God will answer you quickly

God cares for us. He gives life to all things. He makes His sun to shine on all people, good and bad. It is not His will that any perish but that all come to Him and have life.

The apostle James wrote in James 1:5-8 “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. 7For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, 8being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.”

However, people do not believe in God, and therefor they do not ask. Some claim to believe but they have no faith in God. They rather believe in themselves, or in other people. Even professing Christians do not trust in God, they do not believe. They run after other people and listen to their advice because they do not trust God and therefor they suffer and perish. We read further in James 4:2-10. “You do not have because you do not ask. 3You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures. 4You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. 5Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose: “He jealously desires the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us”? 6But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, “GOD IS OPPOSED TO THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE.” 7Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9Be miserable and mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy to gloom.10Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you.”

The solution, to hear from God and receive wisdom and guidance from Him is quite simple. We must seek His will and not our own selfish desires. We have to turn from evil and seek holiness and righteousness. If we seek Him, we will find Him and Jesus will reveal Himself to us. Obey the gospel of Jesus Christ, accept Him, obey His words as recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Repent and be baptized in water for the forgiveness of your sin. Pray, seek Jesus with all your heart, He will answer you and He will baptize you in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will be with you, stay with you and guide you into all truth, if you listen to Him, follow and obey Him. You will never be alone. He will always be with you, but you have to stay with Him.

He will answer you quickly, as it is promised:”He, your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but your eyes will behold your Teacher. Your ears will hear a word behind you, "This is the way, walk in it," whenever you turn to the right or to the left.” Isaiah 30:20,21

May Jesus bless you.
