Come and Drink of that Water

Jesus Christ promised something miraculously wonderful to those who believe in Him, but most believers do not have that which Jesus promised. Jesus promised that rivers of living water would flow through those who believe in Him .

We read in John 7:37 Jesus said:“If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. 38“He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” 39But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified."

Jesus Christ promised the Holy Spirit to those who believe in Him, rivers of living water flowing through them, the Spirit of God in them, teaching them, guiding them, lighting up the world around them, but most believers do not have that Spirit. They do not have that LIVING WATER flowing through them because they are not thirsty, they are not thirsty for the TRUTH. They have no desire for Jesus Christ. Most believers just want security of salvation, they want a ticket to heaven, they don't want to go to hell. They want to live like the world, they want to live in sin, they want to enjoy the pleasures of sin and that is why they have DEATH in them, they don't have life and thy cannot give life. They do not have that life flowing through them.

Have you got that life flowing through you, that Spirit of Christ in you? Are you thirsty for that Living Water?

Jesus Christ invites you. If you are thirsty, COME TO HIM and He will put in you, RIVERS OF LIVING WATER that spring up into eternal life. Do you have that living water?
