There is a false teaching being preached and believed by many, that because of Jesus dying on the cross, all those who profess to believe in Him will be saved. That is not the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is a lie.
Jesus Christ is the only way. The only way to have eternal life is to obey Jesus Christ. Believing in Jesus, means to believe who He is and therefor to obey Him, His commands, His teachings as they were also recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Faith without action is dead. If we do not obey Jesus our faith is worthless.
No sinners will go into heaven. Jesus came to take away the sins of the world. He takes away the guilt of the sin, of those who accept and obey Him, repent, stop sinning and are baptized in water. They are cleansed of their sin, but then they have to SIN NO MORE. If they return to sin, they will perish. The wages of sin is death.
Those who believe in Jesus must live according to His teachings. They have to do good, bear good fruit. If they do not bear good fruit, they will get cut off and burned, they will end up in hell. We can only bear good fruit if we obey Jesus and stay with Him. If we love Him, we will obey Him and He will come and dwell in us, with us. He will give His Holy Spirit in us to guide and teach us, but we must obey Him, stay with Him, until the end.
Those who sin and those who do not bear good fruit will not enter heaven. What you do will determine whether you go into heaven or into hell. The apostle Paul wrote in Romans 2:6 "God, 6who WILL RENDER TO EACH PERSON ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS: 7to those who by perseverance in doing good seek for glory and honor and immortality, eternal life; 8but to those who are selfishly ambitious and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, wrath and indignation. 9There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek, 10but glory and honor and peace to everyone who does good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 11For there is no partiality with God."
Obey the truth. Obey Jesus Christ and DO as He commanded, and you will live.
Many believers expect
Jesus Christ to take control of their lives, but that is not what
Jesus said. Jesus said:"Whoever wishes to come after Me, must
deny himself pick up his cross every day and come here follow Me."
We have to take action. We have to take control of our own lives. We
have to make up our mind to follow Jesus Christ and therefore we must
obey Him. Obey his commands; repent,turn away from sin, stop sinning,
be baptized in water, and seek Jesus for the
baptism in the Holy
Spirit.
We have to take action we
have to take control. We have to go after Jesus Christ, we have to
seek His approval. We have to seek the baptism in the Holy Spirit,
the indwelling Holy Spirit in us, to teach and guide us. We have to
seek to hear His voice. Jesus will not take control of us. He will
not come and change your life.You have to change your life. You have
to stop sinning, you have to change your ways, you have to go after
Jesus Christ.
If we submit ourselves to Jesus and obey Him,
repent and be baptized, then He will set us free from the bondage of
sin. He will set us free from addictions so that we can follow Him,
so that we can be in control. Jesus Christ puts you in control of
your own life again, but then you must take control and go after
Jesus. Don't use that control that you've got to go back to sin, and
do wrong things.
Take control of yourself, everyday pick up your
cross follow Jesus. When you wake up in the morning or during the
night, put your mind on Jesus. Get rid of the things that distract
you, get rid of that TV. Stop watching the wrong videos, stop going
to the wrong places. Stop being worldly, stop going after worldly
friends and go after Jesus. Seek Him, seek His approval. Seek His
ways. Do what is pleasing to Him. Seek His voice. He will speak to
you, but if you don't go after Him, then you will not follow Him, you
will not hear His voice. He might speak to you, but if you don't
trust Him and if you're not committed to follow Him, you will
distrust Him and then He will stop speaking to you.
We have to take control of
our own life, of our own salvation, work out our own salvation with
fear and trembling. Don't run after other people. Don't look for
solutions other places, in the Bible or from other people. Go on your
knees and speak to Jesus. Get your mind on Jesus. Be filled with the
Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Christ dwelling in you. Trust Him, listen
to Him, follow Him, obey Him and He will guide you, but you will
always be in control.
You must take control of
yourself and follow Jesus Christ every day until the very end. You
must make up your mind to follow Jesus, and you must endure with him
until the very end you must pick up your cross and follow Jesus
Christ every day until the end to be saved.
The Christian world has been deceived about the requirements for salvation. Most believers will not make it into the kingdom of heaven. Most believers are not willing to live up to the requirements of Jesus Christ, His words as also recorded in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
We read the words of Jesus in Matthew 16:24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. 25“For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. 26“For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? 27“For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and WILL THEN REPAY EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS."
Many claim to be saved because they believe in Jesus, but faith without works is dead. We will not be judged and rewarded by our faith, but by our DEEDS. Our deeds will show whether did really believe in Jesus, because if we believe we will OBEY Him.
Our eternal destiny will be decided by Jesus, HE WILL REPAY EVERY MAN ACCORDING TO THEIR DEEDS.
We read in Matthew 7:19 Jesus said:“Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20“So then, you will know them by their fruits.
21“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22“Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23“And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’
24“Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25“And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock. 26“Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. 27“The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell—and great was its fall.”
What will be our destiny, when we stand before Jesus? Do we OBEY the words of Jesus, the gospel of Jesus Christ? Are we acting on His words? Do we OBEY the words? Do we live according to them, because if we don't, our house will come tumbling down. It is only those who live according to the words of Jesus, those who obey His commands, they are the only ones who will enter His kingdom. Are we working on our destiny? Are we living according to the words of Jesus Christ? Or do we just believe in Jesus for salvation?
Most people believe lies. Most believers do not obey the words of Jesus, they do not live by the words of Jesus, they do not act by the words of Jesus, and those are the ones that will hear those terrible words:"Go away from Me, I never knew you." Those are the ones whose expectation will fail. Their destiny will be hell.
What will our destiny be? Are we working on that destiny? Will our deeds ensure that we enter the kingdom of heaven? Will we be worthy of Jesus, because He will reward every man according to their deeds. Will Jesus be pleased with our deeds?
Sin is a choice, a very bad choice because the wages of sin is death. No sinners will enter the kingdom of heaven. If sin is your choice then hell is your destiny. we can continue on the road that we are or we can choose to change, to repent, turn away from sin and follow Jesus Christ.
If we continue in our wicked ways we will end up in hell. We do have a choice. We each have to choose whom we want to follow. Do we want to continue being sinners because we follow after our own lusts or do we choose LIFE? Do we choose to turn? Do we choose to follow and obey Jesus Christ, to submit ourselves to Him and follow Him every day?
Jesus Christ gives us all the POWER to DO whatever we are doing. We can either use that power to serve our own lusts and the pleasures of sin or we can devote ourselves to live a godly and holy life in obedience to Jesus Christ. Whatever we sow we will also reap. If we sin we will burn. If we do not follow and obey Jesus Christ until the end we will not enter His kingdom.
The unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God. It is not the will of God that any perish, but He allows us to choose.
Choose today to follow Jesus Christ and have LIFE because if you don't you will certainly perish. Choose LIFE, choose Jesus Christ.
Man was made by God in the image of God and just like God who made him
he will exist for eternity. When we die we will exist in one of two
places. We will either live in the presence of God in the kingdom of
heaven or we will live in eternal damnation.
Those who obeyed the
gospel of Jesus Christ and chose to follow Him and who stayed with Him
until the end of their lives will enter into the kingdom of God. They
will be with Him for ever. But those who rejected Jesus Christ and chose
to follow after their own lusts and do what is evil, they will end up
in eternal damnation. We all have to choose where we will spend
eternity. If we do not choose to follow Jesus Christ we will spend
eternity in eternal damnation away from the presence of God.
We have
to make a decision whether we truly want to have eternal life and then
we have to follow after Jesus Christ until the very end. We have to OBEY
Him or else we will not enter into heaven.
No sinners will enter
into the kingdom of heaven, only those who are pure and holy, righteous
and who live in obedience to God. The unrighteous will not inherit the
kingdom of God.
Many decided to follow Jesus. Many accepted Him but
then they strayed from Him and they will end up in hell. Jesus said that
those who endure with Him until the very end, they will have eternal
life. We have to choose every day, many times, whether we go with Jesus
or whether we deny Him and go our own way. If we go our own way and run
after our own desires, our own lusts and we disobey Jesus Christ, then
we have left Him. We have to stay with Him every day, every moment until
the very end. We have to choose.
Do you choose Jesus? Do you choose
LIFE? Because if you don't you will certainly end up in hell. There is
only one way to eternal life and that is Jesus Christ. Choose Him,
follow Him and stay with Him until the very end.

You and I determine our own destiny. It is in our hands. We decide, we choose. We either choose the truth or we choose lies. We either choose to sin or to live holy and righteous and we will bear the consequences of our decisions. In the end we will only have ourselves to blame if we end up at the wrong destiny.
If we reject the truth and go after lies, we will perish. If we seek the truth we will find it. The truth, the laws of God are written in our hearts, we all know right from wrong. We all have a conscience and failing all else we will be judged by our conscience. Nobody will have any excuse. We either decide to sin or to not sin. Nobody can force us. They can maybe kill us but they cannot force us to do what we do not want to do.
People who say that they cannot stop sinning are lying, they are lying to themselves but in the end they will face the truth because it was their decision to sin.
Many believers try to justify their sin. They say they cannot stop sinning, they believe lies. They believe psychology. Psychology is lies and manipulation. If you seek the truth you will find it. Choose the truth, choose to LIVE. Choose Jesus Christ and you will live. Choose Holiness, choose Righteousness and you will LIVE.
Many believers foolishly
want to hasten the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. They are arrogant
and presumptuous. They believe that they are saved even though they
themselves do not follow nor obey Jesus Christ. Most believers are
living in sin and they are conformed to the world. But Jesus Christ
is coming to judge the world. He will judge each and every one of us.
The coming of our Lord will be a terrible day. He will judge each and
every person according to their deeds and we must make sure that we
are always ready for that day when the Lord unexpectedly comes.
I read the words of Paul
in Romans 2:1.
"Therefore you have
no excuse, everyone of you who passes judgment, for in that which you
judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the
same things. 2And we know that the judgment of God rightly falls
upon those who practice such things. 3But do you suppose this, O
man, when you pass judgment on those who practice such things and do
the same yourself, that you will escape the judgment of
God? 4Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and
tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads
you to repentance?"
God wants all me to
REPENT. Me must make sure that we live in holiness and in
righteousness.
"But because of your
stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for
yourself in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment
of God, who WILL RENDER TO EACH PERSON ACCORDING TO
HIS DEEDS: "
Many believers say they
cannot stop sinning, they REFUSE to stop sinning , they are conformed
to the world and they think that God will excuse their sins. because
they believe, but God will judge every man according to their DEEDS.
Verse 6 "God WILL
RENDER TO EACH PERSON ACCORDING TO HIS DEEDS: 7to those who by
perseverance in doing good seek for glory and honor and immortality,
eternal life; 8but to those who are selfishly ambitious and do
not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, wrath and
indignation. 9There will be tribulation and distress for
every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the
Greek, 10but glory and honor and peace to everyone who does
good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 11For there is no
partiality with God."
People REFUSE to live
righteously, they say that we are SAVED BY GRACE and not by the works
of the LAW.
This is what Paul writes
in verse 12:
"For all who have
SINNED without the Law will also perish without the Law, and all who
have SINNED under the Law will be judged by the Law; 13for it
is not the hearers of the Law who are just before God,
but the doers of the Law will be justified. 14For when Gentiles
who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law,
these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves, 15in that
they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their
conscience bearing witness and their thoughts alternately accusing or
else defending them, 16on the day when, according to my gospel,
God will judge the secrets of men through Christ Jesus."
The issue is SIN and
DISOBEDIENCE to God. If we SIN we already violate the LAW. We have to
live HOLY and RIGHTEOUSLY in the presence of God. God will judge
every man according to their DEEDS.
We read in Deuteronomy
32:35.
"Vengeance is
Mine, and retribution,
In
due time their foot will slip;
For
the day of their calamity is near,"
He is talking about those
who disobey the TRUTH.
There is no FEAR of God
among believers. They think that because they believe in Jesus Christ
they can keep on sinning and God will only judge the world but not
them. God is fair and righteous and we must live in the fear of God.
We must serve Him with FEAR and REVERENCE. I read in Psalm 2:11-12
"Worship the
LORD with reverence
And
rejoice with trembling.
12Do
homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the
way,
For
His wrath may soon be kindled.
How
blessed are all who take refuge in Him!"
Every branch in Christ
Jesus that does not bear GOOD FRUIT will get cut off and burned. They
will perish on the way, they will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Be
WARNED and be CAREFUL.
The apostle Peter wrote in
1 Peter 1:13-17
"Therefore,
prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix
your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the
revelation of Jesus Christ. 14As obedient children, do not be
conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your
ignorance, 15but like the Holy One who called you, be holy
yourselves also in all your behavior; 16because it is
written, “YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.”
17If
you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to
each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your
stay on earth;"
The Lord Jesus is coming
and He is coming to judge the world and He will repay every man
according to their DEEDS. Our DEEDS will determine our DESTINY.
"Believing does not change your destiny. If you are on the wrong road and you carry on with that road even though you believe that you are on the right road then you will end up at the wrong destination".
Many people believe that they are saved but they are not following Jesus Christ, they are on the WRONG ROAD. They are not obeying Jesus, they are not on His road. They BELIEVE they are SAFE but they are heading fro destruction. They foolishly believe that just believing in Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross can save them, but they are on the wrong road. They do the things that He hates, they deny Him, they reject Him but they believe that they will spend eternity with Him. They are foolish!
If you are on the wrong road you will end up at the wrong place. If you do not follow Jesus Christ and you do not obey Him you will end up in HELL, in DAMNATION.
Who are you following? Are you following Jesus Christ or are you following your own desires and satan, and the rest of the world that believes that it is saved but it is not following or obeying Jesus Christ?
Are you believing LIES or are you believing the TRUTH? If you believe the truth you will get on the RIGHT ROAD AND YOU WILL END UP AT THE RIGHT DESTINATION but if you keep on believing lies you will end up in HELL. Are you believing the TRUTH? Are you following Jesus Christ? Do you obey His words as they are recorded in the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John? Those are the words of eternal life for those who OBEY them and who DO what Jesus commanded.
Are you DOING every day what Jesus commanded or do you just believe that you are saved? You will be terribly disappointed when you get to the end of your road.
Many people will die all over the world
today. Their fate will be sealed the moment that they die, most of
them will end up in hell because they rejected Jesus Christ, they
refused to obey and follow Him. Jesus Christ might come for you or me
today. Will we be ready? Will Jesus be pleased with us?
To most people Jesus will say:”Go
away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness.” Many of them
will be believers who thought they were saved but they never followed
Jesus Christ. They never obeyed Him and they never truly got to know
Him.
If Jesus comes for you or me today,
will we be ready? Will He know us or will He also reject us? Jesus is
coming ANY TIME. Are you ready?
If you are not living your life to
please Jesus Christ, if you are not living righteously and holy in
obedience to Him, if you are not denying yourself every day and going
after Jesus, seeking to do His will and DOING HIS WILL then you are
heading ONE WAY FAST, you are on your way to HELL.
Jesus Christ alone is the WAY and the
TRUTH and the LIFE, there is no other. I am not talking about reading
your Bible, or being religious, going to church, quoting scriptures –
I am talking about a REAL RELATIONSHIP with Jesus Christ.
If Jesus Christ DOES NOT KNOW YOU then
He will say to you one day when you die:”Go away I never knew you,
you worker of wickedness. You never had any interest in Me, you have
no place with Me ether.”
Where are you heading? Are you going
your own way being successful, doing your own thing, achieving your
own desires, following your own passions or is your passion Jesus
Christ and His kingdom. If you are not following Jesus every day you
are LOST and you will end up in DAMNATION. Where are you heading?
Jesus Christ is the Alpha and the Omega, He is the beginning and the end. He was before all things and in Him all things hold together. He knows all things, He is the Light of the World and those who follow Him will never be in darkness. Jesus IS the answer. He has all the answers to all your questions.
If you follow Jesus Christ He will guide you into all the truth. You need nothing more than Jesus Christ Himself. If you follow Jesus then you know where you are going because He guides you every step of the way.
Many believers want Jesus Christ to
speak to them, to guide them as He promised but they never started
following Him, they are not serious! They never repented from their
evil ways, they never stopped sinning. They never committed to follow
Jesus Christ. They never obeyed Him and were not baptized in water.
They are not going after Him. They do not deny themselves, turn their
back on the pleasures of the world and on their own desires and they
do not GO AFTER Jesus every day. THEY ARE JUST NOT SERIOUS!
You need to SHOW Jesus that you are
serious about following Him. You need to TURN AWAY from sin and from
serving yourself, going after the lusts of your flesh, you need to
STOP SINNING, BE HOLY and righteous. Be baptized for the washing off
of your sin and then SIN NO MORE. If we draw closer to Him, He draws
closer to us. If we seriously go after Him, He will guide us, every
day. He will give His Spirit IN US to guide us every step of the way,
but WE NEED TO BE SERIOUS or else we will perish!
Are you serious? Are you seriously
going after Jesus? Is He on your mind all day? Are you praying,
seeking Him? If you are not showing by your deeds that you are
serious about following Jesus Christ, you will never know Him and
never enter the kingdom of Heaven.
Be serious, seek Him with all your
heart. Go after Him every day UNTIL THE END OF YOUR LIFE. Follow Him
and obey Him until the end if you want eternal life.
People go to great lengths and huge expense to be like the the
person that they are following, that person that they idolize. Young
people want to be like Justin Bieber. They go into a frenzy when they
go to His concerts and they pay huge amounts of money to wear Justin
Bieber brand clothes. It is because they idolize Him, they want to be
like him and they follow him.
If we follow Jesus Christ we will do everything in our power to
be like Him. Jesus Christ came to do the will of the Father. Jesus
Christ was the expression, the image, of God the Father. That is the
IMAGE THAT WE MUST ASPIRE TO to be pleasing to God. If we truly love
Jesus and God is our father then we will want to be like Jesus, speak
like Him, do like Him, always ask the will of the Father so that we
can be pleasing to our Father God.
Who is our idol? Who are we aspiring to be like? Some worldly
person, who will also perish like we will, or are we sons of the
Father? Do we want to be like Jesus, follow Him and have eternal
life? Who is our idol? Who is our role model? Who are we following?
Because we will end up with that person in the end.
If we follow Jesus, we will spend eternity with Him. If we follow
others we will perish with them. Jesus Christ ALONE is the WAY to
eternal life. Who are YOU following? Jesus, or someone else?
