What is it like to receive the Holy Spirit Baptism?

Somebody asked me what it feels like to
receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ explained it to
the Samaritan woman at the well, as we read in John chapter 4 verse
14. Jesus said: "whoever drinks of the water that I will give
him shall never thirst, but the water that I give him will become in
him a well of water springing up to eternal life," and that is exactly how I
experienced it. I was seeking for the baptism in the
Holy Spirit. I was praying and I was praising Jesus and then I had
this feeling coming over me, this fullness, I was being filled up
from the belly upwards and it bubbled up out of my mouth and I
started speaking in other tongues, praising Jesus. I had this
overwhelming experience of Jesus Christ, His love and His presence in
me, His joy and His peace, and that is how it is to receive the
baptism in the Holy Spirit. But we need to keep that fountain flowing
and we only do that through our relationship with Jesus, through
prayer. If you stop praying, if you stop worshiping
Jesus, stop serving Him, that water
stops flowing, that Living Water. We have to keep that Living Water
flowing through our relationship with Jesus, through obeying Him,
seeking Him, praying, praising Him, spending time with Him, always
our being tuned in to Him so that that well of living water can flow
through us, that the Spirit of God can dwell in us.
We must live in holiness and obedience
to Jesus Christ, because the Holy Spirit does not share our bodies
with demons. Jesus said that a well cannot give bitter and sweet
water, so either we have the living water of Jesus flowing through us
or we have some other things flowing through us. Many people profess
to have received the baptism in the Holy Spirit, some of them make
noises but the question is: Does the Spirit of Christ flow through
us? Can Jesus be seen in us? Do we witness for Jesus Christ? Do we
experience that presence of Christ? Do we hear His voice? Do we
listen to Him? Do we follow Him? Are we ambassadors for Jesus Christ?
Do we really have the Spirit of Christ? Many people try to emulate
others who are speaking in tongues. They make noises but the Spirit
of God is not in them. The question is:"Do we have the Spirit of
Christ in us?
Only Jesus can fill us with that
Living Water. He promised it to all who would ask. He said to the
woman at the well:"If you knew who it was that is asking you for
a drink of water you would have asked Him and He would have given you
living water." That living water is promised to everybody,
everyone who would come to Jesus, who would empty themselves of the
desires of the flesh and of sin, of worldliness, and desire to be
filled with the Living Water, the Holy Spirit that Jesus would give,
the fountain of Living Water that Jesus would give in those who ask
Him, who desire Him, who want to be one with Him.
If we desire the Holy Spirit, that well
of Living Water in us, Jesus Christ dwelling in, us we have to go to
Him. We have to turn from evil, obey Jesus, repent and be baptized in
water for the washing off of our sins, ask Jesus and He will fill you
with the Holy Spirit the Living Water, but then we have to keep that
Living Water flowing, through our relationship with Jesus, through
praying and staying tuned in to Him, always desiring Jesus Christ
above all other things.
Do we have that well of Living Water
streams of Living Water flowing in and through us and out from us
into this world bringing light in darkness? Do we have Jesus Christ
in us?
May Jesus bless you.

False Tongues Meaningless Prayers

When the first believers received the baptism in the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost they
spoke in tongues and ever since, those who are baptized in the Holy
Spirit do speak in tongues, because the Holy Spirit gives them
utterance so that they can pray mysteries to God. Many people have
been deterred from praying in tongues. Many who have been baptized in
the Holy Spirit have stopped praying in tongues because somebody has
told them that the tongues might not be real, the tongues might be
from satan not from God.
Some people have been told
that the tongues that they pray are false. The truth is that when you
pray in tongues only God understands what you are saying because you
are praying mysteries to God as given by the Holy Spirit. We read in
1st Corinthians chapter 14:2 the Apostle Paul said:"for he who
speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. Indeed no one
understands him, he utters mysteries in the Spirit." If we pray
in tongues we are speaking to God, we are not speaking to people and
therefore nobody understands, neither can they evaluate whether our
prayer is false or not. If we pray to God and the Holy Spirit gives
utterance, and our spirit our mind is set on God then we are speaking
to God. Many people pray in tongues as a public display, and their
prayer is false because they are not praying to be heard my God, but
they are praying to put up a show in front of people. Many people
pray with their mind, they recite prayers, they say very nice long
prayers to impress other people. Their prayers are false. Jesus
called that an idle repetition of words. The only one who can
evaluate whether our prayer is false or not is the One to whom we are
speaking. If we are truly speaking to God when we pray in tongues,
and we do not even know what we are saying, then only God knows
whether we are truly speaking to Him, whether our spirit is praying
to Him. When we pray with our mind, words in our own language, that
can be understood, only God knows whether we actually praying or
whether we are just reciting a quick prayer before we go to bed, or
whether we are saying a nice prayer to impress other people. What
determines whether your prayer is false or not is: Are you speaking
to God? If we are not speaking to God then our prayer is meaningless,
it is false, it is a meaningless repetition of words, it is just
noise in the air. Real prayer that is heard and answered by God is
prayer that comes from the heart.
Nobody else can evaluate
or say whether your prayer or the tongue that you pray in his false,
only God, because if we are not speaking to God then our prayer is
false. May Jesus bless you.

The Benefit of the Holy Spirit Tongues

I want to explain to you the benefits of being baptized in the Holy Spirit and having the ability to pray in tongues. The baptism in the Holy Spirit, with tongues, is promised to every person who believes in Jesus Christ and who obeys Him.

Many do not understand the baptism in the Holy Spirit and others do not want the baptism in the Holy Spirit, but Jesus will not force the gift of the Holy Spirit on anybody, He gives the gift to those who thirst for Him, the TRUE WORSHIPERS.

I want to start with the woman at the well. We read in John 4:13 "Jesus answered and said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again; 14but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.” Then verse 23 “But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. 24“God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Jesus was telling this woman that He will gives Streams of Living Water in those who are thirsty, those who WANT to worship Him, the TRUE WORSHIPERS.

We further read that Jesus said: John 7:37On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and called out in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. 38To the one who believes in Me, it is just as the Scripture has said: ‘Streams of living water’ will flow from within him. 39He was speaking about the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were later to receive. For the Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus had not yet been glorified."

After Jesus was glorified and ascended to Heaven the Holy Spirit was poured out on the day of Pentecost. We read about that in Acts 1 and 2.

Before Jesus ascended to heaven He gathered His disciples and He gave them instruction. We read in Acts 1:4 "Gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised, “Which,” He said, “you heard of from Me; 5for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” He goes on to say in verse 8 "but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”

We read in Acts 2:1 "When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. 2And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3And there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on each one of them. 4And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance."

They were speaking as the Holy Spirit gave them utterance. The Holy Spirit provided what they uttered through their mouths. They were speaking to God, they were glorifying God, and some of the people around them that were from other nations, that were of other languages, heard these people who did not know their languages, speak of the great deeds of God in their own language. These people did not even know what they were saying but the Holy Spirit gave utterance to them.

The apostle Paul explains in 1 Corinthians 14: 2 "For one who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God; for no one understands, but in his spirit he speaks mysteries.4One who speaks in a tongue edifies himself; "

The purpose of the tongues, that those receive , who are baptized in the Holy Spirit, is for them to be able to worship God in spirit and in truth.

When we pray, we very soon run out of words when we pray in our own mind , we run out of things to pray; we don't know what to pray and therefor Paul also explains in Romans 8:26 "In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know how we ought to pray, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans too deep for words. 27And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God."

When we pray in tongues, the Holy Spirit , who dwells in us, gives us utterance, and even though we do not know what we are saying, what we are praying to God, the Holy spirit intercedes for us and through us, and with us, through our tongue, because we speak the utterance that He gives us to say. We do not rightfully know what to pray; we can pray for the will of God to be done, but we do not know what the will of God is, but the Holy Spirit knows and if we pray in tongues, we pray according to the will of God.

The apostle Paul also prayed much in tongues. we read that he says in 1 Corinthians 14:18 "I thank God, I speak in tongues more than you all; 19however, in the church I desire to speak five words with my mind so that I may instruct others also, rather than ten thousand words in a tongue."

We can pray with our mind and we can also pray in the spirit, but when our mind runs out of words and thoughts to pray about, the Holy Spirit helps us  and therefor we have to pray in the spirit to be built up, to be edified, in our relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Holy Spirit baptism and gifts are not a guarantee of salvation, neither is it an indication of our fruitfulness. Our fruitfulness depends on our relationship with Jesus Christ and if we do not bear good fruit we will get CUT OFF AND BURNED, even though we have received all the gifts of the Holy Spirit - if there is not fruit, if there is no good fruit, then we are bad trees and we will get cut off and burned, we will end up in hell. And this is why Paul also writes in 1 Corinthians 13:1 "If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing."

The purpose of the Holy Spirit baptism and praying in tongues, is for us to be able to continuously pray and worship in spirit and in truth, so that we can be edified in our spirit, so that we can be built up in our relationship with Jesus Christ. It is through communion with Him in prayer that we draw closer to Him and that is why we must not only have the baptism in the Holy Spirit but practice praying in tongues.

The gift of speaking in tongues is not for public display. When we pray we must pray in private and not make a public spectacle like so many people do. Jesus Christ called them hypocrites, and therefor we read His words in  Matthew 6:5 "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their reward. 6But when you pray, go into your inner room, shut your door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you."

Our relationship with Jesus Christ is through prayer. If you do not pray, you have no relationship with Him. You can read your Bible, you can go to church, you can watch Christian videos, you can go to fellowship, you can go to praise and worship in the church, you can do religious things, read religious books but if you do not pray, in spirit and in truth, then you have no relationship with Jesus Christ.

Jesus gives us the Holy spirit and the ability to pray in tongues so that we can continuously, uninterruptedly pray in tongues, in your inner room,  praying in the spirit, while also praying with your mind, while you go about your daily activities, you can be praying in the spirit. In your mind, the Holy Spirit, in you, giving you the utterance, so that you can continuously be in prayer, that you can be FILLED with the Holy Spirit; streams of Living Water can only flow through us if we PRAY, and if we pray in the spirit. If you pray with your own mind you are limited, you will soon run out of words, get bored, and not know what to pray. but if you pray in the spirit, you can pray for hours on end, you will not run out of words to pray because the Holy Spirit will supply those words. You will be edified in your spirit and you will be FILLED with the Spirit, Streams of Living Water will flow through you.

Dear friend, are you filled with the Holy Spirit? Are streams of living water flowing through you, that living water that Jesus promised to those who seek him, the true worshipers? Are you a true worshiper? Have you received the baptism in the Holy Spirit  and do you pray in the Spirit? Do you have a DESIRE  for the Holy Spirit? Do you have a DESIRE for streams of living water? Do you thirst and do you hunger for the Spirit of God? Do you desire a closer relationship with Jesus Christ? Do you want to be filled with the Spirit? Then ASK Him!

Repent, and be baptized and ask Jesus to fill you with the Holy Spirit. You have to receive it, before you can have it, and you have to practice it for streams of living water to be continuously flowing through, you from the inner man, streams of living water that spring up into eternal life!

Do you have that LIFE in you? Are you FILLED with the Spirit of the Living God?

May Jesus bless you.

Why satan does not want you to pray in tongues

Satan wants to stop people
from praying but especially he wants to prevent them from receiving
the baptism in the Holy Spirit and being able to pray in tongues,
because if you pray Satan is powerless against you. He also knows
that if you can pray in tongues, you can now pray all day long, while
you are going about your normal life, because when you pray in the
Spirit then your mind is unfruitful but your spirit prays.
As we read in first
Corinthians chapter 14 verse 14, "for if I pray in a tongue my
spirit prays but my mind is unfruitful." When you pray satan
wants to distract you and he plays on your mind. He puts all kinds of
things, thoughts and distractions, in your mind but when you pray in
tongues then you pray with the spirit and your mind is unfruitful, so
he
cannot distract you.
Further he does not know
what you are praying because you are praying mysteries to God. Paul
wrote in 1st Corinthians chapter 14 verse 24, " the one who
speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God; for no one
understands but in his spirit he speaks mysteries." So, what
mysteries are we praying when we do pray in tongues? The Apostle Paul
writes in Romans chapter 8 verse 26, "the Spirit helps us in our
weakness. For we do not know how we ought to pray but the Spirit
Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words, and He
who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit because the
Spirit intercedes for the Saints according to the will of God."
When we pray in tongues the Holy Spirit prays through us and
with us according to the
will of God. Although we do not understand what we are praying the
Holy Spirit intercedes through us according to the will of God and we
are edified in our spirit, we are built up in our communion, our
relationship with God. We read in 1st Corinthians chapter 14 verse 4,
"the one who speaks in a tongue edifies himself but the one who
prophesies edifies the church. Now I wish that you all spoke in
tongues but even more that you would prophesy; and greater is the one
who prophesies than the one who speaks in tongues unless he
interprets so that the church may receive edifying." However,
you first have to pray in tongues and be edified, be built up in your
spirit before you can receive revelation from the Holy Spirit to be
able to prophesy. The Apostle Paul further rights in 1st Corinthians
chapter 14:18, "I thank God, I speak in tongues more than you
all; however in the church I desire to speak five words with my mind
so that I might instruct others, rather than 10,000 words in a
tongue." We have to be praying in tongues all day, always, so
that we are edified and built up so that streams of living water will
flow through us and the Holy Spirit will be manifested in and through
us. The Holy Spirit manifests in and through the Spirit filled
believer, through prophecy, through revelation, through a word of
knowledge, through healing, and miraculous working of the Spirit of
God. The power of the Holy Spirit is manifested in and through those
who are filled with the Holy Spirit and who stay filled with the Holy
Spirit. You only stay filled with the Holy Spirit if you pray in the
spirit, so that the Spirit of God flows through you, streams of
living water that bring life to you, edify you and through you
identify the body of Christ. We cannot bear fruit if we are not led
by the Spirit of God; we cannot be led by the Spirit of God if the
Spirit of God does not dwell in us and flow through us.
The only way that the Holy
Spirit will flow through us is if we remain in constant prayer in the
spirit and keep our relationship our contact with Jesus Christ alive;
if we stop praying in the spirit stop communicating with God in the
spirit then we become stagnant and unfruitful spiritually passive and
spiritually dysfunctional. satan knows that when you continuously
praying in tongues he is powerless against you because you are filled
with the Holy Spirit power. That is why he discourages people and
gets others people to discourage them to be baptized in the Holy
Spirit and to pray in the spirit. Those who do not have the Spirit of
Christ flowing through them are powerless against satan and that is
why they cannot overcome, We need to be praying in the spirit to
overcome the wiles of the devil and do the will of God. Are you going
to allow satan to disarm you, to steal from you that which God has
promised to you; the Holy Spirit power from on-high?
Are you going to remain
powerless or will you seek to be filled with the Holy Spirit that
Jesus Christ promised to those who obey Him and who wish to follow
Him? Are you going to allow Satan to stop you from praying in tongues
so that the Spirit of God can flow through you? The choice is yours
because the promise is for all those who believe in Jesus Christ and
who want to be fruitful in His kingdom. Choose today whether you will
be an overcomer or whether you will be defeated by satan.
May Jesus bless you.

Speaking in Tongues through the Holy Spirit

Jesus Christ promised many
wonderful experiences and manifestations of the Holy Spirit to those
who believe in Him. We read in Mark chapter 16 verse 15, "And He
said to them, ( the disciples) "Go into all the world and preach
the gospel to all creation. He who has believed and has been baptized
will be saved but he who has disbelieved will be condemned. These
signs will accompany those who have believed; in My name they will
cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; they will pick up
serpents and if they drink any deadly poison it will not hurt them;
they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover." These
signs will follow, and one of the signs that followed was on the day
of Pentecost; those who received the baptism in the Holy Spirit, they
started speaking in other tongues. All those who are baptized in the
Holy Spirit will be able to speak in tongues, to pray in tongues at
anytime that is what Jesus promised to those who believe in Him and
obey Him. There is much deception and misconception about the baptism
in the Holy Spirit. I received the baptism in the Holy Spirit many
years ago after seeking for the baptism in the Holy Spirit for quite
some time, many years actually, and one day while I was praying and
praising Jesus in private, I was filled with the Holy Spirit and I
started speaking in tongues; and ever since I've been able to speak
in that tongue. Jesus gave me a tongue by which I can speak to God
anytime. I don't know what I'm saying but the Spirit of God in me
knows what I need. We do not know rightfully what to pray always, but
when the Holy Spirit is in us He prays with us, in us, and through us
according to the will of God. I speak to God I'm not speaking to
people as the apostle Paul wrote in 1st Corinthians chapter 14 verse
24, "for the one speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to
God; for no one understands, but in his spirit he speaks mysteries."
i read verse 14, "for if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays
but my mind is unfruitful." My mind is not in what I'm praying
because I don't know what I am praying. The Holy Spirit is giving me
this entrance that's flowing through me. I pray in tongues anytime
right now while looking to you, {SPEAKING IN TONGUES....
Do I know what I'm going
to say next? No, but I speak and the Holy Spirit gives it to me to
speak. I can pray in tongues in my mind, at any time, at will, and
while I'm praying my mind is not in what I'm saying. My mind can be
busy with a problem at work, and while I'm busy with my problem at
work, in my spirit I pray; I pray in tongues in my mind. I say,
"Lord help me, I don't know what to do, Lord I don't know what
to say to this person," maybe somebody asked me a difficult
question I don't know what to say. I say Lord I don't want to lie,
please give me the words Lord; I want to testify to this person, I
don't know what to say, please give me the words," so while I'm
listening to this person my mind is unfruitful but in my spirit I
pray, { PRAYING IN TONGUES... ..]
My spirit is praying to
God; Why? because i am praying, I'm praying through the Spirit of God
in me. I'm connected to God all the time and the Holy Spirit that
dwells in me never sleeps. He always knows what I need to say, what I
need to do to do the will of God and to be pleasing to Jesus, and
that is why He gave the Spirit.
The apostle Paul also
wrote in Romans chapter 8: 26, "in the same way the Spirit helps
us in our weakness for we do not know how we ought to pray but the
Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words
and He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit because,
the Spirit intercedes for the Saints according to the will of God."
I don't rightfully know what to pray, I don't know what to do in this
circumstance, but because I pray in the Spirit [Praying in tongues..]
the Spirit of God manifests Himself in the natural, gives me wisdom,
gives me understanding, He gives me an answer, and I'm led by the
Holy Spirit of God because the Spirit of God dwells in me and I pray
in the Spirit. The Spirit of God flows through me.
Am I in a trance? Am I
drunk? No! I'm sober; my spirit is praying to God. You must be of a
sound mind to be led by the Spirit of God, but you must have the Holy
Spirit of God dwelling in you and you must pray in the Spirit so that
the Spirit of God can manifest through you. You first have to receive
the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the speaking of tongues, the
ability to speak in tongues before the Spirit of God can flow through
you, and manifest through you. That is why Jesus said to the
disciples, "go to Jerusalem and wait until you receive the gift
of the Holy Spirit. The first gift that you receive is the in filling
with the Holy Spirit. There are many gifts; interpretation, a word of
wisdom, knowledge, healing, according to that which is required by
the Spirit of God, that which God wants us to do because we are led
by the Spirit of God. If it is healing that is required, He works it
through us, IF we are tuned in, if His Spirit is flowing through us.
If it's a word of knowledge or understanding He will give it to us if
we are tuned in, if we are busy with the kingdom of God. You are not
in a trance when you are led by the Holy Spirit; you are tuned in to
the Spirit of God but the Spirit of God must dwell in you. You must
have received the Holy Spirit and you have to exercise that gift of
the Spirit. You can pray in tongues at any time when you are filled
with the Holy Spirit and you MUST pray in tongues. You must exercise
the gift of the Holy Spirit must flow through you. Many people only
want the gift and then they think they have salvation, but they have
no relationship with Jesus. Their relationship dies right there
because they do not exercise the gift the Holy Spirit, is not
operating through them.
Many want to use the gift
for wrong reasons; many churches want to use the gift of healing or
prophecy for their own benefit and they do it. They try to attract
the people. They make the people believe that they are something
special with this gift that they've got and they use it to attract
people to capitalize on it, to build their own church, their own
kingdom. God will judge them because the gift is for the kingdom of
God not for our personal benefit. The Holy Spirit that Jesus gives in
us is for us to serve Him but we need the Holy Spirit. There are are
other manifestations of the Holy Spirit but it all starts with being
filled with the Holy Spirit in the first place and being able to
speak in tongues, everyone! Jesus said these signs will follow those
who believe; they WILL speak in tongues, amongst other things, but if
we are not following Jesus, if the Holy Spirit is not functioning
through us then these things won't happen. We have to be in the
Spirit. We have to be led by the Spirit. The Holy Spirit will never
control you nor manipulate your Many people say they are going into a
trance and then they speak in tongues. I'm not in a trance. I'm
speaking to you from my mind but while I'm speaking to you from my
common sense. in my mind and explaining to you you how the Holy
Spirit indwells me I'm praying in tongues. I say, "Lord give me
the right words to convey to the world how the Holy Spirit works and
manifests Himself through those who are led by the Spirit of God."
You need the Holy Spirit and it is through our dependence on, through
the flow of the Holy Spirit through us, that we grow in knowledge and
understanding of the kingdom of God. If you do not have the Holy
Spirit you cannot see the kingdom of God because He reveals himself
in and through us by His Spirit dwelling in us.
To speak in tongues is not
always to speak a known language. You might inadvertently speak a
known language because when you speak in tongues you don't know what
you say. It happened on the day of Pentecost that that the disciples
who were Galileans, they spoke in other tongues from all over the
world. They do not even know it but the Holy Spirit was giving them
utterance and these people who were in Jerusalem and heard these
people making this noise, they heard that they were speaking of that
great deeds of God in their own languages. They said, "these
Galileans, how come they are speaking our languages, where did they
learn it? They never learned, they never understood it and even after
that day they never understood because the Holy Spirit gave utterance
to them. I have spoken languages that I did not even know that I was
speaking in them. One night during a broadcast I was speaking in
tongues and somebody afterwards asked me whether I can speak Spanish.
I sad: No I don't, I don't know a word of Spanish; but they said I
was speaking Spanish. I was not, our speaking to God and the
utterance that He gave me
was in Spanish. I did not know it, but to that person it was a sign
that the Holy Spirit is in me; because the Holy Spirit gives
utterance.
When you speak in tongues
you speak to God. You are busy speaking to God you are not speaking
to people. You do not preach to people by speaking in tongues, like
so many and uninformed people say. When you preach, you preach from
your mind, but when the Holy Spirit gives you utterance you speak
things that you do not know, and that is why interpretation of
tongues is required when there was a message in tongues, like a
prophecy.
Tongues with
interpretation is a different matter and I will explain that in
another video; but it is important for you to understand that we
first need to be fulled with the Holy Spirit. We first need to
receive the indwelling Spirit of Christ in us. We have to first
repent, be baptized and receive the Holy Spirit, before we can be led
by the Holy Spirit. And all those who have received the baptism in
the Holy Spirit can speak in tongues at any time. The Spirit of God
dwells in them.
I've been speaking in
tongues for many years and I will forever speak in tongues, because
it is the gift that God gave me, by which I speak to Him, as Peter
also said on the day of Pentecost, "the promise is for you and
for your children, and for everybody who is far off, those whom the
Lord God will call unto Himself. It is Emmanuel, God with us, the
Holy Spirit of God dwelling in us, and manifesting Himself through us
because we follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit; we are led by the
Spirit, we make ourselves available to Him as vessels of honor, as
servants of God. Those who are being led by the Spirit of God they
are the sons of God. Have you received the Holy Spirit? Do you have a
desire for the Holy Spirit? If you do not have the Spirit of Christ
you do not belong to Him. You need the Holy Spirit. Many people do
not know it; you know it. Seek Him, repent, be baptized in water;
seek Him with all your heart and He will fill you with the Holy
Spirit.
May Jesus bless you.

Have you received the Holy Spirit?

Have you received the Holy Spirit since you believed in Jesus Christ? Jesus

Christ promised the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, the Spirit of Christ in every

one who seeks to follow Him, everyone who wants eternal life. When

Jesus told His disciples that He would be leaving them they were very sad

because they followed Him every day, He taught them and He guided them. He was

their hope and He was their life. When He told them that He would be

leaving them they were very sad but He said to them:"It is good for you that I

leave,
that I go away because if I do not go away then the Holy Spirit, the
Comforter cannot come to you and the Holy Spirit will teach you and will
guide you into the whole truth. The Holy Spirit will teach you about
Jesus Christ, about the will of God and will tell you everything that
you need to know. After Jesus was crucified and resurrected He appeared
to them before He ascended to heaven and He commanded them to go to
Jerusalem and

wait for that which was promised, the Holy Spirit the
Comforter, to be given to them so that they would not be on their own
but that they would have the presence of the Comforter the Spirit of
Christ in them always.

The world, the unbelievers cannot receive that Comforter, the Holy Spirit. Only

those who accept Jesus can receive the Holy Spirit.

His disciples went to Jerusalem and they're waited in prayer expectantly, and on the day of

Pentecost the Holy Spirit was given. While they were praying the Holy Spirit

came
on them like with tongues of fire and they started speaking in other
tongues some of them spoke in other languages that were heard and
understood by some of the other people. They could not understand, but
then Peter stood up and he explained to them that those people were not
drunk. They had received the Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit that He

promised to those who believe in Him, who seek Him and who want to follow Him.

The
Holy Spirit was promised to all those who believe in Jesus, not just to
some. He promised the Comforter to each and every believer who obeys
Him. We read in Acts chapter 2 verse 38 Peter said to them:"Repent and
be baptized each one of you and you will receive the gift of the Holy
Spirit. It was promised to you and your children and to all those who
are far off those whom the Lord our God will call unto himself." The
Holy Spirit was

promised to each and everyone who believes in Jesus,
who seeks them. When we read the book of Acts we see that wherever the
Apostles went after the day of Pentecost and where they preached the
gospel and people believed in Jesus, that those who repented and were
baptized in water also received the baptism in the Holy Spirit.

It
was promised to each and every person who believes in Jesus. If we do
not have the Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit then we do not belong to
Him. It is not a guarantee of salvation, it is the Comforter that He
promised to each and every one of those who believes in Him, who seeks
Him.  The Spirit of Christ will indwell them, will teach them and will
guide them, will comfort them, will teach them everything that they need
to know. It is Emmanuel, God with us, Jesus Christ in us. We need the
Holy Spirit that

comforting presence of Jesus Christ with us, we need to be guided by the Holy Spirit to be able to do the will of God.

The
Apostle Paul wrote at length about it in Romans chapter 8. Go and read
it. If we do not have the Spirit of Christ we do not belong to Him.
Romans 8 verse 14, "those who are led by the Spirit of God they are the
children of God, the sons of God." If we are children of God, followers
of Jesus Christ, we need the Holy Spirit and we will have the Holy
Spirit. If we are serious about following Jesus Christ we will seek the
Holy Spirit because it is the Spirit of Christ. It was promised to us,
Jesus Christ in me to guide me, to teach me, to comfort me, to help me
every step of the way. I cannot follow Jesus Christ without the Holy
Spirit. Very few believers have the Holy Spirit today. They trust in
their intellect. They trust in other comforters, they trust in their
Bible, they trust in their pastor,

but they don't know Jesus Christ. Jesus said:"My sheep know my voice, they listen to

Me,
they follow Me," because they have the Spirit of Christ. I if we do not
have the Spirit of Christ; how can we follow Him? We need the Holy
Spirit, we need the Spirit of Christ, we need Jesus indwelling us or
else we cannot experience Him as real, we cannot serve Him, we cannot
follow Him because then we don't know Him, we have no relationship with
Him if we do not have the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit was given with
the speaking of tongues,

a supernatural ability to speak mysteries to
God. For my spirit to speak to God things that I don't understand, but
the Holy Spirit of God that dwells in me understands and knows what I
need to do the will of God, He also knows what the will of God is for me
and therefore, when I pray in tongues,I pray mysteries; the Spirit of
God dwelling in me prays together with my spirit unto God, making
supplication, pleading with God and praying through me according to the
will of God, things that I don't understand but the Spirit of God works
His will in and through me when I allow the Spirit of God to pray
through

me; when I of my own accord pray in the Spirit speaking in
tongues, speaking mysteries to God, saying:"Lord let Thy will be done,
Thy kingdom come. Let Thy spirit pray through and in me according to Thy
will. Live in me be in me, Jesus Christ the Light of the World have Thy
way in and through me.

Dear friend we cannot follow Jesus
Christ, we cannot do the will of God if we do not have the Holy Spirit.
If you received the baptism in the Holy Spirit you will be able to pray
in tongues at any time, at will, you can pray in tongues, you can speak
to God in the busiest circumstances; in your mind, while you are driving
while you are working, because your mind is unfruitful, but the Spirit
of God is praying through you, giving the words that you pray unto God,
according to the will of God. You can only walk under the guidance of
the Holy Spirit if you have the Spirit of Christ in you, guiding you
teaching you directing you. It is not a guarantee of salvation, but if
you don't have the Holy Spirit you cannot walk in the Spirit you cannot
walk in the will of God because the mind cannot please God. Those things
that we think up, our own mind our opinion, it cannot please God, but
that which the Spirit of God puts in me and makes to flow through me
when I pray in the Spirit, that works in and through me, the words and
the will of God. You need the Holy Spirit.

Without the Holy Spirit we
have no connection to Jesus Christ. Most professing Christians do not
have the Holy Spirit; they do not have the Spirit of Christ, they have
not met with Jesus Christ, they never received the Comforter, they are
lost, without Him.Jesus Christ promised the Holy Spirit to you and to me
and to everyone who seeks Him, who wants to serve Him, who wants to be
part of the kingdom of God and serve the King; to everyone who wants to
see the kingdom of God, to everyone who wants understanding, to everyone
who yearns for Jesus and for the truth because it is the Spirit of
Truth, the Holy Spirit, who will guide you into the whole truth. Without
the Holy Spirit you will be deceived. If

you listen to other people
and follow your own mind, if you read the Bible according to your own
understanding you will be deceived. You need the Holy Spirit to guide
you into the whole truth.

Jesus Christ Himself baptizes in the Holy
Spirit. He puts His seal of  acceptance on you when He gives you the
Holy Spirit and He gives you the gift of speaking in tongues, whereby
you can pray to Him, let the Spirit of God flow through you at all
times, at any time, that you wish to worship. But if you don't exercise
it, if you do not pray in tongues,

if you do not pray at all, if you
do not keep that flow of the Holy Spirit going through you, you will not
bear fruit and you will get cut off. Many people have received the Holy
Spirit and they thought it was a guarantee of salvation and then they
went away from Jesus. They did the works of the flesh, they did not
follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, they were

not inspired by the
Holy Spirit. They got drawn away by the things of the world and they
did the deeds of the flesh, they went to sin they went away from Jesus
and they perished. We need the Holy  Spirit and we need to pray in the
Spirit. We need the Holy Spirit of God to flow through us to inspire us,
to guide us, to teach us and to pay through us so that

we can do the
will of God. Without the Holy Spirit we cannot do it. Jesus Christ
promised the Holy Spirit to all those who seek Him, who obey Him, who
repent of sin who cleanse themselves of all unrighteousness and prepare
themselves for the Holy Spirit of God to come and live in them, who are
baptized in water for the washing off of their sins so that

they can receive the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit and walk with Him, follow Him and

serve
Him in holiness. Have you received the Holy Spirit? Do you have a
desire for the Holy Spirit? Do you want the Spirit of Christ to dwell in
you? Do you want real communion with Jesus Christ? Do you want to be
part of His kingdom. Then seek Him with all your heart.

Repent of
all sin, cleanse yourself of all unrighteousness; obey Him; be baptized
in water. Yearn for Him. Seek Him with all your heart until He fills you
with the Holy Spirit and then pray in the Spirit, walk in the Spirit.
Let the Spirit of God determine your actions and then you will be able
to do the works that God has prepared for you to do under the guidance
of the Holy Spirit, because without Jesus Christ, without the Spirit of
Christ welling in you, guiding you, inspiring you, working through you,
you cannot do the will of God, you cannot serve the kingdom of God. Have
you received the Holy Spirit? Do you want Him? Do you want Jesus? Do
you want to LIFE? Without the Holy Spirit, without Christ in you guiding
you, teaching you, comforting you, every step of the way, without Him
you are LOST.

Without Him you have no hope, no future, Seek Jesus,
seek the indwelling Holy Spirit, the Comforter, in you, with you and
follow Him until the very end.

May Jesus bless you.

My Holy Spirit Baptism Speaking in tongues - My Testimony

I received the baptism in the Holy
Spirit in 1972, that was after I had sought after it for some time.

I want to share my experience with you of the Comforter the Holy
Spirit that Jesus promised to those who obey Him.
The Holy Spirit
with speaking in tongues is given to us as a gift, a confirmation
from God the Father that we are His children. He gives us the gift of
tongues so that we can speak in that tongue at any time.
Since the
time that I was baptized in the Holy Spirit I have been speaking in
tongues at any time, at will. I can speak in tongues now God gave me
the tongue, it is mine.
It's a gift. It's my connection with the
Spirit of God, He has given me OF His Spirit. It is not a guarantee
that I wil have eternal life. It is a guarantee that He has accepted
me as His child and it COMFORTS me that I can speak to Him in tongues
at any time.
He gave me a special tongue that I can pray with at
any time while I am walking along, while I am driving or while I am
praying, At any time I can speak in that tongue because it is mine,
he has given it to Me and He will never take it away and it has been
with me for all those many years.
There are also other times when
I pray, and when I pray for long periods that He gives me other
tongues. There are times when I am praying with other brothers and
sisters that He gives me a TONGUE WITH INTERPRETATION but the tongue
that He has given me to pray to Him with
to connect to Him with,
any time that tongue has stayed with me since that time that I was
baptized in the Holy Spirit and that is why Jesus said: I send you
the Comforter. because it comforts us when I KNOW, I received the
Holy Spirit and this is the proof, this tongue that Jesus has given
me as He has promised and it is the same Spirit that raised Christ
from the dead that dwells in Me the comfort that I have, the proof
that I have, to me ALL THE TIME is the tongue that I can speak He
won't take it away from me. I don't understand what I am saying but
my spirit together with the Spirit of God prays mysteries unto God as
Paul also said (1 Corinthians 14:2)
At those times when we as
children of God get together and we get into serious prayer incessant
prayer with God, then the Holy Spirit comes on people and the one
will have a tongue which is not the tongue that he normally prays in.
God will give him that tongue and He will give somebody else the
interpretation not the TRANSLATION, the INTERPRETATION the MEANING
of what the Spirit of God wants to convey to those people who are
there together praying that is what the interpretation of the tongue
is.
At other times the Lord will give me a prophecy where I speak
directly what God puts into my heart
the message that He has
given for those people who are there together. At other times also
when I pray the Lord will give me a prophecy, He will speak to me in
my spirit in English or in Afrikaans, my own home language and I will
write those words down because the Spirit of God dwells in me.
Now
that is not unique to me that is promised to every one who has
accepted Jesus as is written in Acts 2:38,39, where Peter said this
promise is for you and for your children and for all of those whom
the Lord our God will call unto Him.
Dear friend, you need the
baptism in the Holy Spirit you need the gift of the Holy Spirit with
tongues so that you are COMFORTED constantly by the knowledge that
you HAVE THE GIFT OF THE SPIRIT YOU EXERCISE THE GIFT you can speak
in tongues any time, you don't need to
close your eyes, you don't go into a
trance like some people do (pretend) they get these convulsions and
things that is just a show. We might get excited when we pray but
that is the person that gets excited
that is not the Spirit of
God that takes control of him.
The Holy Sirit is not a
CONTROLLING SPIRIT, He is a GUIDING SPIRIT, The Lord puts those words
in your spirit and you speak those words He does not take control of
you like some people say,
they are not speaking the truth The
Spirit of God will put and unction in you and you will feel driven to
do things but HE WILL NOT FORCE YOU TO DO IT. You have got to OBEY
the Spirit of God
The Spirit of God guides us and LEADS US.
The
Holy Spirit in us leads us into righteousness and into holiness and
if you are not right with the Lord, if you are disobedient then when
you pray in tongues you know, you are not right with God. The Holy
Spirit convicts you. It is the Comforter that God gives and the
Comforter does not want to comfort you WHEN YOU ARE DOING WRONG. WHEN
YOU ARE DOING WRONG, THE COMFORTER CONVICTS YOU OF SIN, RIGHTEOUSNESS
AND JUDGMENT because as a child of God you are fortunate, you are
blessed with the benefit of being CHASTISED AND CORRECTED
and the
Holy Spirit of God loves you and wants us to be HOLY and therefor He
wil convict us when we do wrong and if we continue in our wrong doing
GOD WILL CHASTISE (PUNISH) US and He will chastise us severely, like
He has done to me also Having the Holy Spirit does not make a person
special
you are just human, you are flesh and blood but, YOU HAVE
RECEIVED THE COMFORTER.
Dear friends, I want to encourage you to
seek the Holy Spirit because it is promised to you and to me and to
everyone whom the Lord Jesus has called unto Him and if the gospel
of Jesus Christ has come to you then you are called then you must
respond to that call invite Jesus into your heart and don't run away
from the gifts of the Holy Spirit. EMBRACE THE HOLY SPIRIT IT IS THE
SPIRIT OF GOD
ask Jesus for the gifts, ask Him for the baptism in
the Holy Spirit and then for MORE, more of His Spirit not as
something for yourself but to equip you to serve better because those
who are led by the Spirit of God. they are the sons of God The
Spirit of God will never force you never drag you along and therefor
we need to seek the gift of the Holy Spirit we need to seek to be
baptized in the Holy Spirit
and we need to seek to be fruitful.
Dear friends, what is of the flesh is
of the flesh and what is of the Spirit of God that comes from God
you cannot fake it we can accumulate
for ourselves a lot of knowledge we can know the Bible from cover to
cover but yet be WITHOUT CONTACT WITH GOD WITHOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT OF
GOD and if we don't have the Holy Spirit then we are dead, we are
spiritually dead we come alive in the Spirit when we receive the
Spirit of Christ and therefor we have got to open ourselves to the
Holy Spirit Once you have received the
Holy Spirit baptism you must practice it.
It is NOT a safe guard
against hell neither is it a safeguard against backsliding. I
backslid for more than ten years and even in that time, when I was
far away from the Lord He did not take the gift of the Holy Spirit
away from me I just thank Him that He chastised me and He spoke to me
SEVERELY
TO THE POINT WHERE I CAME BACK TO HIM because He never
left me, I left Him.
Dear friends, you NEED the baptism in the
Holy Spirit you NEED the gift of tongues so that you are constantly
COMFORTED you can pray in tongues any time, as you drive along, as
you walk along
while you are washing the dishes while I am siting
here,
I can speak in tongues any time. In
that one specific tongue but when I get into incessant prayer, as I
said then God gives me other tongues and then the Spirit of God prays
with your spirit and through your spirit speaks mysteries unto God
and that is why He gives His COMFORTER to us so that we can be
constantly COMFORTED by the indwelling of His Spirit!
You need the
Holy Spirit, dear friend and you can only get it from Jesus you
cannot fake it. The world cannot receive the Holy Spirit only those
who come to the Father through Jesus Christ.
It is a gift to
those who are connected to the living God through Jesus Christ and
that is why it is
the proof to you that God has accepted
you and when the devil comes with doubt and accuses you of things and
says: "Well the Lord has rejected you! He doesn't want you any
more"
You say:"No satan, I still speak in tongues,
because my Father gave me a gift. I am still connected to Him!"

So dear friends, if you have received
the gift of the Holy Spirit, practice it every day and let the Holy
Spirit comfort you, all the time because He said: I will send you the
Comforter Who will be with you for EVER.
So, you need the Holy
Spirit dear friend. You need to pray in tongues all the time, ALL THE
TIME!
While you are driving along, whatever you are doing, you
say....(speaking in tongues)
While I am speaking to you, while I
am doing anything, I can be praying in tongues in my spirit
My
spirit is rejoicing in my King When I wake up at night, I am praying
in tongues...
My spirit is rejoicing in the Lord always. I am
connected to the living God!
Have you received the COMFORTER?
DO
NOT REJECT HIM! The Lord will give you your own tongue dear friend
and you will know for ever that He has accepted you and He will
Comfort you, FOR EVER until that very day that you see Jesus Christ
face to face.
May Jesus bless you

Have you received the Holy Spirit?

Jesus Christ promised the baptism in the Holy Spirit to all those who BELIEVE the gospel and who OBEY Him, who REPENT and who are BAPTIZED IN WATER. We need the Holy Spirit to be able to follow and obey Jesus Christ . The Holy Spirit is the INDWELLING PRESENCE of Jesus Christ in out lives and we have to receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit and FOLLOW the GUIDANCE of the Holy Spirit to be able to DO the WORKS that Jesus Christ prepared for us to do, to be able to SERVE Him and be part of His kingdom.

The PROOF that you have received the baptism in the Holy Spirit is that you WILL speak in tongues as also the first believers did who received the baptism in the Holy Spirit on the day oi Pentecost and there after. If you have received the baptism in the Holy Spirit you will be able to pray in tongues at any time at will. It is your COMMUNICATION with God, praying mysteries in your spirit and the Spirit of God praying with your spirit to God.

If you have not received the ability to pray in tongues then you have not been baptized in the Holy Spirit yet and you need to SEEK Jesus, OBEY Him, EARNESTLY seek the baptism in the Holy Spirit.

We read in Mark 16:15,16 Jesus Christ said that for those who believed and were baptized certain signs would follow. One of those is that they would speak in other tongues. Jesus Christ never changed. Those signs WILL follow for those who BELIEVE, OBEY and FOLLOW Jesus Christ. If those signs are not following it is because we do not believe., we have not received the Holy Spirit and we are not following Jesus Christ.

Seek Jesus, seek the truth, seek the baptism, in the Holy Spirit, be filled with the Spirit, follow and OBEY Jesus Christ. Stay with Him until the very end. We need the Holy Spirit and we need the guidance of the Holy Spirit, every moment, to experience the presence and the power and the kingdom of God.

Have you received the baptism in the Holy spirit? Are you living in the presence of the living God? Do you truly KNOW and follow Jesus Christ?

May Jesus bless you.
