How HARD are you TRYING to follow Jesus?

Many people believe in Jesus Christ for salvation and they call themselves Christians but that is not enough. We have to FOLLOW and OBEY Jesus Christ to have salvation, to have eternal life. Most people are not following Jesus Christ at all and many of those who say that they are following Him, do not know Him.

Are you following Jesus Christ? Do you know HIM? Do you know His VOICE? Do you LISTEN to Him and do you GO where He sends you, do you DO what He tells you to do? Does the world know that you are a follower of Jesus Christ? What are you known as? Are you known as a follower of Jesus Christ? Can the world see by your actions that you do follow Jesus Christ? Are you different? Are you rejected, persecuted and scorned by this world? Are you a witness for Jesus Christ? Do you bear fruit of righteousness and holiness? Are you an ambassador for the kingdom of Heaven? Can the world really SEE that you are a child of God, a follower of Jesus? How serious are you about following Jesus? Does it disturb you if you do not hear His voice? Does it disturb you if you do not receive guidance from Him? Does it disturb you if you do not have His approval? How serious are you really about following and obeying Jesus Christ?

Jesus warned. He said:”Strive hard to enter the narrow gate because many I tell you, will try hard and not be able.” How serious are you? How hard are you trying to find that narrow door into the kingdom of Heaven? Are you serious about following Jesus Christ? If you are not SERIOUS He will say to you:”go away I never knew you, you worker of wickedness.” What will Jesus say to you and me the day that we die?
