Jesus Christ is the Word of God. He
speaks every day but very few hear or understand Him. He is speaking
to the world, He is speaking to individuals. He is calling the world
to repentance. He is calling individuals to turn around, to come to
Him, to obey Him, to have LIFE. But people do not understand Him
because they are not tuned in, they are not listening.
Jesus speaks in many ways. Often He
speaks through sickness, through circumstances. To farmers the rain
might not come and they pray, and God does not answer, they do not
understand why but if they would just go on their knees and pray,
submit themselves to Jesus and say:”Lord, give me understanding of
my circumstances. Why is this happening to me?” Then He will give
them UNDERSTANDING. They will come to the FEAR OF GOD and they will
realize that GOD IS GOD, Jesus is ALIVE and we have to honor Him,
serve Him and obey Him. The Spirit of God is convicting the world of
SIN, RIGHTEOUSNESS and JUDGMENT and very few are listening.
The Word of God is SPEAKING. Are you
listening? Do you understand that God is speaking to YOU, every day,
because He cares for you. Submit yourself to Jesus, go on your knees
and PRAY. Ask Him to give you UNDERSTANDING and you will understand
what God is saying to you. Do you understand what Jesus is saying to
you today?
