God does not care for YOUR plans and ambitions

All people have dreams and ambitions and they want to achieve certain goals in life, SELFISH GOALS, SELFISH AMBITION, it is all about THEM, THEMSELVES, THEIR pleasure, THEIR achievement. The first thing that we have to give up and sacrifice IF WE WANT ETERNAL LIFE is SELF, OUR ambitions, OUR image, everything about SELF.

Jesus said that:”Whoever wishes to follow Me must DENY himself, pick up his cross every day and come here, follow Me.” If we want ETERNAL LIFE then our one and only goal is to be pleasing to Jesus , to FIT INTO the Kingdom of God. Jesus is not interested in our ambitions, in the things that WE want to achieve, He does not care for our feelings, He is concerned about ONE thing only and that is for us to FIT INTO THE KINGDOM OF GOD, for US to FIT INTO THE PLAN that God has prepared for us to execute, that which God has called us for and that does not include SELF, or SELF-IMAGE or SELF-REALIZATION or glorification of ME. It is about the glory of Jesus Christ, it is about His Kingdom and His righteousness, living to do the will of God.

If we are still selfishly ambitious, worried about what people think of US, if we are worried about our own plans, then we cannot be worried about the Kingdom of God. We need to seek the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and He will give to us everything that we need to achieve the goal and the plan that He has called us for, but that plan does not include ME. It is all about Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God.

Are we going after Jesus and seeking the glory of God? Are we seeking to glorify Jesus Christ or do we still think about ME, MY and MY ACHIEVEMENTS? It is not about YOU or ME, it is all about Jesus Christ.
