Many people have been brainwashed into
believing that Jesus Christ will never reject them as long as they
confess that they believe in Him. These same people also confess and
believe that they cannot stop sinning. Sin separates us from God.
If we do not REPENT and STOP SINNING we
cannot follow Jesus Christ and we will not enter into His kingdom. We
will not get to KNOW Him and Jesus Christ will say to many believers
who believed that they were saved, He will say to them: “Go away I
never knew you, you workers of wickedness.”
They will be REJECTED.
We read in John 7:21 Jesus said:”Not
everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of
heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will
enter. 22“Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we
not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in
Your name perform many miracles?’ 23“And then I will declare to
them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE
LAWLESSNESS.’ John 7:21-24.
What is the will of God?
The apostle Peter wrote in 2 Peter
3:9-15. “The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count
slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish
but FOR ALL TO COME TO REPENTANCE. But the day of the Lord will come
like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the
elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its
works will be burned up.
11Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what
sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,
12looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of
which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will
melt with intense heat! 13But according to His promise we are looking
for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.14Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, SPOTLESS AND BLAMELESS, 15and regard the patience of our Lord as salvation;”
It is the will of God that all REPENT and STOP SINNING, that they be SPOTLESS and BLAMELESS for Jesus Christ or else they will be rejected.
Are we spotless, blameless and acceptable to Jesus or will He reject us?
May Jesus bless you.
