DO NOT ASSUME - LISTEN OBEY AND FOLLOW JESUS

Jesus has one word for those who

believe in Him. He says: ”Follow Me.” Many believe in Jesus but
few are willing to follow Him and that is why so few will have
eternal life. Jesus said: “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them,
and they follow Me; 28and I give eternal life to them, and they
will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.”
John 10:27,28.

Many believers never become followers
of Jesus, they never become sheep, they do not hear His voice, He
does not know them and they will not have eternal life. We have to be
born again of the Spirit of God, to become His children, His sheep
who hear His voice and follow Him.

We have to receive the Holy Spirit,
that the world, the unbeliever cannot receive. Jesus gives His Holy
Spirit in those who believe in Him and therefor obey His commands and
teachings. Those who disobey Him, will not receive His Spirit, they
will not be born again and they will not become His sheep. Jesus
commanded His disciples to make disciples, He said: “Go therefore
and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of
the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to
observe all that I commanded you;” Matthew 28:19,20.

The disciples of Jesus followed Him
until death. They physically followed Him until He was crucified,
resurrected and ascended to heaven. Before He ascended He commanded
them to wait in Jerusalem, for the Holy Spirit, Who was given on the
day of Pentecost, as we read in Acts 1&2. After receiving the
Holy Spirit, they were led by the Holy Spirit. They made disciples
who also received the Holy Spirit and were led by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus never changed. He still guides
His sheep. They hear His voice because they are born again and have
received His Holy Spirit. Most believers today have never been born
again, some have and have received the Holy Spirit but they do not
LISTEN, OBEY and FOLLOW and never get to know Jesus, neither does He
know them.

The Christendom has been deceived to
become religious, but most believers never become disciples, through
lack of understanding of the truth. If we are serious about eternal
life, we have to become disciples, who listen to Jesus and follow
Him. We must be led by the Holy Spirit.

The true children of God are led by the
Holy Spirit, not by other saints, or by their own interpretation of
the Bible. They listen to His voice and they follow Him. They do not
follow after, idolize or accept the guidance of preachers, prophets
or other men and women of God. They do not read the words of Jesus in
the Bible and assume Jesus has told them to do so. Just because Jesus
told the rich ruler to sell all his possessions, give it to the poor
and follow Him, does not mean he told you to do the same. Maybe you
are not a rich young ruler. Jesus told Peter to walk on water. Does
that mean He told you to do so? Many assume things from reading Bible
verses and listening to other believers. When things do not work out
as they expected, they blame Jesus. Do not assume things and them
blame God for your foolishness. You will only have yourself to blame.
Jesus did not tell the thief on the cross next to Him, to get down
and be baptized. Do not assume that you don’t need to obey Jesus
and be baptized in water.

Jesus does speak. His sheep hear His
voice and they obey Him, because they follow Him. Most believers do
not hear His voice, because they are not His sheep. Others ignore Him
and rather assume their own thoughts and doctrines, because they do
not want to follow Him. These are the words of God to Saul, king of
Israel: "For rebellion is as the sin of divination, And
insubordination is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have
rejected the word of the LORD, He has also rejected you from being
king." 1Samuel 15:23. Jesus does not tolerate rebellion and
disobedience. If we do not willfully follow Him, we cannot be His
disciples. If we do not follow and obey Him, we cannot expect to have
eternal life.

Do not assume, listen, obey and follow
Jesus, until the end.

LISTENING TO JESUS

Believing in Jesus cannot save us,

unless we listen to Him and obey Him. Faith without emanating action
is just an illusion without any substance. Many Christians have been
deceived into believing that they can trust in Jesus for eternal life
by just confessing that they believe in Him,  without taking any
further action. Their faith is just an illusion that leads to
damnation.
The only way to have eternal life is to LISTEN to
Jesus,  to obey His words. The words of Jesus are SPIRIT and
LIFE. The words of Jesus as recorded in the Bible in Matthew, Mark,
Luke and John are the words of eternal life to those who obey them.
Those who disobey Jesus will perish.
You cannot pick and
choose which of His commandments to obey and which to ignore. You
have to utterly obey Him.
Repent and be baptized. If you refuse,
you will not have eternal life. You cannot follow Jesus if you do not
repent and stop sinning. It makes no sense to be baptized if you have
not repented.
Many Christians read and hear the words of Jesus,
but they do not obey them. To them it is entertainment,  like a
horror movie. They rather believe the false doctrines that are
preached in churches.
They are like men who build their house on
sand, and when the flood comes it is washed away.
Are we LISTENING
to Jesus  and taking action? Do we obey and follow Him?

HEAR FROM JESUS NOT FROM OTHERS

Jesus is ALIVE. His sheep HEAR His

VOICE and they FOLLOW Him. Sadly very few professing Christians are
His sheep because very few HEAR Him. Salvation is not just about
confessing that you believe in Jesus. Most people who believe in
Jesus are not His sheep, they do not know Him and they will not have
eternal life.

Every truly born-again child of God has
the ABILITY to HEAR His VOICE. You cannot HEAR His voice neither SEE
nor enter the kingdom of God if you are not-born again. Being a
Christian does not mean being of the Christian faith. It means that
you are a child of God, who KNOWS His voice. Most professing
Christians are spiritually blind and deaf. They were never been born
again. Many of them never met Jesus and most of those who did, do not
hear nor follow Him. They follow after other people, preachers,
myths, theories, beliefs and false doctrines.

Those who are being led by the Spirit
of God, they are the children of God. Salvation comes by MEETING with
Jesus after believing in Him and then FOLLOWING Him. You meet Jesus
on your knees, if you kneel before Him, to humble yourself before Him
and accept Him as your Lord and Master. If you truly believe that He
is Lord and pray to Him, call on Him from your heart, He will save
you. You will enjoy peace and joy like never before in your life. He
will make you a child of God, but then you have to obey and follow
Him, or else you will not stay saved. If you do not obey Jesus and do
not stay with Him you will spiritually wither and die.

That is what happens to many believers,
because they do not stay with Jesus. That is what Jesus illustrated
with the parable of the sower. We read in Matthew 13:18“Hear then
the parable of the sower. 19“When anyone hears the word of the
kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and
snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on
whom seed was sown beside the road. 20“The one on whom seed
was sown on the rocky places, this is the man who hears the word and
immediately receives it with joy; 21yet he has no firm root
in himself, but is only temporary, and when affliction or
persecution arises because of the word, immediately he falls
away. 22“And the one on whom seed was sown among the thorns,
this is the man who hears the word, and the worry of the world and
the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, and it becomes
unfruitful. 23“And the one on whom seed was sown on the good
soil, this is the man who hears the word and understands it; who
indeed bears fruit and brings forth, some a hundredfold, some sixty,
and some thirty.”

The believers who stay with Jesus, obey
and follow Him are the ones who bear fruit and who will have eternal
life. They are the ones who OBEY the gospel of Jesus Christ, who
repent and are baptized, who receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit
and who follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Without Jesus,
without the guidance of His Spirit we cannot bear fruit, we can do
nothing.

Jesus gives His Holy Spirit in those
who OBEY Him, who repent and are baptized and who obey His commands,
His teachings as also recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Jesus
said:”the Holy Spirit will teach you all things,” John 14:26
“the Spirit of Truth... He will guide you into all the truth; for
He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He
will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. 14“He
will glorify Me, for He will take of Mine and will disclose it to
you.” John 16:13,14.

Most believers never receive the Holy
Spirit and that is why they do not HEAR the VOICE of Jesus and do
not FOLLOW Him. Some have received the Holy Spirit, but they do not
LISTEN, to Him. They ask advice from other people, from pastors and
preachers and self appointed spiritual leaders. They follow their own
minds and make assumptions from Bible verses. They do not LISTEN and
hear from Jesus through the Holy Spirit.

You must HEAR from Jesus, to be able to
follow Him, bear fruit, be pleasing to Him and have eternal life. We
can only be pleasing to Jesus and be fruitful for the kingdom of God
if we HEAR from Jesus and OBEY Him, follow His guidance.

Seek Jesus, pray, meet with Him, obey
His words, repent and be baptized. Ask Him and He will give His Holy
Spirit in you to teach and guide you in all things. Follow the
guidance of the Holy Spirit, until the end and you will have eternal
life.

Do not follow after other people. Do
not ask their advice or guidance. Stay with Jesus seek His guidance.
Trust Him and He will guide you, all the way, until the end. Jesus
alone is the way, the truth and the life. Follow Him and He will give
you eternal life.

Do not listen to strangers

Jesus said:"My sheep hear My voice and they follow Me." Those who are born again children of God hear His voice, they listen to Him and follow Him. They do not follow after other people. Jesus said
that His sheep know His voice and they will not follow after strangers, they will run away from strangers, but many believers were never born again. They never got to know the voice of Jesus. They never followed after Him.
You get to know Him better when you follow after Him. You get to know His voice when you
seriously seek Him. In order to follow after Jesus, you must obey Him. Obey Hiswords. Repent, stop sinning, turn away from sin. Turn away from running after your own ideas and from running after other
people and go after Jesus. Obey His words. Obey Jesus ,repent and be baptized and seek Him with all your heart and He will reveal Himself to you and you will know His voice you will know Him for real. But most believers never started following Jesus. They never went after Him. They became religious. They joined a church. The only knowledge that they have of Jesus is what they've heard from others and what they have maybe read in the Bible, but they themselves do not know Jesus. They are not His sheep. They might call themselves believers, but believing in Jesus without following Him
is useless.0
We have to know Him and follow Him, and we only get to know Him if we seek Him with all our heart, because then He will reveal Himself to us. If we obey His teachings, do what He commanded. Repent and be baptized and seek Him with all our heart. He will give His Holy Spirit in us, to teach and guide us, to be with us, to teach us all things.
Most believers are tuned in to the wrong frequency. They are listening to other people. They are listening to the media. They are not listening to Jesus because they do not seek Him and they are not
tuned in to Him, and if he does speak to them they ignore Him. They don't know His voice. They do not seek Him. They are not interested in the kingdom of God . They want salvation but they don't want Jesus. They are not interested in knowing Jesus, and then is why Jesus will turn them away. He will say to them:"Go away I never knew you." Many of them are preachers. Many of them are good church people, They are busy with religion and they study the Bible and they make convicts for their church, but they themselves don't know Jesus. They do not hear His voice, they do not listen to Him. They do not follow Him.
Many of them are missionaries and they want to tell other people about Jesus, but they themselves do not know Him. They never got to know His voice. They never sought Him. They are busy with religion. They listen to strangers. They listen to what other people say. Many believers have their favorite pastors and teachers. There is only one teacher. Jesus said to His disciples:"Only one is your teacher and that is the Christ Himself."
If we follow Jesus we are taught by Him, by His Holy Spirit and we listen to Him because we know His voice. We have come to know His voice because we went after Him ,we sought Him and He revealed Himself to us. If you truly know Jesus you will listen to Him. You will hear His voice. You will not listen to other people, you won't trust them. You will only trust Jesus because you know Him. Are you one of His sheep? Do you know His voice? Do you distinguish His voice? Have you come to know Him for real, or are you running after strangers? Because then you are not one of His sheep.
If you are serious about following Jesus, about eternal life, then you will seek Him with all your heart. You will obey His words, His teachings. You will pray and you will seek Him until you find Him. You will be adamant about hearing from Him, but you will not listen to others, because you know the Master and you follow Him. You will run away from others. Do you hear His voice? Do you seek to hear His voice? Do you listen to Him? Do you follow Him and obey Him? Are you one of His sheep? May Jesus bless you.

They do not hear Him

Very few believers really want to hear from Jesus. Many are long time believers and theologians, who have spent much time, "in the Word" studying the Bible. They are comfortable in the doctrines and beliefs that they have adopted from their own studies and the teachings of others. Their beliefs are backed by Bible verses.

These people are thoroughly indoctrinated. They believe they are saved and that they cannot lose their salvation. They are blinded to the truth because they trust in their own insight. They profess to be Christians, but they are not Christians; they are believers and followers of doctrines. They do not follow Jesus Christ. They are not led by the Holy Spirit. We read in Romans 8:14, "those who are being led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God."

Many of these people have had an experience with Jesus. Some were born again, but they never got into a real relationship with Jesus. Even though some of them have received the baptist in the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues, they never learned to follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

The Lord speaks to these people, but they do not accept it when  He speaks to them. They either doubt or do not like what the Lord is saying to them. They say that God speaks to them through the Bible and then they look for scripture that suites them and their situation, according to their liking. Their security lies in their reliance on twisted application of scripture. These believers are unfruitful for the kingdom of God because they do not seek nor follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and when He speaks to them they disregard Him. They regard their trust in the Bible and their application of the Scriptures more than the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, that Jesus gives, to guide those who believe, into all truth.

Jesus said:"My sheep HEAR My voice, and they follow Me." These believers  claim to believe in Jesus, but they do not HEAR Him. They believe they are saved but they are not led by the Holy Spirit. Jesus warned that many believers, who preached and taught in His Name, cast out demons and performed many works, will stand before Him in judgment and He will say to them:"Go away I never knew you, you workers of unrighteousness."

Our salvation depends on our relationship with Jesus. Do we know Jesus? Does Jesus know us? Do we trust and follow Him, or do we trust more in other things; the Bible, preachers, our our insight? Are we children of God who are led by the Holy Spirit and do we hear Him?

Don't be religious Listen to the Holy Spirit

Many believers think they have to live up to a religious image, act in certain ways, put up a religious front. That is falsehood.

We have to be ourselves but be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and do as He guides us to do. Only then can we bear fruit that is pleasing to Jesus. Those who are being led by the Spirit of God, they are the children of God.

Too busy with other things

Most Christian believers are too busy

with other things. They are too busy to have any time to listen to
Jesus and to follow Him. Many of them believe that their faith will
save them. They believe that merely believing in Jesus Christ for
salvation is sufficient. That is not enough. We have to know Jesus.
We have to listen to His voice and follow Him. We have to get to know
Him for real. If we seek Jesus we will find Him, if we draw closer to
Him He draws closer to us. If we obey His words, His commands, the
words that He spoke, as also recorded in the Gospels, Matthew, Mark,
Luke and John, if we obey those words; if we repent turn away from
sin, from our own wicked ways and we go after Jesus, if we sanctify
ourselves, live holy, be baptized in water, and live to please Jesus,
sin no more, but seek to do His will, have our mind on Him, then He
will put His Spirit in us. He will put His mind in us. He will speak
to us.

His sheep hear His voice, they listen
to Him and they follow Him, but we have to draw closer to Jesus. We
have to go after Him. We have to seek Him and we have to follow Him.
If we do not seek Him we will not find Him. If we do not stay with
Him we will go astray and we will not enter the kingdom of heaven. He
will guide us, if we seek Him. He guides His sheep. He teaches them.
The Holy Spirit will guide us into all truth, but we have to put our
mind on Jesus, live to please Him and then He will fill us with His
mind. He will speak to us, but if we go our own way and we do our own
things and we ignore Jesus, then we will not hear Him speaking to us.
We will not be able to follow Him. However, if we seek Him and we are
led by His Spirit, and we are doing what He wants us to do, then we
will hear Him speaking to us and guiding us, at any time, while we
are doing His will, because He will guide us step by step. We must be
focused on Jesus, seeking to do His will, always praying in our mind,
and let the Spirit of God permeate us, cultivate us, and guide us,
into his ways, and into His truth so that we can be pleasing to Him.

If we do not have that desire for Jesus
and for His kingdom, and we do not seek Him, we will not enter His
kingdom. We have to go after Jesus. If we are too busy with other
things, then we are not worthy of Jesus and His kingdom. Are we
seeking Him diligently every day? Are we drawing closer and closer to
Him every day, following Him, seeking His will and seeking His
approval. Seek Jesus and you will live. Jesus Christ is the only way.

Do you listen to His voice?

Jesus said:"My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me." If you have accepted Jesus and you listen to Him, He will teach and guide you.

Jesus called me. One night many years ago, I woke up and I clearly heard these words:"Go into all the world an make disciples of all nations. Go where I send you. Take their hand and put it in My hand and I will guide them."

Jesus guides my footsteps and He warns me of danger. Years ago I used to preach at a church in the townships on Sundays. It was a very dangerous area. One Sunday morning I woke up at 4 in the morning. I had just dreamed that I was in the township on my way to the church and had been shot. Jesus was telling me not to go. The very next day Christian missionaries  were shot and killed in the same area.

In the corporate work situation, Jesus guided me, gave me wisdom in business decisions. In the home, Jesus guided me in the discipline and bringing up of my children. In my marriage, my relationship with my wife, Jesus guides me. In all things, I seek His guidance and approval.

Jesus speaks to all His children but many do not listen. They follow their own mind and they follow the advice of other people.

We cannot please Jesus and bear fruit for His kingdom if we do not listen to Him and obey Him.

That is why many Christians will end up in hell. They are stubborn and disobedient. they follow after their own ways and the ways of the world, and they ignore Jesus when He speaks to them.

Without Jesus, we can do nothing. If we want to enter His kingdom, we have to listen to Him and obey Him. If we stray from Jesus we will perish.

Seek Jesus with all your heart. Live your life to please Him. Pray, wait on Him. Listen and obey when He speaks to you and He will guide you all the way, until the end.

Listen and Learn

Jesus Christ calls us not
only to believe in Him but to listen to Him and to follow Him. If we
obey the gospel of Jesus Christ, His words that He spoke; if we
repent and are baptized in water and we seek Jesus with all our
heart, He will give His Holy Spirit in us to teach us and to guide
us. He is our Teacher, He is our guide, He is our constant companion.

Jesus calls us to listen
to Him and to learn from Him. Most believers never get to know Jesus
Christ. They do not know His voice, they do not follow Him. His sheep
hear His voice they listen to Him and they follow Him. They are
taught by Him. Jesus calls us to listen to Him to hear from Him so
that we can get to know Him.

Most believers never get
to know Jesus, they never get to know His ways and they will be very
disappointed and they stand before Him in judgment and He says:"Go
away I never knew you." Jesus is calling us to come close to
Him, for His Spirit to dwell in us, so that we can be in fellowship
with Him. Have you obeyed the gospel of Jesus Christ? Have you
repented and been baptized, and have you received the indwelling Holy
Spirit? Do you listen to the Holy Spirit and are you're being taught
by God? It is His will that we learn from Him, not from others. His
sheep do not listen to strangers, they listen to Him. Are you
listening to the good Shepherd? Do you follow and obey Him and do you
learn from Him?

Learn to LISTEN to Jesus

Jesus Christ is alive. His
sheep hear His voice and they follow Him. He reveals Himself to those
who seek Him and who obey Him. He teaches them, He guides them, He
warns them; He is always with them.

Most professing Christians
have never learned to listen to Jesus. If you have been born again by
the Spirit of God then you will hear His voice, but most believers do
not listen. They have never learned to listen. They listen to the
preachers, they listen to the news, they listen to other people, they
follow their own mind, but they have never learned to listen to
Jesus.

We can only follow Jesus
and be led by Him, be pleasing to Him if we listen to Him. Have you
learned to listen to Jesus Christ?

Learn to LISTEN to Jesus Christ

Christian believers like to listen to other people. They listen to preachers, they watch videos and Christian TV programs, they like to read Christian literature but very few of them have learned to listen to Jesus Christ.

His sheep hear His voice, they listen to Him and they follow Him. You can only follow Jesus Christ and DO what is pleasing to Him if you have learned to listen to Him.

Have you learned to wait on the Lord in prayer and to listen to Him, to be tuned in and attentive, to HEAR when He speaks to you and then to OBEY Him, to do His will?

We have to learn to LISTEN to Jesus Christ. Turn off the TV. Stop listening to all the other voices and start LISTENING to Jesus. If you listen your soul will LIVE. If you do not hear Him you are not one of His sheep. Learn to LISTEN to Jesus Christ.

Eternal life just for some

Jesus Christ came to bring eternal life for His sheep. For those who follow Him. Not everybody is the sheep of Jesus Christ because not everybody believes.

Many call themselves Christians but they just believe in Jesus Christ for salvation, but they do not listen to His voice, they do not follow Him. They are not His sheep.

Jesus said:"My sheep hear My voice and they follow Me and I give them eternal life and nothing will snatch them out of My hand."

He was talking about His sheep, those who hear His voice and who follow Him every day. He gives them LIFE and LIFE in ABUNDANCE. He gives them ETERNAL LIFE because they follow Him. He is the WAY and the LIFE and the TRUTH.

Do you FOLLOW Jesus  Christ? Do you HEAR Him? Are you one of His sheep? Do you really believe in Jesus Christ?

LISTEN to the VOICE of GOD

Man shall not live from bread alone but from every word that proceeds from the MOUTH of God. God SPEAKS to all His creation but few listen. Those who LISTEN and who OBEY Him will LIVE but people refuse to listen to God. They ignore Him, they pretend that they do not hear Him.

Jesus Christ said that:"My sheep HEAR My VOICE and they FOLLOW Me."

 People prefer  not to listen to God. they prefer not to listen to Jesus Christ. They are  not His sheep. They listen to other voices. They listen to other people. They listen to the evil one and therefor they perish.

God is speaking to each and everyone of us. The Holy Spirit convicts the whole world of sin, righteousness and judgment. If we LISTEN and OBEY we will LIVE, but if we keep on rejecting and ignoring Him we will perish.

Are we children of God? Do we listen to God? Do we listen to the Holy Spirit and obey Him? Or are we sons of the devil? Do we follow our own mind and do we listen to other people, do we listen to the devil? Who are we listening to? Do we listen to Jesus Christ and do we follow Him? He alone is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE. If we listen to Him and obey Him we will LIVE  but if we reject Him we will perish.

Listen and your soul will LIVE.

God SPEAKS Many Times FEW LISTEN

God cares for all of us and He SPEAKS to all of us, to warn us and to turn us from our wicked ways, but very few of us LISTEN when God speaks to us.

I read from Job 33:14

“Indeed God speaks once,

Or twice, yet no one notices it.

“In a dream, a vision of the night,

When sound sleep falls on men,

 While they slumber in their beds,

 Then He opens the ears of men,

 And seals their instruction,

 That He may turn man aside from his conduct,

  And keep man from pride;

 He keeps back his soul from the pit,

 And his life from passing over into Sheol.

 “Man is also chastened with pain on his bed,

 And with unceasing complaint in his bones;

 So that his life loathes bread,

 And his soul favorite food.

 “His flesh wastes away from sight,

  And his bones which were not seen stick out.

 “Then his soul draws near to the pit,

 And his life to those who bring death.

 “If there is an angel as mediator for him,

One out of a thousand,

To remind a man what is right for him,

 Then let him be gracious to him, and say,

‘Deliver him from going down to the pit,

 I have found a ransom’;

Let his flesh become fresher than in youth,

Let him return to the days of his youthful vigor;

Then he will pray to God, and He will accept him,

That he may see His face with joy,

      And He may restore His righteousness to man.

     “He will sing to men and say,

     ‘I have sinned and perverted what is right,

      And it is not proper for me.

     "He has redeemed my soul from going to the pit,

      And my life shall see the light.’

     “Behold, God does all these oftentimes with men,

      To bring back his soul from the pit,

      That he may be enlightened with the light of life."

Dear friends, God speaks to us many times to turn us from our wickedness. He warns us in dreams, through misfortune, through accidents, through sickness. It is not the will of God that we perish but that we turn from our wicked ways and that we OBEY Jesus Christ.  But if we persist in our wickedness then the swift judgment of God will come on the disobedient. They will perish and spend eternity in damnation. God cares for us. He warns us many times, often but very few take notice and listen. Very few repent and turn from their wicked ways and that is why most people will perish.

God has spoken to me many times for which I am extremely thankful. He warned me, He chastised me and He turned me from my error. Now I walk in His ways and I am careful to listen and to obey Him to do what is pleasing to Him, because if we do not love him and do not obey Him  we will end up in damnation.

God speaks many times because He cares for us. Do we take note and listen or do we persist in our wicked ways. In the end we will only have ourselves to blame.

Learn to LISTEN

Most people are poor listeners. They rather like to speak their own mind but if you want to have Eternal Life you have to learn to LISTEN to Jesus Christ. Jesus said:"Learn from Me for I am kind and gentle. My burden is light and My yoke is soft."

Jesus will guide and teach you if you LISTEN to Him but if you interrupt Him He will stop talking to you. Most people think that prayer is to go to God with a shopping list to, tell Him what they want.  When you pray, go on your knees and WAIT on Jesus. LISTEN, He will speak to you, but do not interrupt Him with silly questions. LISTEN and you will LEARN and He will TEACH you, He will GUIDE you His way.

Jesus Christ is the WAY and the LIFE and the TRUTH. You can only follow Him if you LISTEN to Him.

Learn to LISTEN

If we have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Master and we were born again of the Spirit of God then the Spirit of God will guide us into all truth BUT we MUST LEARN TO LISTEN. We must learn not to follow after our own desires and not to do as other people do but we must LISTEN to the IMPLANTED WORD, the Spirit of God that He puts inside of us.

Those who are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God, they are the children of God and they will be taught by God but they MUST LISTEN. We must learn to tune in to the Holy Spirit. The Kingdom of God is not about me, what I want and what I need, it is about Jesus Christ, serving Him and doing the will of God and if we seek to do the will of God, if we seek the Kingdom of God, to serve Him then He will supply in all our needs, He will guide our footsteps. He will teach us but we need to learn to LISTEN.

Nothing happens without purpose in the life of a child of God because He guides our footsteps. Our life is in His hands and we must accept everything as from God. Nothing can happen that He does not allow, whether good fortune or bad all comes from Him. In everything we have to turn our eyes to Jesus, wait on Him and ask Him for understanding, we have to ask Him for guidance. We have to submit to Him and be taught by Him. We have to LEARN TO LISTEN. In everything we have to ask Him for His guidance and He will teach us, He will give us understanding. We have to patiently wait on Him and keep our focus on Him and He will teach us.

Have you learned to Listen? Because if we do not LISTEN we cannot follow and we cannot do the will of God. We cannot act on our own initiative and be pleasing to God. We have to LISTEN, FOLLOW and OBEY Him. He will teach us His ways and He will give us understanding of His Kingdom. Jesus said that unless you are born again you cannot see the Kingdom of God, but you have to LISTEN and He will TEACH you, and you will SEE, HEAR and you will UNDERSTAND, you will experience the Kingdom of God here and now. Learn to LISTEN to Jesus.

They don't want to LISTEN

God treats all men equal. He has written His laws in our hearts and we know right from wrong. He sent His Holy Spirit to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. God speaks to all men but VERY FEW LISTEN. If we LISTEN we will HEAR. If we draw closer to Him He will draw closer to us. If we need wisdom we must ASK FROM GOD, He gives to all men freely.

If we do not know the truth it is because we do not seek the truth. Jesus Christ IS the truth and if we seek the truth Jesus Christ will REVEAL HIMSELF TO US, but people don't want to LISTEN. They look for SUBSTITUTES, they believe in those things that are pleasing to them.

Seek the TRUTH and Jesus Christ will reveal Himself to you and you will HEAR Him SPEAKING to you.

The Living Word

Jesus Christ IS the Word of God. All things were created by Him and through Him and IN HIM all things hold together. He gives LIFE, eternal life, to those who LISTEN to Him, who OBEY Him and who follow Him. His sheep LISTEN to His voice and they follow Him, He gives them LIFE, eternal life.

Not everyone who says to Him:”Lord, Lord” are His sheep, it is those who LISTEN to Him, who OBEY Him and who FOLLOW Him every day, they are His sheep. Are you one of His sheep? Do you LISTEN to Him, do you HEAR His voice? Do you KNOW Him and does He KNOW you? If we seek Him, we find Him. If we LISTEN to Him and OBEY Him He REVEALS Himself to us and we get to know Him for real.

Jesus Christ will say to many believers, on the day that they die:”Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness,” because they did not LISTEN to His voice, they did not follow Him, they were not His sheep.

Do you LISTEN to the LIVING WORD, to Jesus Christ? Are you one of His sheep, and do you follow Him? May Jesus bless you.

The WORD OF GOD is SCARCE Bibles NOT

The world is full of Bibles but the Word of God is scarce. It is easy to come by a Bible, Bibles are cheap. You can buy a Bible for a Dollar or you can go on the Internet and just search “Bible. ” There are hundreds of Bibles, they are available to virtually everybody but very few people have the Word of God.

Very few people have Jesus Christ, very few people hear from Jesus because very few people know Him and very few people seek A WORD FROM GOD. If you do not KNOW Jesus and you have not received HIS SPIRIT and you do not LISTEN to Him every day then you do not have the Word of God because Jesus Christ Himself IS the Word of God, He is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE. He guides His sheep because His sheep LISTEN to his VOICE, they HEAR His WORDS, He IS THE WORD.

The Bible is NOT the Word of God, the Bible is the word of men ABOUT God. But if you do not have Jesus Christ you do not have the Word of God and you do not belong to Him.

Have you had a Word FROM God today? Has Jesus spoken to you? Did you LISTEN? Do you OBEY Him and do you FOLLOW Him? Do you know the WAY and are you following the WAY, Jesus Christ? If you do not KNOW Jesus Christ and do not KNOW His voice, if you do not follow Him and OBEY Him then you are LOST and you will end up in damnation.

Seek Jesus and LISTEN to Him, He will guide you into eternal life.
