christ then we
will also die without Him and we will perish. Jesus Christ has been
with us all along. Without Jesus we can do nothing. Jesus Christ is
LORD. All things were made by Him and all things hold together IN
HIM.
Jesus Christ has been knocking at the
door of your heart and mine since we can remember. He has been
speaking to us, in our spirit, wanting us to come to Him, to OBEY
Him, to be WITH HIM but most people shrug Him off. Many people find
Jesus but then they leave Him again. Many people practice religion
and they ignore Jesus Christ. Many spend their time reading the
Bible, doing religious things that they believe will lead them to
eternal life but they ignore Jesus Christ.
If we do not have Jesus then we do not
have LIFE. If we do not live to every day WITH HIM and FOR HIM to
PLEASE HIM, then He will turn us away when we die. On the day that
they die Jesus Christ will say to many people:”Go away I never knew
you, you workers of wickedness.” It was because they did not live
WITH Jesus.
Are we living WITH Jesus every moment?
Do we submit every thought to Him? Do we seek His counsel? Do we seek
His guidance? Or do we ignore Him, shrug Him off? If we reject Him
now we will die without Him. Are YOU living WITH Jesus Christ?
Psychology has taught the world that
you can manipulate other people to get what you want. If you do
certain things they will react in another way and if you are clever
enough you get what you want. Children manipulate their parents and
parents in turn try to manipulate their children by buying them
gifts, giving them what they want when they have little tantrums.
People think that God is like their
parents. They think they can manipulate God. God cannot be
manipulated. God is GOD. Jesus Christ is LORD, you SERVE Him HIS WAY,
you come to Him on HIS TERMS, you FORSAKE yourself, you TURN YOUR
BACK ON SIN and on your OWN DESIRES and you go after Jesus, you OBEY
HIM, you DO what He commanded, you are baptized in water and you SEEK
HIM, you seek HIS GUIDANCE and He will give you the Holy Spirit, IF
YOU ARE SERIOUS. And the Holy Spirit will guide you every step of the
way until the very end IF you SUBMIT TO HIM.
You cannot manipulate Jesus Christ. You
cannot do certain things and make Him react in the way that you
expect Him to react. Jesus Christ is LORD. You will only enter the
kingdom of Heaven and have eternal life IF you OBEY His words. If you
disregard Him you will perish. If you DISOBEY Him you will not enter
His kingdom. You CANNOT MANIPULATE GOD, you cannot manipulate Jesus
Christ, you SUBMIT to Him and you SERVE Him until the very end or
else you will end up in HELL.
Submit to Jesus, seek Him with all your
heart, obey Him, obey His words and follow Him until the very end or
you will PERISH.
The words of Jesus Christ are the words of eternal life and we will be judged by those words. Many believers look for an opportunity to sin and therefor they twist the scriptures, they select certain scriptures to justify their sinfulness. Jesus commanded us to live in utter holiness and obedience to Him. The apostles, Peter, Paul, John and the others also preached the same message, they preached Jesus Christ but some people twist the scriptures to their own detriment.
I want to read the words of Peter in this regard. I read from 2 Peter 3:10 “But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.
11Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, WHAT SORT OF PEOPLE OUGHT YOU TO BE IN HOLY CONDUCT AND GODLINESS, 12looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! 13But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.”
Peter emphasizes here:”WHAT SORT OF PEOPLE OUGHT YOU TO BE IN HOLY CONDUCT AND GODLINESS,” because God will purge the earth of all unrighteousness and He is creating a new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness will dwell and ONLY THE RIGHTEOUS will dwell in there.
Peter writes further in verse 14 “Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, SPOTLESS AND BLAMELESS,” I repeat SPOTLESS AND BLAMELESS. “ 15and regard the patience of our Lord as salvation; just as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given him, wrote to you, 16as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which THE UNTAUGHT AND UNSTABLE DISTORT, AS THEY DO ALSO THE REST OF THE SCRIPTURES, TO THEIR OWN DESTRUCTION. 17You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men and fall from your own steadfastness, 18but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.”
The gospel that is preached in many churches today, causes many people to fall into sin, to live in unholiness and immorality because they believe that it is acceptable to be sinful whereas Jesus Christ says that “those who sin are slaves to sin.” We must be HOLY AND UTTERLY RIGHTEOUS or else we will not enter into the kingdom of Heaven. These people also TWIST THE WORDS OF PAUL and pull out, they highlight certain scriptures by which they justify sin but they neglect to read all of the writings of Paul and to seriously seek the truth or else they will find the truth also in the words of Paul. These people TWIST THE TRUTH and many run after them and they will be destroyed with them.
I now read from Romans 8:1. Paul wrote:”Therefore THERE IS NOW NO CONDEMNATION FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN Christ Jesus.” There cannot be any condemnation for those who are IN Christ Jesus because they LIVE IN HIS WILL. They OBEY Him.
Verse 2. “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. 3For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, 4so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, WHO DO NOT WALK ACCORDING TO THE FLESH BUT ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT.”
If we are led by the Holy Spirit and not by our FLESH then we will not sin but we will COMPLY with the law, we will DO what the Spirit guides us to go, we WILL live in UTTER RIGHTEOUSNSS AND HOLINESS and that is why the requirement of the law will be fulfilled in us, because we are led by the Spirit of God and we do RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Verse 5:”For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.” If your MIND is on sin, on the TV, on the things of this world, on the things that you LUST AFTER then you will sin, you will do what is wrong, but if your mind is on Jesus and on the things of the Spirit of God, YOU WILL NOT SIN, you will live in holiness and righteousness, you will be LED BY THE SPIRIT. It all depends on where your mind is. Is your mind on Jesus Christ and on obeying Him or do you occupy yourself with TV, video games, the newest technology, celebrities, movies, the things of this world? Where is your mind? Where your mind is there your body will go. If your mind is on sin and lust and pornography that is what you will do but if your mind is on Christ you won't do those things, you will do what is pleasing to Jesus.
Verse 6: “FOR THE MIND SET ON THE FLESH IS DEATH, BUT THE MIND SET ON THE SPIRIT IS LIFE AND PEACE, 7because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, 8and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.” That is why PEOPLE CANNOT STOP SINNING, because their mind is set on the FLESH. They are carried after their LUSTS and they do WICKEDNESS. They do what is in their mind.
Verse 9: “However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, IF indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.” Why do so many believers run after sin? Because they do not have the Holy Spirit. Their mind is not on Christ.
Verse 10.”If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.”
12So then, brethren, WE ARE UNDER OBLIGATION, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh— 13for IF YOU ARE LIVING ACCORDING TO THE FLESH, YOU MUST DIE; but if BY THE SPIRIT YOU ARE PUTTING TO DEATH THE DEEDS OF THE BODY, YOU WILL LIVE. “ Is that not CLEAR that we have to live in holiness and righteousness? And that we will do so if indeed we are led by the Spirit of God; we will not live according to the flesh, the desire of the flesh but we will follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit and DO what is pleasing to God. Therefor we will live FOR Jesus and DO His WILL, DO His WORKS, DO that which He guides us to do. Our body will not be used for the dead works of the flesh, we will be DEAD TO SIN and ALIVE TO CHRIST!
Verse 14.”For ALL WHO ARE BEING LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD, these are sons of God.” If you are not led by the Spirit of God then you are not manifesting, then you are not SHOWING yourself as a son of God, as a child of God. If you sin you are a child of the devil, you show by your deeds who your father is, you show by your deeds whom you are following. If you are following Jesus you will do HIS WORKS, you will obey Him. But if you sin you are a son of the devil and you are following your father.
Verse 15:”For you have not received a SPIRIT OF SLAVERY leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” We have not received a spirit of slavery, we have received a spirit of freedom, the Spirit of God. IF WE SIN WE ARE SLAVES TO SIN. If we are BORN AGAIN we are FREE from the POWER OF SIN and we can cry out to our Father, “Abba! Father!” and He will guide us. He will keep us from the power of the evil one IF we WANT TO. But if we turn to sin we do it by our OWN FREE WILL. God gives us the power to overcome the powers of evil and of sin because He is our Father, we can cry out: “Abba! Father!” and He will help us.
Verse 16. “The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, 17and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, IF INDEED WE SUFFER WITH HIM so that we may also be glorified with Him.” If we are children of God we have the APPROVAL, and we have the CONFIRMATION of the Holy Spirit in our heart that He is pleased with us, that we ARE children of God. If we do not have that confirmation, that PEACE that passes all understanding, because we KNOW that we are DOING the WILL OF GOD, if we don't have that then we are not in the will of God, we are not led by the Spirit of God.
There is no room for sin and unrighteousness in the Kingdom of God. Many twist the scriptures to their own detriment and then they do the works of unrighteousness for which they will perish. Obey Jesus Christ, BE RIGHTEOUS and BE HOLY and ASK Him to give you UNDERSTANDING of the scriptures, which he WILL if you ASK Him.
Do not listen to these unprincipled preachers who take advantage of simple people and deceive them for their own personal gain. They want you to come to their church and listen to their filth, their immorality. Do not fellowship with unprincipled men who live in immorality, whose churches are full of sinners, people who confess to be sinners.
Be righteous, be holy, obey Jesus Christ, even if you walk alone. Follow Jesus Christ, listen to the Holy Spirit and He will guide you into utter righteousness and holiness and you will receive confirmation from the Holy Spirit that Jesus is pleased with you. Be led by the Spirit of God and not by the deception of men who twist the scriptures.

Many people hear the gospel of Jesus
Christ and they become convicted, they make a decision for Jesus and
they repeat a sinners prayer after some preacher. They experience
the joy and peace that Jesus gives in your heart when you invite Him
in but very soon they drift away from Jesus.
If we accept Jesus and invite Him into
our hearts, He comes in and He gives us His joy and His peace but if
we do not stay with Him and do not keep our promise of being faithful
to Him then we go away from Him and we are in danger of hell fire.
Many people believe that they are saved because they have said a
sinners prayer but after that they went away from Jesus. The only
safe place is to be WITH JESUS CHRIST, to work on our relationship
with Him and to come closer and closer to Him every day.
If we seek Him, we find Him. If we
draw closer to Him He draws closer to us and He reveals Himself to
us, we get to know Him better. Many people believe that they are
saved but they will stand before Jesus and He will say to them:”Go
away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness.” They never
became truly acquainted with Jesus. They never got to know Him for
real. They never worked on their relationship with Him and they
drifted away from Him. If we do not STAY WITH Jesus and if we do not
get closer to Him every day, stay with Him until the very end, then
we will not be with Him in eternity.
Have you come closer to Jesus since you
called out to Him the first time? Are you with Jesus or have you
drifted away from Him? How is your relationship with Jesus Christ? Do
you still experience that first joy and peace that you had in your
heart? Has your relationship with Jesus become better and closer with
time? Come closer to Jesus.
From the fullness of the heart speaks
the mouth. That with which we fill ourselves is what comes out from
our mouths. If we are filled with the Holy Spirit then the words of
God will come out of out mouth. How do we get filled with the Spirit
of God?
We first have to EMPTY ourselves of the
things of the world before Jesus in repentance, CLEAN OUT THE HOUSE
and invite Jesus Christ IN and then ask Him to FILL you with His
Spirit. When you pray, do not just use an idle repetition of words
but WAIT on Him with yearning. Ask Him to FILL you, WAIT on Him. Ask
Him to FILL you with His Spirit and always go back for MORE. Spend
time in prayer with Jesus, WAITING on Him and let Him fill your mind
and soul with His goodness, with His Spirit. Once He has baptized you
in the Holy Spirit He will give you a NEW TONGUE WHEREBY YOU CAN PRAY
UNINTERRUPTED even by your own thoughts, where you just SOAK UP the
presence of the Living God and you ABSORB and ALLOW Him to FILL you
with His Spirit so that from your mouth will come STREAMS OF LIVING
WATER. Go wait on Jesus, YEARN for Him, SEEK Him with all your heart
and He will FILL you with His Holy Spirit. (Song)

Do you hunger and thirst for Jesus?
Then go spend time with Him and let Him fill your cup, let Him fill
your soul, let Him fill you with His Holy Spirit and you will never
hunger and never thirst again. Go to Jesus, He alone is the FOUNTAIN
OF LIFE, Let Him fill you to overflow.
Most believers have their FAITH, they
have their Bibles and their church and they believe that they have
everything sorted out. Many believe that they have salvation but if
you do not have Jesus Christ you have nothing, I also believed that I
was saved, I also believed that according to my interpretation of the
Bible and the things that I believed that I was saved and if I would
die I would go to heaven. But then I died of a heart attack and I
found myself on my way to hell. I learned that I did not have Jesus
Christ, I had false security, like most believers do. They can quote
you verses from the Bible and they can “prove” their salvation,
they have a church and they have their faith but they don't have
Jesus Christ. All they have is DEAD RELIGION.
If you do not have Jesus you have
nothing. The moment you die you lose everything that you thought you
had and then you stand before Jesus Christ and He will say to many
people:”Go away I never knew you.” They believed they were saved
but they never knew Jesus Christ. You do not find Jesus Christ in a
church or in a Bible or in your beliefs. You find Him when you bow
down on your knees before Him and you pray and you seek Him with all
your heart.
If you seek Him you will find Him and
if you find Him He will give you peace beyond all understanding. If
you stay with Him you will have HIS PEACE. Without Jesus you have no
life, no future, you have NOTHING. Do you KNOW Jesus Christ? Have
you found Him? Have you got Jesus? Have you got the PEACE of Jesus in
your heart? Seek Jesus, seek HIS PEACE and you will have LIFE.
Without Jesus there is no life.
Many people are concerned with their
relationship with Jesus Christ. They KNOW things are not right and
they are WORRIED that they might end up in HELL, but then they do not
go to Jesus. They go and consult with other people. They go and look
for answers in the Bible. The right place to go to is Jesus.
Jesus Christ is ALIVE, He can talk. It
is all about your relationship with Jesus, you need to find HIM and
work on your relationship with Him and make sure that HE is pleased
with you. He made the EAR, He made the TONGUE, He CAN TALK. He gave
you and me EARS and we should LISTEN. If we ask Him He will speak to
us, He will reveal to us what we need to do to be pleasing to Him.
We should not go to other people, we
should go DIRECTLY to Jesus and earnestly SEEK HIM. PRAY, ASK Him
and He will ANSWER you. Jesus will say to many believers in that day
that they die, He will say to them:”Go away I never knew you, you
workers of wickedness.” They will be terribly disappointed and then
Jesus will say to them:”But you never came to Me, you never asked
Me.”
We should go to Jesus and stay with
Jesus until the very end. Don't ask other people, ask Jesus and He
will guide you. Jesus Christ is LORD, He is the WAY, the TRUTH and
the LIFE. Speak to Him, STAY with Him, LISTEN, OBEY Him and He will
guide you into all truth.
Jesus Christ is God's blueprint, His
example of how every child of God should live. If we follow Jesus
Christ then we become sons of God. He is the first born among many
sons and He will lead many sons to glory. Those who follow His
example become sons of God.
If we do not follow and obey Jesus
Christ we will not have eternal life. Many believers only want to
believe in Jesus and have salvation because they believe in Him but
they do not OBEY Him, neither do they FOLLOW Him. If we do not follow
Jesus and DO as He did then we will not have eternal life.
Jesus came to DO THE WILL OF THE
FATHER. If we believe in Jesus and we OBEY Him, turn away from sin,
be baptized in water as He was, and we receive the Baptism in the
Holy Spirit as He received the Holy Spirit and we are guided by the
Holy Spirit then we CAN DO the will of God and be like Jesus.
Jesus is the WAY and the TRUTH and the
LIFE and the showed us THE WAY. He will show us the WAY every step of
the way IF we follow Him and become LIKE HIM.
Is Jesus your and my role model? Are we
following Him? Are we becoming sons of God who do the will of God?
Faith without WORKS, without ACTION on
the part of the believer, such faith is DEAD and VOID. Faith without
MANIFESTATION or REVELATION on the part of the God in which a person
believes is also dead and void, there is no proof.
Most professing Christians do not prove
by their actions that they truly believe in Jesus Christ because they
do not OBEY His words. They do not live their lives in the way that
Jesus commanded His followers to live, they do not live the lives of
DISCIPLES of Jesus Christ, so thus they do not prove their faith to
be real. Their faith has no proof. Further, they have no testimony
of the MANIFESTATION or the REVELATION of Jesus Christ in their
lives, so in itself their faith is VOID, EMPTY and DEAD.
Jesus Christ is the LIVING GOD and if
we OBEY Him and DO what He commanded us to do, if we REPENT, turn
away from sin, are BAPTIZED IN WATER and we OBEY HIS WORDS then He
will reveal Himself to us as REAL and the whole world around us will
SEE that out faith has substance. Jesus said:”for those who have
believed and have been baptized” certain SIGNS will follow, in His
Name they will cast out demons, they will lay their hands on the sick
and they will recover, they will speak in other tongues... For most
believers none of these signs have followed. Their faith is DEAD and
VOID, they have no testimony nor proof of their faith in Jesus
Christ. They live like the rest of the world, they love the world
and THEY ARE SINNERS, they NEVER STOPPED SINNING, they never started
obeying Jesus Christ, so by their actions they PROVE that they do not
believe in the words of Jesus Christ. Their faith is dead!
Is your and my faith alive? Is there
any proof or manifestation? Are their any WORKS, any manifestations
that prove that our faith is real and the God that we believe in is
alive? Jesus Christ is ALIVE. If your faith is dead it just proves
that you do not really believe in Him.
The worldly modern day preachers and
churches preach a different Jesus Christ from the one that the
disciples followed and that Paul and the apostles preached. They have
never MET Jesus Christ and therefor they do not KNOW Him, they do not
FEAR Him and they do not RESPECT Him like those did who truly KNEW
Him.
The apostle Paul wrote in Romans 1:18
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all
ungodliness and unrighteousness of MEN WHO SUPPRESS THE TRUTH IN
UNRIGHTEOUSNESS, 19because that which is known about God is
evident within them; for God made it evident to them. 20For
since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal
power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood
through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. 21For
even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give
thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their
foolish heart was darkened. 22PROFESSING TO BE WISE, THEY BECAME
FOOLS, 23AND EXCHANGED THE GLORY OF THE INCORRUPTIBLE GOD FOR AN
IMAGE IN THE FORM OF CORRUPTIBLE MAN and of birds and four-footed
animals and crawling creatures.”
They modern day preachers have brought
Jesus down to THEIR own level, down to their level of thinking, down
to their CORRUPTION. Their minds are darkened and they have become
FUTILE IN THEIR SPECULATIONS. They are preaching a Jesus, AN IMAGE,
THAT DOES NOT EXIST, because THEY DO NOT KNOW HIM.
John the Baptist spoke of Jesus. I read
Matthew 3:11“As for me, I baptize you
with water for repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier
than I, and I am not fit to remove His sandals; HE WILL BAPTIZE YOU
WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT AND FIRE. 12“His winnowing fork is in His
hand, and He will thoroughly clear His threshing floor; and He will
gather His wheat into the barn, but HE WILL BURN UP THE CHAFF WITH
UNQUENCHABLE FIRE.”
Jesus Christ is the GOD OF FIRE and He
will PURGE the earth and the heavens with FIRE. No sin and no sinners
will stand in front of Him and that is why John the Baptist prepared
the way for the coming of Jesus. We read in Matthew
3:7 “But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees
coming for baptism, he said to them, “You brood of vipers, who
warned you to flee from the wrath to come? 8“Therefore BEAR
FRUIT IN KEEPING WITH REPENTANCE; 9and do not suppose that you
can say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham for our father’; for I
say to you that from these stones God is able to raise up children to
Abraham. 10“THE AXE IS ALREADY LAID AT THE ROOT OF THE TREES;
THEREFORE EVERY TREE THAT DOES NOT BEAR GOOD FRUIT IS CUT DOWN AND
THROWN INTO THE FIRE.”
If
we do not bear GOOD FRUIT we will get CUT DOWN AND THROWN INTO THE
FIRE! He will cleanse His threshing floor through and through.
Sinners will not STAND in the presence of a holy God.
The
apostle Peter KNEW Jesus Christ and he spoke from what he KNEW and
from REVELATION that he received from Jesus. We read in 2 Peter 3:10
“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the
heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed
with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.
11Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, WHAT
SORT OF PEOPLE OUGHT YOU TO BE IN HOLY CONDUCT AND
GODLINESS, 12looking for and hastening the coming of the day of
God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and
the elements will melt with intense heat! 13But according to His
promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, IN WHICH
RIGHTEOUSNESS DWELLS.”
We
ought to be righteous people to stand in the presence of God, like
the prophet Isaiah wrote in Isaiah 33
“14Sinners in Zion are terrified;
Trembling has seized the godless.
“WHO AMONG US CAN LIVE WITH THE CONSUMING FIRE?
WHO AMONG US CAN LIVE WITH CONTINUAL BURNING?”
15He who walks righteously and speaks with sincerity,
He who rejects unjust gain
And shakes his hands so that they hold no bribe;
He who stops his ears from hearing about bloodshed
And shuts his eyes from looking upon evil;
16He will dwell on the heights,
His refuge will be the impregnable rock;
His bread will be given him,
His water will be sure.
17YOUR EYES WILL SEE THE KING IN HIS BEAUTY;
THEY WILL BEHOLD A FAR-DISTANT LAND.”
They
will SEE the Kingdom of God.
“Those
who are pure in heart will SEE God.” Sinners will not come into His
presence.
If
we are not PURE and HOLY and if we have not been purified by the FIRE
of the Holy Spirit we cannot walk in the presence of God. We cannot
say that “WE ARE ALL SINNERS.” If we are in a church where we are
all sinners we will all be CONSUMED by the FIRE and the WRATH of God.
We
read in Hebrews 12:28 “Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which
cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may OFFER TO GOD
AN ACCEPTABLE SERVICE WITH REVERENCE AND AWE; 29for our God is a
CONSUMING FIRE.”
If
you meet Jesus Christ and you walk with Him He will baptize you with
FIRE. He will cleanse you and He will purify you and you will not
even tolerate the thought of sin. Sinners will not live in His
presence. The apostles KNEW Jesus and therefor they wrote about what
they KNEW, not about an IMAGE that they made up in their minds. They
knew Jesus Christ and that was why Paul also wrote in Philippians
2:12 “continue to WORK OUT YOUR SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING.”
There
is no such thing as ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED, there is no such thing
as A SINNING CHRISTIAN. You cannot walk with God AND walk with sin.
You cannot watch TV and pornography and go along with the world and
also walk with Jesus! YOU WILL BURN, you will be CONSUMED by His
FIRE.
Rather
ask Jesus to purge you and cleanse you by His FIRE, His Holy Spirit
FIRE and then you can walk in holiness and righteousness WITH FIRE
because our God is a CONSUMING FIRE. You cannot follow Jesus Christ
AND sin. If you are still a sinner you do not know Jesus and you are
not walking with Him, you are not following Him, you are walking with
satan and you are on your way to HELL. WAKE UP and bow before Jesus,
purify yourself , seek Him with all your heart and walk with Him,
follow Him or else you will PERISH.
The wrath of God comes on individuals and on nations because of
SIN and if people do not stop sinning and do not live righteously
they WILL PERISH. God has warned mankind in many ways and no man will
have any excuse when they stand before Him in judgment.
I read from Ezekiel 33:10. God spoke to His servant the prophet
Ezekiel and He said:
“Now as for you, son of man, say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus
you have spoken, saying, “Surely our transgressions and our sins
are upon us, and we are rotting away in them; how then can we
survive?”’ 11“Say to them, ‘As I live!’ declares the
Lord GOD, ‘I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but
rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn
back from your evil ways! Why then will you die, O house of
Israel?’ 12“And you, son of man, say to your fellow
citizens, ‘The righteousness of a righteous man will not deliver
him in the day of his transgression, and as for the wickedness of the
wicked, he will not stumble because of it in the day when he turns
from his wickedness; whereas a righteous man will not be able to live
by his righteousness on the day when he commits sin.’13“When I
say to the righteous he will surely live, and he so trusts
in his righteousness that he commits iniquity, none of his righteous
deeds will be remembered; but in that same iniquity of his which he
has committed he will die. 14“But when I say to the wicked,
‘You will surely die,’ and he turns from his sin and practices
justice and righteousness, 15IF A WICKED MAN RESTORES A
PLEDGE, PAYS BACK WHAT HE HAS TAKEN BY ROBBERY, WALKS BY THE STATUTES
WHICH ENSURE LIFE WITHOUT COMMITTING INIQUITY, HE SHALL SURELY LIVE;
HE SHALL NOT DIE. 16“None of his sins that he has committed
will be remembered against him. He has practiced justice and
righteousness; he shall surely live.
17“Yet your fellow citizens
say, ‘The way of the Lord is not right,’ when it is their own way
that is not right. 18“When the righteous turns from his
righteousness and commits iniquity, then he shall die in it. 19“But
when the wicked turns from his wickedness and practices justice and
righteousness, he will live by them. 20“Yet you say, ‘The
way of the Lord is not right.’ O house of Israel, I WILL JUDGE EACH
OF YOU ACCORDING TO HIS WAYS.”
God will judge each of us according to our DEEDS, what we have
done.
Jesus Christ came and He WARNED. He gave us the SAME MESSAGE.
Matthew 16:26"For what will it profit a man if he gains the
whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in
exchange for his soul? 27"For the Son of Man is going to come in
the glory of His Father with His angels, and WILL THEN REPAY EVERY
MAN ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS.”
I also read the words of the apostle Paul in Romans 1 verse18:
“FOR THE WRATH OF GOD IS REVEALED FROM HEAVEN AGAINST ALL
UNGODLINESS AND UNRIGHTEOUSNESS OF MEN WHO SUPPRESS THE TRUTH IN
UNRIGHTEOUSNESS, 19because that which is known about God is
evident within them; for God made it evident to them. 20For
since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal
power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood
through what has been made, so that THEY ARE WITHOUT EXCUSE. 21For
even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give
thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their
foolish heart was darkened. 22Professing to be wise, they became
fools, 23and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an
image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed
animals and crawling creatures.”
What can be known about God is REVEALED. We all KNOW IT. Nobody
will have any EXCUSE. We all know about righteousness, we all know
about SIN but because people turn against God, God gives them over to
their lusts.
We read in verse 24:”Therefore GOD GAVE THEM OVER IN THE LUSTS
OF THEIR HEARTS TO IMPURITY, so that their bodies would be dishonored
among them. 25For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and
worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is
blessed forever. Amen.
26FOR THIS REASON GOD GAVE THEM OVER TO DEGRADING PASSIONS; for
their women exchanged the natural function for that which is
unnatural, 27and in the same way also the men abandoned the
natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one
another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their
own persons the due penalty of their error.”
Nobody was born gay, GOD GAVE THEM OVER TO DEGRADING PASSIONS. IF
YOU LOVE SIN GOD WILLGIVE YOU OVER TO THE POWER OF SATAN, HE WILL
EMPOWER YOU. He will deliver you to those passions, to evil forces
that drive you and that is why so many people say they cannot stop
sinning. Because they love sin and they hate God, God has GIVEN THEM
OVER TO DEMONS so that they can carry on with their sin and in the
end they will receive the reward for their wickedness, they will
PERISH UNDER THE WRATH OF GOD.
Verse 28:”And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God
any longer, GOD GAVE THEM OVER TO A DEPRAVED MIND, to do those things
which are not proper, 29being filled with all unrighteousness,
wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit,
malice; they are gossips, 30slanderers, haters of God,
insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to
parents, 31without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving,
unmerciful; 32and although they know the ordinance of God, THAT
THOSE WHO PRACTICE SUCH THINGS ARE WORTHY OF DEATH, THEY NOT ONLY DO
THE SAME, BUT ALSO GIVE HEARTY APPROVAL TO THOSE WHO PRACTICE THEM.”
You GO TO A CHURCH today and they will say:”WE ARE ALL SINNERS”
and the preacher will justify sin because THEY HAVE A DEPRAVED MIND.
God has given them over to their lusts and they BELIEVE THOSE LIES
because they have turned their back on God and in the end they will
come under the wrath of God.
I read Chapter 2 of Romans 2. ”1Therefore you have no excuse,
everyone of you who passes judgment, for in that which you judge
another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same
things. 2And we know that THE JUDGMENT OF GOD RIGHTLY FALLS UPON
THOSE WHO PRACTICE SUCH THINGS. 3But do you suppose this, O man,
when you pass judgment on those who practice such things and do the
same yourself, that you will escape the judgment of
God? 4Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and
tolerance and patience, not knowing that THE KINDNESS OF GOD LEADS
YOU TO REPENTANCE? 5But because of your stubbornness and
unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for yourself in the day of
wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, 6who WILL
RENDER TO EACH PERSON ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS: 7to those who
by perseverance in doing good seek for glory and honor and
immortality, eternal life; 8but TO THOSE WHO ARE SELFISHLY
AMBITIOUS AND DO NOT OBEY THE TRUTH, BUT OBEY UNRIGHTEOUSNESS, WRATH
AND INDIGNATION. 9There will be TRIBULATION AND DISTRESS
FOR EVERY SOUL OF MAN WHO DOES EVIL, of the Jew first and also of the
Greek, 10but glory and honor and peace to everyone who does
good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 11For THERE IS NO
PARTIALITY WITH GOD.
12FOR ALL WHO HAVE SINNED
without the Law will also perish without the Law, and ALL WHO HAVE
SINNED under the Law will be judged by the Law; 13FOR IT
IS NOT THE HEARERS OF THE LAW WHO ARE JUST BEFORE GOD,
BUT THE DOERS OF THE LAW WILL BE JUSTIFIED. 14For when Gentiles
who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law,
these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves, 15in that
they SHOW THE WORK OF THE LAW WRITTEN IN THEIR HEARTS, their
conscience bearing witness and their thoughts alternately accusing or
else defending them, 16on the day when, according to my gospel,
God will judge the secrets of men through Christ Jesus.”
NOBODY WILL HAVE ANY EXCUSE. Nobody will be able to say:”I did
not know.” Whether you had the law or knew the law or not, because
the law of God is written IN EVERY HEART, in your CONSCIENCE, and
failing all else God will judge us by our conscience. We all know
right from wrong, we will have NO EXCUSE.
And then I read about the FINAL JUDGMENT of God on SINNERS,
TRANSGRESSORS in Revelation chapter 20:11 “Then I saw a great white
throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven
fled away, and no place was found for them. 12And I saw the
dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books
were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of
life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in
the books, ACCORDING TO THEIR DEEDS. 13And the sea gave up the
dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which
were in them; AND THEY WERE JUDGED, EVERY ONE OF THEM ACCORDING
TO THEIR DEEDS. 14Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake
of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. 15And if
anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was
thrown into the lake of fire.”
The message is CLEAR. Mend your WAYS, STOP SINNING, be holy, be
RIGHTEOUS or you WILL PERISH. None of us will have any excuse. God
will judge every man, each one of us, according to our DEEDS. Are our
deeds perfect in the sight of God? If not, we will perish. May God
have mercy on us. May we use the rest of our lives to live in
righteousness and in holiness so that we can be pleasing to God or
else we will perish.
A child of God is led by the Spirit of
God. We can only do the will of God if we are in unity with Him,
being led by the Holy Spirit. We cannot please God if we follow our
own mind and our own perceptions and our own understanding. If we are
led by the Spirit of God we do not justify our actions by quoting
Bible verses, we DO what the Holy Spirit tells us to do because we
obey our Father, we are following Jesus Christ. We only seek to
please HIM and often we will do things that other people don't
understand, we will not fit in with religious people and their
application of the scriptures but as long as we follow the guidance
of the Holy Spirit and do what He tells us to do we will be pleasing
to God.
We can only please God if we WALK BY

by the Holy Spirit, He guides us by His Spirit and that is why Paul
wrote in Romans 8:14 “Those who are led by the Spirit of God, they
are the sons of God.” Are you a child of God? Are you led by the

If we are born again of the Spirit of
God then we are of a different kingdom, we are not of this world. We
are strangers, aliens, passers through, we do not have a permanent
residence in this world and we do not live like the people in this
world. We have a vision of the Heavenly Kingdom, of the unseen God,
our Lord and our Master, our Father whom we serve, we live for His
Kingdom, not for this world and the things of this world. We do not
enjoy the pleasures of this world, the pleasures of this world are
passing away, the things that people run after, that they lust for
and that they commit sin for are just temporary. In the end they
perish with and for those things.
If we belong to Jesus Christ we are in
this world as ambassadors for the kingdom of God, not because it is
an effort to us but because we are not of here, we are of Jesus. We
are among other people but we are not like them, we might work with
them, eat with them, live among them but we have a different vision.
We have a different future. Our hope is not for the things of this
world but for the kingdom of God for which we labor and we bring
others unto Jesus so that they can also become part of His kingdom.
Jesus said that if you are not born
again of water and of the Spirit of God then you cannot see the
kingdom of God, but if you have truly met Jesus and you have seen His
glory, then you are changed and you just want to live for Him and be
with Him, then you are not of this world any more. The pleasures and
the things of this world don't make sense to you any more because you
know they are passing away and you are striving for the eternal
kingdom that Jesus Christ has revealed to you and in you.
Are you born again? Can you see the
kingdom of God? Are you of a different kingdom or do you still belong
to this world?
If you want to follow Jesus Christ and
be acceptable to Him you have to separate yourself from the world and
worldly people, from sinners. You cannot go along with them and do
the same things because then you will become like them. You cannot
watch TV, you cannot associate with worldly people. You cannot seek
the acceptance and approval of men because then you will deny Jesus
Christ and you will turn away from Him, you will become conditioned
to the world.
If you associate with worldly people
they will pull you down, they will take you away from Jesus and you
will perish. You have to separate yourself and follow Jesus Christ,
you must have the MIND OF CHRIST not the mindset of worldly people
because they have different values, they do not have the values of
the kingdom of God. You have to separate yourself from church people,
from all people, separate yourself unto Jesus and seek His approval.
Then you will be hated, and rejected and persecuted by this world,
but if you are accepted by them, if they like you much then you are
not acceptable to God.
The world loves the false prophets, the
false preachers, because they approve all matter of wrongdoing, they
are worldly, they are not of the Kingdom of God. If you are
acceptable to the world and you fit into the world then you fit out
of the kingdom of God. Separate yourself unto Jesus, be holy, be
righteous and seek His approval in everything or else you will not be
suitable for the kingdom of Heaven and Jesus will reject you.
Be separate, be holy, be righteous and
Jesus will accept you.
Infant baptism is NOT VALID. You can
only be baptized AFTER YOU HAVE REPENTED OF SIN and decided to FOLLOW
Jesus Christ, to SIN NO MORE and to live in holiness and
righteousness IN OBEDIENCE to Jesus Christ. Water baptism is a PUBLIC
CONFESSION to the world that you have decided to follow Jesus Christ,
to TURN AWAY FROM SIN and from the LUSTS OF THE FLESH to SIN NO MORE
and to be BAPTIZED FOR THE WASHING OFF OF YOUR SIN so that you can
FOLLOW Jesus in holiness and in righteousness. If you did not REPENT
and STOP SINNING and COMMIT to live in HOLINESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS AND
OBEDIENCE to Jesus Christ then water baptism is MEANINGLESS, invalid.
You have to FIRMLY COMMIT TO follow
Jesus Christ, to SIN NO MORE but to live in holiness and
righteousness as a child of God. An infant cannot repent from sin and
your parents cannot make a confession on your behalf. Water baptism
is also obedience to Jesus Christ. Many believers refuse to be
baptized in water but they DISOBEY Jesus and they will perish. If you
want to follow Jesus you obey Him EVERY STEP OF THE WAY and you will
have to follow Him through the OBEDIENCE of water baptism as well. If
you do not cross that bridge you will not follow Him and you will not
be part of His Kingdom. You have to follow Him ALL THE WAY.
Jesus Christ requires UTTER OBEDIENCE
of those who follow Him, His disciples OBEY Him. His disciples are
DISCIPLINED, they obey Him in everything until the very end. Are you
a DISCIPLE of Jesus Christ or just a believer who is deceiving
himself?
The reason why most Christians will
perish is because they do not bear fruit. We can only bear fruit if
we remain IN Jesus, if we stay with Him and stay IN HIS WILL. The
fruit that He requires of us is righteousness, holiness, obedience
and we must MULTIPLY, we must bring others unto Him. But if we do not
testify for Jesus then we are fruitless trees. Many Christians are
just DECORATIVE TREES, outwardly they look very good, they look very
holy, pious, religious but they do not have the fruit of
righteousness, holiness, and they do not witness for Jesus Christ.
Many believers are very religious and
they will talk about their church, they will quote Bible verses, they
will go to Bible study, they will work for the church but they are
not working for the Kingdom of God and therefor they are not bearing
fruit. They are not IN Christ, they are not led by the Holy Spirit
and that is why they will perish. Those people do not have a
relationship with Jesus Christ, they do not HEAR from Him and they
are not GUIDED by the Holy Spirit and therefor they cannot bear
fruit. Our fruit depends on our relationship with Jesus Christ.
Jesus will say to many believers who
thought that they were saved, He will say to them:”Go away I never
knew you, you workers of wickedness” because they did not have
fruit, they did not have that close relationship with Jesus. Maybe
they read the Bible, they attended church, but they were not IN
Christ, they were never WITH Jesus Christ and therefor they will
perish. Are we CLOSE to Jesus? Are we bearing fruit because we are
WALKING WITH HIM?
If we follow Jesus Christ we WILL
become like Him. Jesus Christ did not come to do His own will. He
came to do the will of the Father, His Father, God. Jesus Christ did
not DO or SAY anything on His own initiative, not His own mind, not
His own ideas, but EVERYTHING that He did was what He received from
His Father. He DID what His Father commanded Him to do. He came to
fuilfill the commission that the Father gave Him.
The words that Jesus Christ spoke were
the words His Father. If we follow Jesus Christ and we OBEY His words
then we will be BORN AGAIN, we will become LIKE JESUS CHRIST a son of
God and we WILL do the will of the Father. We will become like
Jesus, not like the world, not like the idea that the world has of
Jesus Christ, but we will DO what our father God TELLS US TO DO.
His sheep LISTEN to His VOICE and they
follow Him. Are we one of His sheep? Do we LISTEN TO GOD and do we DO
what He TELLS US TO DO? Have we become SONS OF GOD like Jesus Christ?
If not, then we are not following Jesus Christ and we are not born
again.
Water baptism by itself cannot save you
but you HAVE TO BE BAPTIZED IN WATER, in obedience to Jesus AFTER
REPENTING FROM SIN if you want to have salvation. John the Baptist
was the forerunner of Jesus Christ and he preached repentance and
then baptized those who repented, IN WATER.
I read from Matthew 3:1 “Now in those
days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea,
saying, 2“Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
3For this is the one referred to by
Isaiah the prophet when he said,
“THE VOICE OF ONE CRYING IN THE
WILDERNESS,
‘MAKE READY THE WAY OF THE LORD,
MAKE HIS PATHS STRAIGHT!’”
4Now John himself had a garment of
camel’s hair and a leather belt around his waist; and his food was
locusts and wild honey. 5Then Jerusalem was going out to him, and all
Judea and all the district around the Jordan; 6and they were being
baptized by him in the Jordan River, as they confessed their sins.
7But when he saw many of the Pharisees
and Sadducees coming for baptism, he said to them, “You brood of
vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? 8“Therefore
BEAR FRUIT IN KEEPING WITH REPENTANCE; 9and do not suppose that you
can say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham for our father’; for I
say to you that from these stones God is able to raise up children to
Abraham. 10“The axe is already laid at the root of the trees;
therefore EVERY TREE THAT DOES NOT BEAR GOOD FRUIT IS CUT DOWN AND
THROWN INTO THE FIRE.
11“As for me, I baptize you with
water for repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than
I, and I am not fit to remove His sandals; He will baptize you with
the Holy Spirit and fire. 12“His winnowing fork is in His hand, and
He will thoroughly clear His threshing floor; and He will gather His
wheat into the barn, but HE WILL BURN UP THE CHAFF WITH UNQUENCHABLE
FIRE.”
The Pharisees and Sadducees, the
religious people of the time, also came to be baptized but they did
not REPENT, they did not SHOW FRUIT OF REPENTANCE, THEY DID NOT STOP
SINNING. It is not sufficient to just confess that you have sinned
and that you are a sinner, you have to TURN AWAY FROM THAT SIN and
SHOW FRUIT OF REPENTANCE before being baptized in water or else the
baptism makes no sense. If you keep on sinning you will burn in hell
even though you have been baptized in water. John the Baptist warned,
he said: 10“The axe is already laid at the root of the trees;
therefore EVERY TREE THAT DOES NOT BEAR GOOD FRUIT IS CUT DOWN AND
THROWN INTO THE FIRE.”
The water baptism is a SIGN a
COMMITMENT/CONFESSION that we have laid down our life of sin and
satisfying ourselves and we are going ahead to live in holiness and
righteousness, walking the STRAIGHT PATH of the Lord. We cannot keep
on sinning and be children of God. We have to REPENT and TURN AWAY
FROM SIN, DIE TO SIN, go into that water and have our sins WASHED OFF
and then come out A NEW CREATURE who is committed to follow Jesus
Christ.
Jesus does not tolerate sin, those who
continue in their sin will perish as John the Baptist also warned in
verse 12:“His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly
clear His threshing floor; and He will gather His wheat into the
barn, but HE WILL BURN UP THE CHAFF WITH UNQUENCHABLE FIRE.”
You HAVE TO BE BAPTIZED IN WATER after
repenting and then you HAVE TO live in holiness and righteousness,
walking the STRAIGHT AND NARROW ROAD following Jesus Christ or else
you will perish. REPENT AND BE BAPTIZED and then ask Jesus to fill
you with the Holy Spirit and then you can WALK WITH HIM, follow Him,
OBEY Him, live in holiness and righteousness under guidance of the
Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit does not dwell in a filthy temple.
Repent first, be baptized in water and then you can ask for the
baptism in the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ is the Almighty God who
made all things and who holds all things together by His power. He
loves us and He cares for us, we are His creation. He has not
deserted us and if we HUMBLY call on Him He will ANSWER us. If we ASK
of Him we WILL RECEIVE but we have to humble ourselves before Him and
He will answer our prayer.
He spoke these words to the prophet
Jeremiah. I read from Jeremiah 33:2. “Thus says the LORD who made
the earth, the LORD who formed it to establish it, the LORD is His
name, 3‘Call to Me and I will answer you, and I WILL TELL YOU GREAT
AND MIGHTY THINGS, WHICH YOU DO NOT KNOW.’”
If we need wisdom we must ask it of
Jesus. Whatever we need we must ASK of Him. We do not receive because
we do not ask. We do not receive because often people pray with wrong
motives. We cannot USE God for our own means and neither can we abuse
Him, we cannot cheat Him but if we come humbly before Jesus and we
say:”Lord help me,” He WILL help me. If we say:”Lord please
give me guidance, direction, the truth” He will reveal it to me.
Great and unknown things that have been hidden for ages He will
reveal to me. That is Jesus Christ, the Lord, the One whom I serve!
Ask of Him and you WILL receive. Humble
yourself before Him, be serious and He will ANSWER YOUR PRAYER. Ask
of Jesus Christ and you WILL receive.
You CAN be in the PERFECT will of God
and in fact that is what is required of every follower of Jesus
Christ. If we do not PERFECTLY do His will and STAY WITH HIM we will
get cut off and burned, we will end up in hell.
I read the words of Jesus as written in
John 15:1-6 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the
vinedresser. 2“EVERY BRANCH IN ME THAT DOES NOT BEAR FRUIT, HE
TAKES AWAY; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it
so that it may bear more fruit. 3“You are already clean
because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4“ABIDE IN ME,
and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it
abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in
Me. 5“I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me
and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do
nothing. 6“IF ANYONE DOES NOT ABIDE IN ME, HE IS THROWN AWAY
AS A BRANCH AND DRIES UP; AND THEY GATHER THEM, AND CAST THEM INTO
THE FIRE AND THEY ARE BURNED.”
Many people believe that they cannot
lose their salvation. We are only SAFE and SAVED as long as we ABIDE
IN CHRIST, as long as we DO THE WILL OF GOD. His sheep LISTEN TO HIS
VOICE and they FOLLOW Him and they bear GOOD FRUIT. But if we do not
bear fruit, the fruit OF OBEDIENCE TO JESUS CHRIST then we will get
cut off and burned. We have no excuse not to be PERFECTLY IN THE WILL
OF GOD because He sent the Holy Spirit to be with us, to guide us
into all truth, to TEACH us His ways and to guide us daily step by
step. But we have to ABIDE IN HIM, we have to STAY WITH HIM, we have
to GO AFTER JESUS and DO HIS WILL then we will be perfectly in His
will.
We CAN ask Him what His will is for us
but it is not about us, it is about HIS KINGDOM, about SERVING and
OBEYING Jesus Christ, being a DISCIPLE, not just a believer. The
devil is also a believer but he is not a disciple, neither does he
obey God. The same with most professing Christians, they say they
believe but they are not disciples, they are not followers of Jesus
Christ. They do not obey Him, they are not IN HIS WILL, they do not
ABIDE IN HIM and they will get CUT OFF AND BURNED if they do not
REPENT, if they do not TURN from going after their own ways and
follow Jesus Christ, OBEY Him and do what He tells them to do. If we
do not ABIDE IN CHRIST and do not stay perfectly in the will of God
we will get CUT OFF AND BURNED.
Are we following Jesus Christ? Are we
staying WITH HIM abiding IN HIM and DOING His will? Or are we just
religious and deceived. We have to be IN CHRIST, abiding IN HIM and
doing His perfect will to be pleasing to Him and to have eternal
life. There is only ONE WAY, Jesus said:”BE PERFECT like your
father in heaven is PERFECT.” Stay with Jesus on the straight and
narrow road. LISTEN to His Holy Spirit and He will GUIDE you into
the PERFECT WILL OF GOD.
If you belong to a church of men then
you do not belong to Jesus Christ and you are LOST. You cannot serve
two masters. You cannot look for the acceptance of people and the
acceptance of God. If you follow Jesus Christ you will be rejected
and persecuted, you will become of NO REPUTATION, people will
distrust you, they will not understand you because you follow Jesus
Christ and you DO what is pleasing to Him.
You cannot look for the acceptance of
men and the acceptance of Jesus Christ. Jesus said that those who
follow Him will be hated by all men. They will be rejected and
persecuted. If you follow Jesus Christ you will not fit into a church
because you will seek to please Him, you will obey HIM and you will
not look for the acceptance of the church community, fellow
believers, you will only look for the acceptance and approval of
Jesus Christ.
People who belong to churches are LOST,
they are followers of men. Your association must be with Jesus Christ
ALONE. Those who follow Jesus Christ they themselves ARE the CHURCH,
the BODY OF CHRIST. You cannot belong to a “church,” you become
THE CHURCH when you belong to Jesus Christ.
The churches of men are not part of the
Kingdom of God. Do you belong to Jesus Christ or to a “church”?
Do you follow the Master, Jesus Christ, or do you listen to the
pastor?
Understanding and WISDOM comes from God alone. We do
not gain UNDERSTANDING of the Scriptures, the Bible, through our own
studies or through the explanations of other people. It is only when
the Holy Spirit reveals the true meaning to us that we really start
understanding the Scriptures. The disciples of Jesus followed Him for three and a
half years and listened to Him, they heard His words, they saw
everything that He did but they still did not understand the
scriptures. They were frightened when Jesus appeared to them after
His death and resurrection, they thought He was a ghost. They were
amazed and frightened when they heard that some of them had seen
Jesus alive after His death and resurrection. We read in Luke 24:36
“While they were telling these things, He Himself stood in their
midst and said to them, “Peace be to you.” 37But they were
startled and frightened and thought that they were seeing a
spirit. 38And He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why
do doubts arise in your hearts? 39“See My hands and My feet,
that it is I Myself; touch Me and see, for a spirit does not have
flesh and bones as you see that I have.” 40And when He had
said this, He showed them His hands and His feet. 41While they
still could not believe it because of their joy and
amazement, He said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?” 42They
gave Him a piece of a broiled fish; 43and He took it and
ate it before them. 44Now He said to
them, “These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still
with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of
Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45THEN
HE OPENED THEIR MINDS TO UNDERSTAND THE SCRIPTURES, 46and He
said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and
rise again from the dead the third day, 47and that repentance
for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the
nations, beginning from Jerusalem. 48“You are witnesses of
these things. 49“And behold, I am sending forth the promise of
My Father upon you; but you are to stay in the city until you are
clothed with power from on high.” Luke 24:36-49. He opened their minds to understand the scriptures.
Only then did they UNDERSTAND and then He commanded them to stay in
Jerusalem until they had received the Holy Spirit which He had
promised, Who would teach them and guide them into all truth. We
cannot understand the Scriptures from our own mind, our own
understanding and insight or from what other people tell us. We
cannot understand the mysteries of God, neither SEE the Kingdom of
God unless it is REVEALED to us by the Holy Spirit, but we need to
RECEIVE the Holy Spirit, we need to receive WISDOM FROM GOD. Human
wisdom cannot explain the mysteries of God. We need the baptism in
the Holy Spirit and we need to be led by the Holy Spirit and then we
will UNDERSTAND the Scriptures. If you want UNDERSTANDING you have to ask Jesus to
open your mind and give you WISDOM, then you will UNDERSTAND the
Scriptures.
We live and we learn. We learn as we go
along. Life is a struggle, it is about the survival of the fittest
and sometimes we learn to use wrong tactics to survive to get what we
want. Maybe we steal, we cheat, we manipulate other people. We have
tantrums, we might develop a violent temper because in that way we
achieve our means, we get what we want. But those are the the ways of
the world, those are the wrong ways, those are the ways that LEAD TO
DESTRUCTION of ourselves and of other people.
Jesus calls us to a BETTER WAY, HIS
WAY, His way that will lead to eternal life. Jesus said:“Come to
Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.
29“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and
humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. 30“For My
yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30.
Jesus said:”Seek first the kingdom of
God and his righteousness and all the other things will be added unto
you.” Much of what we have learned is WRONG and once we start
following Jesus we have to CHANGE, we have to take HIS YOKE upon us.
We have to OBEY Him and do things HIS WAY. We have to WALK WITH HIM,
LISTEN TO HIM and FOLLOW HIM and then He will teach us HIS WAY, the
RIGHT WAY because much of the learning that we have done in the past
will only lead to destruction. The learning that leads to LIFE is
that which we learn from Jesus Christ HIMSELF and we can only learn
that if we WALK WITH HIM, if we LISTEN TO HIM and if we are GUIDED BY
HIS HOLY SPIRIT, but we have to UNLEARN the wrong things that we have
learned and we have to learn to OBEY JESUS. We have to learn to TRUST
HIM and not in ourselves. We have to learn to do things HIS WAY and
not our own way, IF we want ETERNAL LIFE, IF we want REST FOR OUR
SOULS, PEACE, JOY and UNDERSTANDING. There is only one way to have
that PEACE THAT PASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING and that is when we do
things Jesus' way, when we OBEY HIM, when we TAKE HIS YOKE on us,
when we live UNDER THE DISCIPLINE of the Holy Spirit and we OBEY HIM.
We have to TURN AWAY from our old ways.
We have to unlearn that which we have learned in the past, to trust
in ourselves, our own wisdom, to listen to the wisdom of other people
and we have to LEARN FROM JESUS CHRIST and He will give us PEACE for
our souls. We have to SUBMIT to Jesus, obey Him and do things HIS WAY
and He will guide us into perfect peace.
Most people's prayers never get through
to God. Most people are just not serious about getting through to God
and that is why they will often say that their prayers are not
answered, they are not answered. If you are not DESPERATELY SERIOUS
to speak to God to COMMUNE WITH HIM then your prayers will not be
answered, He will NOT HEAR THEM.
When Jesus Christ prayed in the garden
of Gethsemane before He was crucified His persperation, His sweat,
became like drops of blood. He was agonizing in prayer. If you are
not serious with God, if you are not desperately seeking an answer,
if you are not desperately seeking to get through to Him then you
will nto get through to Him.
You need to pray with ALL YOUR HEART,
you need to humble yourself before Him and cry out, you need to go
with the expectation, the desire of getting an answer, of getting
through to Him, then HE WILL ANSWER YOU. If you are not serious He
will not hear your prayers. If you pray with wrong motives or you
have sin in your life GOD WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR PRAYER! You first need
to REPENT of that sin, plead forgiveness with a serious heart, put
your sins and your wickedness away from you, then He will answer you.
God is not impressed by many words, He knows the intention of our
heart. We need to cry out to Him from our inner man, from our soul
with a THIRST and a HUNGER, with an EXPECTATION of receiving an
answer from Him, then He will answer our prayers, if we are SERIOUS,
if we are WILLING to PRAY UNTILL HE ANSWERS.
Many people say that God does not speak
to them, they do not know His voice. It is because they are NOT
SERIOUS, they don't really WANT to hear His voice. If you seek Him
with all your heart you will find Him. If you decide to pray UNTIL He
answers then He WILL answer you. You have to WANT Him more than food,
more than anything else. You have to YEARN for Him with everything
that is in you, HUNGER AND THIRST and He will satisfy you, He will
FILL you but you first have to EMPTY yourself out of all wickedness,
all sin, of all impurity. Cry out to Jesus with all your heart and
your PRAYERS WILL PENETRATE INTO THE THRONE ROOM OF GOD and you will
KNOW that you have been in the presence of God. But you have to CRY
OUT with ALL your heart.
Be serious and your PRAYERS WILL
PENETRATE INTO THE THRONE ROOM OF GOD. Seek Jesus with all your heart
and you will find Him.
Jesus Christ is the living God and I
know Him from experience. I want to share my experience of Jesus
Christ with you so that you can also believe. I grew up in the
Christian faith but I truly got to know Jesus Christ when I died of a
heart attack in 1998, that is about 16 years ago. I died and I found
myself on my way to hell. I thought that I would go to heaven but I
was going to hell, and I cried out to Jesus. I asked Him to let me
come back to tell the world that HELL IS REAL and that JESUS IS
ALIVE. Jesus sent me back as a witness that He is ALIVE.
I have shared my testimony with many
people over the years, with atheists, agnostics, Muslims, anybody who
would listen and I want to tell you that if you seek Jesus you will
find Him. If you go on your knees and humble yourself before Jesus
and ASK Him then He will reveal Himself to you. That is the advice
that I have given to many people through the years, Muslims,
atheists, people from any walk of life, and many have come back to me
and told me that Jesus DID REVEAL HIMSELF to them.
If we obey the words of Jesus as they
were recorded by the eye witnesses and other people in the gospels,
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, if we REPENT, turn away from
wickedness, call on Jesus for forgiveness and we are baptized in
water for the washing off of our sins, as He commanded, then He will
give His Holy Spirit in us to be with us for ever. He will constantly
reveal Himself to us. He will SPEAK to us and GUIDE us every day, He
will be WITH US for EVER, we will experience Him and see His Kingdom.
That is MY EXPERIENCE, He opened my SPIRITUAL EYES and EARS and I
hear Jesus, He shows me His kingdom, He shares His thoughts with me
because I seek Him.
Jesus Christ is REAL, He is ALIVE and I
am a witness. He is GOD, He is SPIRIT and He speaks to you in your
spirit, He brings your spirit to LIFE, so that you can commune with
Him. If you seek Him with all your heart then you will find Him but
you have to BE SERIOUS. If you are serious with Jesus , He will be
serious with you. Seek Him and you will find Him and you will KNOW
that Jesus Christ is the LIVING GOD.
Most Christian believers base their
faith and their hope of salvation on their church membership, on what
their pastor says or what they read in the Bible but most of them do
not know Jesus Christ. If we do not know Jesus and if we do not
follow and obey Him we do not have eternal life. The assurance that
people get from their church membership and from what their preachers
says, from how they understand the Bible, all of that is empty, void,
it means nothing because if you do not receive confirmation and
assurance from Jesus Christ Himself that He is pleased with you then
you have no hope. You have to bond with Jesus Christ, receive the
Holy Spirit, be led and guided by the Holy Spirit and receive
confirmation from Him every day that He is pleased with you. It is
useless to trust in what your church says, what other people say,
what you read in books, what you read in the Bible, you cannot build
your faith on those things. Your FAITH MUST BE BASED ON YOUR
RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST, and if that relationship is not REAL
and ALIVE then you have no assurance, you have no hope.
Jesus Christ is ALIVE, He is God, He
made the ears, His sheep LISTEN to His voice, they HEAR Him, they
FOLLOW Him and they KNOW Him for REAL. They don't read books, they
don't assume things from what they read and from what they hear from
other people, they HEAR from Jesus Christ HIMSELF.
Do you hear from Jesus Christ? Do you
know Him for real? Do you follow and do you OBEY Him and do you have
confirmation from HIM that He is pleased with you? May Jesus bless
